I got two used tires within a one day span. The first day the price was $50 the second day it was $60. They was no difference in the tread of the tire. Not sure if it was because I was a woman or they were trying to get money but they lost my business today.

They normally are ok but as of late used tires are costing $60. I believe it s because I am a woman. I came last week the same tire was $40

Went for the first time, will definitely go back. Fastest and least-expensive tire service I've ever experienced. Might not have a fancy waiting room, but if you barely have to wait, you won't need one.

I had to briefly stop here last week because I didn't know how to open the hood after flipping the switch inside of an older BMW I was driving. The car needed oil really bad and a couple of the guys didn't speak English. So, they went and got the manager who was so nice abd helpful. He showed me where to pour the oil even informing me that there was a serious problem with the rim on the oil tank. Gracias!!!!

I brought a tire for my son on May 5th 2023 . He came home on the 8th and said his car was shaking really bad and thought it was the swaybar. I paid a mobile mechanic to come check it out( he gave me my moneyback). Comes to find out it's the tire I brought from Cristen tire. They say the only do a one week warranty. If I had of know it was the tire and not something else. Bad business I didn't see a sign that said that nor was I given a receipt that said that!

Good pricing, service is lacking, mistakes are common. My last experience, I was waiting 15 mins after they finished changing one tire, before anyone came to collect payment. Within that time, there was a gentleman who returned complaining that they had installed his brake pads incorrectly, and fluid was leaking. He was leaving when I arrived, so he didn't seem to get far. Moral of the story, you get what you pay for.

I've had after market rims put on here and gotten great used tires at a great price. The guys working here are nice, fast and willing to work with you. I will never go anywhere else. I use to go to a different used tire dealer here in Durham and on many occasions my tires would be flat the next morning. Never has that happened with CHRISTIAN TIRES. You guys are #1 in my family

They are very nice but very efficient people , i get very good prices on new tires. Just take 25 min to leave the place . I really recommend this place.

Ive used this tire shop in the past with good business practices although today I pulled up with a flat tire and the price that I had paid in the past quickly doubled when they noticed I had no option but two pay... in other words had a horrible experience today. What this company has charged me $15 for in the past QUICKLY turned into $35...BAD BUISNESS PRACTICE!I SUGGEST YOU FIND ANOTHER ONE OF THE MANY TIRE SHOPS IN THE AREA.THERE ARE ABOUT 6 MORE WITHIN 10 MILE RADIUS.I WONT BE GOING BACK.

This tire company is wonderful! They are off of Cheek Rd in Durham, NC. The men that mount and balance my tires are courteous, very professional, AND they do not charge you an arm and a leg to mount and balance each tire. Whenever I buy my tires, this is the place that I return to again and again.

Get your price in writing I was told 160 for a set of 4 tires But after they put them on it went to 200. Then they wanted to take them off unless I paid 200. Stayed here with them like hostage till my wife went to the bank for 40 more dollars Bad business!

Didn't have the size tire I needed but, he said that he could order it and that it would be in the every next day though. So I think that they were pretty helpful.

Got a quote for new tires but when I got there they change the price. Had a child answering the phone giving out false information and the would not honor or discount for the inconvenience of driving over there.

Different tech gave me different prices for the same tire. I left the shop because I couldn't trust them. They asked me $80 for a used tire which is the same price for a new tire at other tire shops.

Great people!! They feed you to (tamale) while servicing your vehicle. Yes, they have whatever tire you need. Unless they have ran low. Used or New but I always was get new.

Used tires. Great service. Tires usually last me 2 years. 180.00 dollars for a complete set, mounted and balanced, you can't go wrong!
