AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! We had the worst experience ever with a towing company. Vehicle needed to be towed 15 minutes to the dealer. From the time they arrived to the time they finally unloaded it was TWO HOURS. First they had problems getting the vehicle hooked up to the tow truck. Once that was finally done the driver drove his tow truck with our vehicle behind it out of the parking lot and across some grass between a tree and a power pole. There always a three foot drop and he got his tow truck stuck. It took them over 30 minutes to get the truck freed. When I suggested a refund of part or all of the fee I paid was in order they said we got it here without damaging it, didn t we? Right. But you were totally unprofessional. Find another towing company or use at your own peril!!!Service: Car towing

I have a 67' Chevy Nova that was recently restored. Had CPR Towing & Recovery come out and pick up my vehicle and tow it to a car show. I have invested in over $40k plus into my baby. I am so glad that they sent out a truck with lowering capabilities, the air ride lowering system on the truck was amazing! These guys took really good care in making sure that the vehicle was loaded properly and secured with straps! I will definitely be using this company again!Thanks Guys!Mark S.

My mom and dad are the managers. I work with them a lot and I watch them work, how they do their best to take care of everybody needs anybody who comes in they do everything they can to help them, it really inspires me how they treat people. They are always respectful, professional, generous, on time, always has good prices and are very kind to everyone who who walks through the door or even calls. If you ever have any problems that we have the service to do call CPR they will always pick up the phone and be ready to help anytime. They are the absolute the most kind, generous and respectful people I know and I m really glad to be apart of it. I love you guys

Called for a local tow - was quoted 30 mins and a very reasonable rate. No one ever showed. When I called two hours later, they claimed to have called me several times (never received any incoming calls on my cell or saw any tow truck, although I do have the Google Voice Assistant), then the line cut out. When I called back, the guy told me to just try another company, but was very nice about it. This seems unusual, as most folks appear to have had a great experience with this towing company. They were available 24 hours which was great. Lee Collins was the one who assisted me and he was great. He was very friendly and very professional. And he delivered my car in a timely fashion to it's destination safely. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Last night, our car wouldn't start, so we called CPR Towing. The dispatch was very nice and his time estimate was accurate (driver actually showed up early, which was great). Nate, the driver, was extremely courteous and professional. Nate gave us a ride to an auto part store, waited on us, and then when the new battery didn't solve our problem, towed the car to a repair shop we use. We are really grateful Nate was looking out for us! I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future if I need another tow.

Very prompt and very helpful I don't know what we would have done with out these guys. It was late and a very bizarre situation but they got to me as fast as they could and handled it with ease. Thanks cpr.

I called about ten 24 hr towing companies to come help get a skid steer unstuck from the deep mud. CPR was the ONLY place that would do it that night and their price was the best! I HIGHLY recommend this company. DALTON AND ALEX we're awesome and the process only took about 5 minutes! I'm so impressed, I can't say it enough!

Wow! What a great towing experience. The dispatcher gave me a fair quote, I shopped around. They were available to come quickly and were very polite. The driver called and let me know when he would arrive. Arrived on time. Worked quickly. Towed vehicle without any problems. Very good experience!

The roadside emergency service I use for my camper van contacted CPR Towing and Recovery to help me with a dead battery. Chris McMillan from CPR Towing and Recovery arrived at my house very soon after the call. He was amazing! He replaced the battery, taught me how to install a trickle charger I had purchased, checked the fluids in the van and showed me which fluids needed attention, waited with me while I tried to start the generator and house batteries on the van. He explained the services I needed for the van. He was very kind and patient as I asked a million questions. The service call felt more like a visit with trusted friend. Very grateful for Chris's kindness, professionalism and gift for teaching. Highly recommend CPR Towing and Recovery. They will be my first call for emergency services or towing.Service: Battery

I m a person who is all about timing and I don t like to feel over charged. Kristen answered my call and told me to hold so I was patient.. she took me off hold and began my quote for my 25 mile haul from Durham to Raleigh at a reasonable price. Mind you I had just got off the phone with another towing company charging $85 for hooking and then $4 a mile plus tax I assume making it almost $200 and making it in 2 hours. CPR made it in an hour and half and beat the competitions price. If your looking for good customer service and a reasonable price look no further.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling, Local hauling

I have not yet used their service, but I've known the owners of this company for years and I know them to be very reliable, professional, and their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them on that alone and, should I ever need anyone to tow my vehicle, CPR Towing would be the place I would call! Kristin and Chris will always put your needs first!

Had a car issue at 1am. Not only would it not start, but it was not able to change to neutral �that is until CPR towing showed up. Our guy was very patient and extremely helpful. Towed to the dealer in Raleigh with no issues and the best price we could find. Very knowledgeable and careful with my investment. By far the best towing experience I've had.

Operator and tow driver were both courteous and helpful. Information was accurate and arrival time was quick. Overall a great experience. They made an unpleasant situation (my car not working) much better. I would call them again if needed. Also 1/2 the price of another company I called.

I was stranded on I-40 late at night with a dead car. They were great. They towed my car to the dealership and got me home, when I had no way to get there late at night. The driver was very friendly and we had an interesting conversation (congratulations in being a grandfather). Very professional and helpful and appreciated their service!

I was stranded on the side of the road very late in the night this past weekend. I called my car insurance company and they set me up with CPR towing. They were very fast in getting to me especially at that hour (1am). Chris came out and said hello and immediately began working on a solution to getting my car out of the deep muddy water. Nate was also very helpful in attaching the equipment to my car and slowly pulling me out. Both men were extremely professional and caring. I greatly appreciate their service and would definitely recommend them to whoever needs roadside assistance!

CPR Towing was so easy to work with. They picked up the car when they said they would and delivered it to the exact parking space I specified. Very timely, courteous, and professional. Family run and super personable people who went above and beyond to assist me. Were empathetic and friendly, helped me gather my belonging from a wrecked vehicle and even offered to help me remove the tags. After waiting several hours for other towing companies to come move me off of the I-485, my insurance service finally contacted CPR towing and they came in 20-25min. Telvin, was very kind and got us to our destination in no time! CPR towing is definitely on my recommendation list!

Luckily I had phone service because of the location where my car broke down at 3am . it only took the driver 45 minutes to reach me he was very professional and carefully put my car on his truck's bed without a putting scratch on it . I would recommend CPR towing and recovery to my friends because my experience with this towing company was good and the service was performed professionally in a fairly timely manner.Thanks
