Do not recommend. The techs are nice but the salesmen are rude and arrogant. Little do they know I know more about cars than they do. Tried to tell me my wheels are not correct for this car and told me I need to buy $1000 rims just for a 2012 Toyota Corolla. And I went in for hub rings they will be $33 I said forget it left went to a different one and they were $5!!!!! My rims are pictured. If I could do a negative review I would.

My daughter had an appointment Saturday Apr. 6, 2024, and we specifically asked the attendant to rotate the front tires to the back and place the new tires on the front, but because my daughter was by herself they decided to do it their way. Now I had to make another appointment to correct the issue on Wednesday. Please don't take advantage of young women. They are customers too.

The professionalism and customer service team at Discount Tire is outstanding. I was a walk-in who picked up a screw in the tire while traveling. They quickly assessed and worked me into the schedule. Really appreciate the care taken to repair, balance, and restore my truck's spare to its storage location. Top notch team, and you will be pleased. Thanks!

Don't spend your money here. The first salesman was nice and heard everything I said. He get a 5 star. The other salesman need to learn how to talk to people. He tried to sale me a tire that I was going to at a later date. I already just replaced a tire. He had the nerve to ask me if I had financial issues. It took everything in me not to go clean off on him. Who are you to count my money? I will not go back to location. That little short man with the locks need to learn how to talk to people. I bet if I were a man he would not have said what he said.

They didn't charge me! I got out of my car at the grocery, and my rear wheel was almost completely flat. I limped it to Discount Tire. They had one of their employees inspect the wheel, and thoroughly! The fellow spent about twenty minutes identifying the puncture, fixing it, and putting the tire back in place. When they brought the car around, the guy says, "you don't owe us anything, Tire repairs are free." I was speechless, surprised, and grateful. I am now a Discount Tire customer for life. Plus, while I was waiting there, I saw at least five cars pull in to have their tires inspected, quickly and efficiently. Something I'll be doing regularly.

Terrible service don t ever go here! I wanted to get one of my tires repaired because it had two nails in it. And they told me it would be 100% free. So the new girl that works there told me it would be a 30 min wait time and I ended up waiting a whole hour. Then when they finally got to my car they ended up telling me they could not repair the tire because of the placement of one nail, and then they tried to tell me I would need a whole new tire witch would be 250$ for ONE TIRE!!!!!! I said no thank you and I toke my car to glen tire down the road and they were able to fix my tire for me no problem at all! These people are scammers and don t know nothing about there jobs! DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!!! go to glen tire that s down the road best place to go for tires and all other Business.

I waited 2 n half hours to get my tired plug and they never even touched my car. Definitely won't be going back. Firestone has better deals. They wouldn't patch my tire because I didn't purchase any tires

The team at this store is fantastic! We were passing through when we got a flat tire. They fixed it at no cost and they did not suggest we needed to replace the entire tire. Everyone there was so nice and saved our road trip! Thank you all!

I appreciate this discount tires so much for going out there way to help me with my tire. I am a Uber driver and i might not have been able to finish the night with out them fixing my tire. That staff was great and they was quick to get me back on the road. I recommend anyone who has a tire issue or needs tires see them

I ve been coming to this specific Discount Tire now for years. Service is great, they always under promise and over deliver. This time Quinn was there to help me out and made the whole experience great. He made sure DT beat out any competitor and took care of me despite a hiccup with the distributor. Thanks QUINN!

Very busy for just opening up. Assuming it's for appointments though. I was a walk in and they were able to get my truck done in a hour. All employees were friendly and straight forward with what needs to be done. This is the third vehicle I've taken there and I plan on going again next time I need my tires serviced too. Highly recommend

I wish I could ve got the gentleman s name that assisted us because he was truly fantastic. I came in for a tire plug/patch. There was a screw plugged in between the threads of my aunts tire & worst came the worst, we were going to throw a temporary tire on & the guy on the front end was going to make sure I got the correct tire & the same one as the other 3. Almost impossible to patch but these guys made it possible & had me back on the road in no time. Big thanks to the front end crew & shop crew. Phenomenal customer service & fast workers. Me & my aunt will be back for any type of tire work always!!!

Pete from this location was awesome.Bought my tires from the tire discount on the other side of town. When I went to the original location, they refused to meet my service needs.This tire discount was all about servicing my request even though they didnt even sell me the original tires.Pete was amazing. I will be back at this specific location looking for Pete when it comes time for new tires. All my referrals will be to him as well.Thanks Pete for your service. You are a great human.

Because I wouldn t buy new front tires from Discount Tire , they wouldn t fix my flat tire cause I got the back set of tires from Firestone ( flat on back of car ) .. I learned Firestone tires are BETTER I bought 2 Disconut Continentals tires from Discount & bought 2 Firestone tires a month AFTER the Discount tires , my Firestone tires are Perfect, the Discount tires are worn out badly , so they ask me which ones I bought first ( which is Discounts tires ) , now they telling me my Firestone tires are Bad .. go to FIRESTONE better service & BETTER tires , FIRESTONE still has treats , Discount is TRASH

The vanilla ice dude working there does not know tires. He lies to just try sell a tire. I've been an auto tech for20+ years and his lies won't work on me. I recommend a second opinion for anyone that gets this guy. I had to go to another store and got what I needed taken care ofwith no hassel like I got from this guy.. I will continue to use discount tire but not this guy.

Been a loyal customer to this store for well over 8 years and five cars later, and today was the worst experience I have encountered anywhere. First rep Michael was amazing I ended purchasing two tires but when It came to getting them installed another rep stopped working on my car completely because the inside of one of the rims was slightly bent which was bent for 9 months but was getting it replaced because a metal popped the tire, Lonnie I think is his name told me they weren t going to even attempt to install the new tire even to test if it did hold air. I told him they had installed the same tire back in June with the same bent rim , so he says well im just going to be honest I m not touching this rim because I m worried for your safety. So I had to leave for work and told them to put the donut back on my car and drive away with my 5 day delayed refund. Did not even bother changing the 2nd tire I purchased,so I drove away with a spare tire and a low tread tire just like I drove in, thank god I had Lonnie to look out for my safety!

Great experience with this specific Discount Tire location. Picked up a large tack in one of my tires and needed it inspected to know if it can be repaired or needed to be replaced.Tesla vehicle which needs special care when lifting and would need special tires. I actually called the Tesla Service Center and learned that they do NOT repair tires but they specifically told me that Discount Tire is their recommended repair shop.Anyways, the employees here were great, greeted you as you drove into the parking lot, kept you posted on timing.Overall, the tire was able to be plugged and didn't cost me one cent for this service. I was quoted what it would have costed to replace the tire and that quote was reasonable.Great job and fully recommended.

Customer service was great, but tends to get backed up way too much. Service area wait was over an hour past appointment time. Annoying continuous alarms in service area must drive employees insane.

We were just starting a long trip when something punctured our tire. I put on the donut while my wife found this location. We are frequent flyer at their Raleigh stores. I got it changed pretty quick as my wife called ahead. We arrived & Kris handled the issue. We were back on the road quickly and completed our first leg where we had planned. They value the customers.

People don't know about cars. They are quick to leave a bad review. This Jamal gentleman should know a tire showing tread is not safe and will not pass inspection. That's why they would not repair. I'm not going into the two tires from separate companies, just to say one thing: four-way alignment is needed. It doesn't matter the same brand.I am mechanic. I have two brothers who are mechanics as my fatheris as well. I am also a state inspector for North Carolina.

Very nice and helpful people, they always done a great job for me, I would highly recommend this store for your vehicle tire needs (I had tires mounted on two Land Rover SUV and a small passenger car). Would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family.

I had to buy tires and needed them today. I initially spoke with Kris who was so helpful. Today Tristen and Kris helped me. They both were so friendly, patient and professional. I noticed how they worked well as a team. Kris finished up with me. He took his time and went through the information in detail with me. Kris explained things so that I could understand them well. Since he did this I will know how to better take care of my new tires. This was my first time getting tires from Discount Tires. They were recommended to me by someone else. I am recommending them as well. Thank you Kris and Tristan. You made me feel like a valued customer!

I can't recommend this place enough. They were exceedingly friendly on the phone and had great choices in stock. They were able to see me the same day I called, and installation of 4 new tires took less than an hour. This will be my new go-to place.

Awesome experience here! Called and spoke to Brian before coming in and he was super nice and helpful! When I got there, I barely made it in the door before Gabe was offering to help get my car checked in and find the best tire options for me. The location is very clean and lots of comfortable seating. Heard a lot of fun singing coming from the employees, which makes me happy that they seem to enjoy their job and have fun! Awesome place!
