Me and my bf were looking for a car for months, and we looked at this place a couple of times and they had great inventory but we were skeptical because we were confused on why and how. After speaking to Michell over the phone a few times about what we were looking for and what our price range was she set us up with GREAT options and we finally got down to the Mazda 6 and the Volvo. She was very knowledgeable on each of the cars so we were able to go home and go over options to make a final decision and we went with the Mazda. The communication between the dealership was amazing throughout the whole process. When we got there to pick up the Michelle was cleaning it and ultimately and we got out of there very quickly. We ve only had Roseanne (the Mazda) for one day but she s a blessing. I love everyone at Craig's Motor company and I would highly recommend to go there for your first, second or even last car.

I went to multiple dealerships before I came here, and when I tell you when I met Michele I knew I was at the right place. She s extremely patient. Super nice. She knows what she s doing and she s very dedicated to her job and you can tell she loves what she does. The owner was also extremely nice and patient. They both worked with me and made it happen. They found the perfect car for me and I was extremely happy and satisfied. I definitely recommend coming here.

I have bought many pre-owned vehicles before but my buying experience with Craige Motor Company would rate at the top. Super nice and informative staff. Walt was able to suggest so many financing options that enabled me to drive off with a nice hybrid vehicle same day. I was able to talk with one of their mechanics who was also very knowledgeable. Michelle took care of the admin and did not miss one beat. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

I had a great experience today at Craig Motor Company. Michelle was knowledgeable, friendly and eternally patient with me. Walt was extremely helpful and friendly. I got the car I wanted with no hassle and am extremely happy. And also they sent their friendly associate James to deliver my new car because I m from out of town. I can t say enough good things. Highly recommended.

Everyone was really nice and friendly and made the buying process easy.However there were a lot of minor issues with the car I was never informed about, and was not knowledgeable enough at the time to test/look for them. I still enjoy the vehicle I purchased but it was probably worth slightly less than I bought it for due to the minor issues.

Best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. They are very friendly. Customer service is top rate. They explain everything to you and make sure that you understand. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a new vehicle.

One of the best car buying experiences ever! Michelle was super awesome at getting me into the thunderbird I wanted! The owner was super friendly too! The whole staff was very helpful with everything! Would definitely buy from them again!

I purchased a vehicle from here and Well let's just say they seem to be good people but they sure will sell you a car with things wrong with it. You will get the feeling of you've been scammed after you have had the vehicle for a few days!! The owner of the company will only talk to you when he's selling you the car but if you have a problem or issue with the vehicle he gets upset and will hang up on you!! Also while I was purchasing my vehicle when he hung up on another client. I should have know then not to deal with him.

I test drove a 2017 Honda civic, no engine lights turned on and it drove good. I purchased this vehicle and now the check engine light is turning on. I did a test scan on it and it had tons of problems that they didn t tell me about. This place ripped me off, only come here if you expect bad service.

Bought an H3 for my wife for Christmas last November. Test drive and motor is misfiring due to a bad cylinder coil. Should ve left then. They repair it on the spot. The ac wasn t working right. Wait 2 hrs extra to find out it was leaking Freon from the port. They repair it . Still purchase the H3. 3 months later when another cylinder coil misfires I also find out from local mechanic the perforated rust damage underneath is not good! Y all it s awful! Even still, we can manage the situation.I am a teacher, my wife is a district level education supervisor. We work hard everyday. However, this used car lot continues to harass me about my insurance lapsing! We have Insurance and it s debited monthly! Never missed a payment not even late once. Spoke with the owner and he was very nice and says it s just the system and the ladies are just doing their job . But, I call to straighten things out and Craig Jr. answered and is very rude and at this point I lose it and he is ridiculous! Craig Motor Company! Please stop Harassing Good Clients! I will never purchase from you again!

I went here a few weeks ago to purchase a vehicle for myself. I found a great vehicle exactly what i was looking for, but the customer service was extremely poor. They didn t help me to find it and were extremely rude when i called to ask about the car and again they were extremely rude. Decent Cars BAD service.

I just happened to find a used car listed on a website located at Craige Motor Co. From the get go, Michele suggested I also look at another vehicle that might suit my needs. It was this second vehicle that ended up being a perfect choice!I found the staff to be very friendly, reasonable, and knowledgeable. I genuinely enjoyed talking to Michele while test driving vehicles and Walt made me feel not only like a valued customer but a new acquaintance! I hope to work with this establishment in the future!

I have purchased 2 cars in the past and they were great and in very good condition the last car i purchased from them 2 years ago i still currently drive and have had no issues with it at all definitely going in for my 3rd car this month very trust worthy!!!

If you're looking for a good place to get a car look no further than Craige Motors. the friendliest people I've had the chance to meet. I was helped by Michelle thru my whole process, whom of which is very warm and welcoming, she made everything very easy. From start to finished helped with getting the loan, finding the car and getting papers signed in a timely manner. As a 1st time car buyer in a whole it was a great experience and I'd recommend them to anybody who'll listen

Walt & Walt Jr are the only people in the entire city I trust to buy my car from. I've gotten 3 cars from them and never had any issues with the car or the maintenance, plus they were all affordable. Very kind and understanding people running the place. The car lot is a one stop shop also! Mechanics are friendly. I wouldn't buy a used car from any other dealer!

I feel understood, cared about and down right appreciated when it comes to Craige Motor Company. I don't know each member of the Company by name but I know the feeling I trust and that's the feeling of trust. As an Honorable Air Force Veteran, best believe that when I sign on the first figure given; It's because I trust the Company I'm buying from.Do you like when someone does not trust you? How does it feel? You can Trust, Craige Motor Company!I didn't have to talk the price down because I trust the price I am given and the long term benefits for doing so.Ever felt the feeling of not being trusted because your talking to someone who may make a profit off your purchase? (what's my profit? The feeling of helping and assisting a local business get that feeling of success just like I felt when I arrived at Craige Motor Company; Trust = Speed and without it, you get to go figure it through like you have to do at most car lots.No High Pressure Sales occurs at Craige Motor Company, the expression of hours to keep cleaned and detailed since arrival on Lot, Investments into Maintenance, Hours paid out to keep your car in peak shape and performance, Insurance for time your car was at Craige Motor Company before being purchased is not said by the Staff, you just feel it and know they care about people!To put it simply, I TRUST the Craige Motor Company!

He sold me a vehicle that would not pass inspection without $3,700 in repairs. Failed inspection due to safety issues.Winfrey Sr. refused to let me return the vehicle or pay for the the necessary repairs.I gave him $14,000 and I have a vehicle that I cannot sell nor drive without $3,700 in repairs.Be careful with these folks.I now have to sue him to get my money back or for repairs..

This is a great used car dealership. Good selection of inventory. Different finance options. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. From my very first interaction with them over the phone to the finishing paperwork Walt Sr and Walt Jr were more than a pleasure to do business with. They took the time to answer all my questions, to thoroughly look over the car and most of all they 'worked with me' to get in the car I wanted. I strongly recommend (if you are looking for a quality, no hassle, used car dealership) Craige Motor Company. Tell them Mike sent you!!! They ARE the right choice.

Went to purchase a car from here there were issues with the car that I wasn t told about the customer service wasn t great when I had mentioned to car salesman about the problems they got mad and wanted me to pay for everything which isn t fair and isn t right coming from a business.

This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Craige Motors. The owner, his son and staff are dynamic people, as well as having an inventory of affordable used vehicles. I'd definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to stop by, take a look around the car lot and purchase a vehicle from them.

I had went to Craige Motor Co. In 2021 to purchase a 2002 Saturn S series, Gold in color. Runs great and good on Gas. Walt is amazing guy he and his staff helped me out and gone out their way to find a Car that fits my budget. I'm coming back for my second car, and I know that they will look out for me. Thanks, Walt and craige motor co. Staff for everything.

I have bought 2 vehicles from Craige Motors. Walt, the owner, put us in the perfect truck and van for my business! He is personable, knowledgeable and informative! Everyone here was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my car buying experience was great! I have now had the vehicles for a couple of years with no problems. Craige Motors has completed all the maintenance needed on both vehicles and I'm sure I will get many more years out of them. I am now in the process of needing to add to my fleet and Craige Motors is who I have chosen to help me find the perfect vehicle. I'm sure they will not disappoint.

As a young female with minimal car expertise, I am always on guard at car dealerships/shops. Walt and his son made shopping for a new used vehicle easy, stress-free, and personal! I love my new vehicle- needed reliability and more space, and that is exactly what I got! Walt gave me ample time to test drive the vehicle and take it to a local mechanic to check over. There was an issue with the AC compressor and they followed up on their promise to put in a new one, and were quick and flexible about getting this done after I purchased it! Every time I stop by I feel valued as a customer, and enjoy getting to know Walt and his family!

I bought a vehicle from Craige Motor Company of Durham and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was a great car at a great price. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and personable. I was made to feel like family and that I was being taken very good care of. I am not usually one to write reviews but I felt compelled to do so. I was also able to purchase a very good extended warranty at a reasonable price. If you are in the market for a used vehicle and you want a great experience, Craige Motor Company is the place to go! Walt and Walt Jr. are fantastic!
