This location of Gerber Collision has been wonderful since Mark took over as manager. He has helped me repair my car on several occasions, both quickly and efficiently. His current staff goes above and beyond to help in whatever way they can! While for my sake I hope to not return anytime soon, I'd highly recommend taking your car to this location if you're looking for repairs after an accident, etc.

So I ve been to this place about a handful of times for maintenance on my Audi. I have to say the service is bar none. Melody, she s my girl. Super personable and she s timely in her responses. So really appreciate her 10/10 customer service. Mark, he came in like a force. When I got my glass repaired initially, one of the techs forgot to plug my door back in. So Mark did the work for free and checked out any additional diagnostics I should be made aware of. He got me in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend this location. Everyone was nice, but it took way too long to get my car fixed. It was stolen in July, I got it back a few weeks later. The car was still missing a roof molding and a pin stripe. I cannot recommend this business. I used their services for my Ford Escape. Melony, the receptionist, was very pleasant and conscientious about the shop repairs. Unfortunately, It took too long to fix my car. When I went to pick up my vehicle supposedly ready, they did not. replace the bumper wich they charged for. I had to wait five more days. Finally, the work was done to my satisfaction Their excuse was that several of their employees. quit their jobs.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!I was involved in an accident and my car got rear ended. So, I went to this collision shop to repair my rear bumper (Allstate prefer shop) because they are very close to my work and they are Allstate preferred shop. When I got there, manager of business came outside to help me out! I explained the situation, and they gave me a time frame of 2-3 days to get it fixed! manager walked around my car, and he said he will take care of it! he did not do any paperwork when I get there to drop off my car, such as writing down the mileage on the car, or any vehicle repair authorization form, or ... I did not sign anything! I was about to order Uber to get back to work that manager offered me to give me a ride back to my work with my own personal car! (shady business) In my mind, I'm like he is the manager, so what could go wrong! So, i accept his offer, and He gave me ride back to work with my own personal car! After couple days, I called back to get an update on my car. They told me, rear bumper is not repairable, and they have to order a new bumper! It took them 8 days to get a new bumper and paint it! finally, I got a call that my car is ready. When I get there to pick up my car, they asked me to sign the vehicle authorization form (after they fix my car!) So, I get the keys and very excited to get my car back. as soon as I start the car, I see all BRAKE MALFUNCTION lights are on, such as BRAKE LIGHT, ABS LIGHT, TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT, AND .... I quickly walked back in and informed the manager about the BRAKE MALFUNCTION lights! I told him that when I dropped off the car, car had no lights or any other issues other than rear bumper. Also, he gave me a ride back to work with my own car, so manager knew my car had no lights on! brakes are stiff and hard due to this situation, and there is no way that manager of this shop could have missed it when I dropped my car off and he gave me a ride back! I ask the manager, did you see any lights when you drove my car back to the shop? manager replied: "maybe or maybe not! I can't recall it" That's big lie! I asked for evidence picture of when first they noticed the lights? They showed me an evidence picture that was taken more than 24 hours after I dropped the car off! (shady business). So far, shop has not take any responsibility about my case! be aware people! don't get close to this business! Save your time and money!

I had a great experience with Gerber at this location from the beginning. Jamie assisted me. He was very attentive, courteous and professional. Jamie is a great listener and responded positively to my request. Melody helped me with the car rental process which I greatly appreciated. Gerber did a very nice job repairing my car. I have already started recommending Gerber on S. Miami and will continue to do so. I was very please and felt like a valued customer by Jamie and Melody.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible. Would not even recommend them, even if it was free or covered under insurance. Minor body damage and I was able to actually drive the car up there (vs having the car towed). They kept my car for over a month, despite insurance indicating a 5-day repair. Little to no communication about the delay or where my car was in the process. Anytime there was an update (which there were only a few for a month's time), they were "always waiting on a part" and "it should be ready by the end of the week". Replaced my driver side head lamp w/ a cloudy fogged one and the excuse was "insurance only covered after market part" ... lol. The original, passenger side head lamp looks better than the junkyard part they used to replace. Actually makes me question the integrity of their entire repair process. If I could give no stars, I would. Trust me, take your care somewhere else that has better customer service, even if it takes longer.This review is for body / collision work.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

After having an accident I carried my vehicle to Gerber Collision and Glass. From start to finish they went out of their way to make sure I knew what was going on. I was updated with a text within a few hours after dropping my vehicle off that it was in work and several times during the process Jamie reached out to me to let me know where things stood. I would recommend this group to anyone who is in need of repairs to their vehicle they definitely went above and beyond. Nice to do business with a group that actually cared about me as a customer. Original estimate went up by 47% without a reasonable and understandable explanation. Additionally, after paying for the work, I realized that the break lamp was not functioning. It took more than a week to correct this simple issue, and I was left without a car for one more week, with Gerber not doing anything to make me whole such as a rental, loaner or monetary compensation, given that it was their fault and responsibility for this defect. I had to call them up since communications from their part was poor.Service: Painting

Our car got hit by part of a 18 wheeler's shredded tire and tore off the wheel well liner. We were planning a long distance trip the following week and weren't sure the car was safe to drive. Robert told us to come in on a Saturday even though he was booked for the day. He removed what was left of the damaged liner for free and gave us a price quote for the repair. He was very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. We are so grateful that he was there to help us out when we were in a bind.Service: Body & Trim

My car was there to get repaired due to an accident, unfortunately my car wasn't repairable. Prior to the vehicle being deemed a total loss I got a call from this business saying to come clean the trunk so the car can be repaired in which I did thinking my car was going to be repaired I left all my other belongings and tags on the vehicle. After speaking with my insurance adjuster I was told the car was totaled and to go get my belongings. I called this place to make an appointment to get my things and according to them my car had been sent to a salvage yard without my consent and had been gone for about a week or so and now I am going through loops trying to get my belongings.JUST VERY MESSY AND NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING ON HOW I CAN GET MY STUFF!!! I WOULD NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN

My car looks brand new!! Stan and his staff did a wonderful job and were highly professional in their dealings with me.They clearly answered all of my questions so I could understand what was going on. They were sensitive to my concerns. Stan was so kind, patient, and went the extra mile. If I need this kind of work again, I know exactly to whom I will take my car. I am deeply grateful to Stan, his staff and to Gerber Collision and Glass.

TERRIBLE customer service, beware. My mother went to Gerber for a collision repair estimate and service because they are a preferred shop with Liberty Mutual. Robert Daniel, the estimator in charge of my mother's claim never even bothered to send in the paperwork to Liberty Mutual. It's impossible to reach them by phone because they NEVER answer, and in the rare instances that they do, they tell you that they're busy or in a meeting and therefore will call you back, but they never do. Save your time, money, and patience and find someone else. These people are completely unprofessional and not worth it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These are my go to collision repair people! I'm a office manager for a plumbing company and have the responsibility of coordinating getting our vans repaired in a fair time frame at a fair price and right the first time. This is what Gerber Collision offers! Stan and his whole staff treat you with respect and a friendly attitude as soon as you walk in their shop. I also recently had a personal vehicle that needed to be repaired. I took it to Stan and they took care of it for me. They dealt with my insurance company the whole way through and were able to get it fixed in a great time frame and of course the work itself was extremely professional. You will not be disappointed if you take your vehicle here!

I brought my car here at the request of an extended warranty company to have my fog lights replaced. I picked the car up as promised, but on the way home the bumper fell apart on the highway causing part of the bumper to drag. I had to pull over, get a ride home, get my tools, return to the car and remove the part that was dragging. I called the store and they asked that I return so they could evaluate what would be needed to repair it.When I got there I showed Lance, the manager, what happened, I told him how it happened, failure on the part of the technician to properly clip the part into the bumper, and showed him a picture of what the bumper looked like when it was complete. He said he would order the parts and call me then they were ready.I got to the store and they pulled the car into the shop. I saw them pull the car out a few minutes later still missing the bumper pieces. Lance came and talked to me explaining that he didn't know he had to order both parts, despite the fact that I told him the previous visit, and he said he would order the correct part and let me know when it came in. I got on the highway to head home and started hearing a noise. Fearing i had a flat i pulled over. I walked around my car to see all four tires inflated so I looked under the car, and the brand new piece that was dragging and damaged the first time had been replaced and was dragging and damaged again!!! I don't know why he put that piece on after the first one acted like a sail at highway speed and got dragged under the car. This place is ridiculous and they will never touch my car again.

so helpful, got me in and out of there for processing, evaluation, pickup and drop off. hopefully I don t get into a car accident again but if I do, I definitely recommend them to fix your car.

On Friday 3/1/2019 I was told I can pickup my car after 5:30pm when I got there gate was closed. Irritated from that lie. Went down and ofcourse the staff was still there. I was able to pickup my car but the damages were not fixed.Forgot to mentioned that the vehicle was dropped off on Tuesday from another Gerber but this place didn't give me a call. Held my car with additional 3 days and didn't do anything.Don't drop off your car here go somewhere else.

I'm giving Gerber collision 100%00 on a review, my. Mother recommended me and I got the best service ever also customer service was great. I have also recommended a friend . Also ed Gomeg is the new manager think he's doing a awesome job for the public and the company. Thanks guys my ride looks great. You satisfied this customer. Hi five to the whole crew.

The work done here looked amazing upon first glance, they matched the Estoril Blue Metallic color of my 4 series perfectly. I noticed a few areas that were missed, but they responded quickly and corrected the issue.Unfortunately 3 weeks later all of the surfaces that were painted are showing signs of paint shrinkage, and will need to be repainted (this time by a BMW certified body shop).The BMW certified body shop also informed me that Gerber broke my headlight, and an entirely new headlight had to be ordered, as well as sensors that were not properly installed as well as other cosmetic damage caused by the original "repair."

Absolutely worst place ever. I had a minor rear end collision on my 2014 Benz and gave my car about 2 weeks ago, they initially said it will take couple of day to repair the bumper; after 3 days I called, they said found additional damage and it will take another day. Next when I called they said oh paint job is not finished so another day, after 1.5 weeks, I called and they mentioned of we can t repair the bumper anymore and it will need to be replaced. I don t know how can it take that many days before you find out something is irreparable. I still don t have my car yet and I am hopeless now on their service capabilities and don t know when will I get my car back. These people are just bunch of scammers, stay away from this place.

READ!!!! Okayyy here we go. They did a great job fixing my car due to an accident that wasn t my fault. It took over A MONTH, but it was worth it, they did great job. They also gave me a great price on a tire rod repair plus an alignment that wasn t apart of the collision repair, which I really appreciated! HOWEVER, when I was given my vehicle back there was GLUE or WHATEVER it was (sticky gunk) alll over my driver side seat belt! It was absolutely disgusting and was NOT there when I gave it to them. It was so hard to get my seat belt in and out of the socket. However, they did fix this. Still trying to figure out why that was even touched in the first place, but anywho!! IN ADDITION to the yucky seat belt!!!! THIS IS A BIG ONE!!!! they gave me my vehicle back with a MOUSE IN IT!!!!!! They have mice there!! Due to my vehicle being idle in there facility for so long, a mouse somehow got in it!!! IT WAS SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! just imagine trying to drive with a MOUSE in your car every day!!! I will never take my car back here for a repair! EVER. I had to set traps throughout my car and drive on the edge of my seat!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Not worth the rodents!!!

My vehicle was towed in on April 2, 2018. I had a dent in my bumper and my wheel was bent on the driver side from a car accident that I was previously in on the 31st of March . They said I would get it back April 17th, got a brand new bumper and new tire WITH everything else that needed to be mechanically done on 12th of April. I was very scared that they would make matters worst when i read reviews but I really didn't have a bad experience. I dealt with Devin and Mallory, they both seem to love their job and knew what they were talking about. So yes, I would recommend Gerber to others. You may wonder why I chose Gerber, because I've never used them before...MetLife is my insurance company and they work together and this is where I was sent.

I'd steer clear of this place for a few reasons. First, I walk in for just an estimate (meaning it would be a good time to make a good impression) and there's no one around to greet ot help me. I peek into a side room and a crusty old man tells me that I can go to another office up front. Meanwhile, in the front office there's four more guys listing to call on speaker phone with a woman dropping d-link about a set of BMW wheel locks, while they refuse to help and say it's not their fault. I don't know if it was or wasn't, I'm just saying there's a door that can be closed to not immediately stress people out that this shop is going to be a nightmare.The kicker is that they ask you what's the biggest priority in terms of getting your car fixed (e.g. quality, speed, paint), which sealed the deal for me in terms of not getting my car fixed here. I'm one if those rare consumers, like a dictator from a failed state, wants it all, not shoddy or slow or subpar work on one dimension of a repair.

They have messed up on my car twice, the first time I had to get Firestone to fix the problem and they refund me my money for messing up, then the second time I came to them for another repair due to an accident and a week later the Bults on my car where loose and i had to drive my with a loose tire that they were suppose to fix! So unsafe with a new born in the back. No I have to miss work as well

Saw one of their employees (female, white Toyota Corrolla) driving down the road while taking selfies and watching her phone more than the road with no regard for anyone around. If this is the kind of folks they employ, I will never set foot in this place.When you kill someone because your phone was more important than human life, I hope you can live with it.

Lazy service, the guy didn't even bother to check the problem that we talked about. Not a good place to go unless you complwreck your car and have an insurance claim
