I cannot say enough about the fantastic service and the wonderful job this company did for my daughter. If you want an honest quote, well executed job accomplished as well.as assistance in getting you vehicle back on the road, these guys can and will do everything they can to make it happen in a timely, cost effective manner. This place is super top notch in my book! I was having a issue with my lexus, thought it was transmission issues & was referred there. I came in & met Edgar he said he would check it out. He called me the next day & said its not the transmission but some kind of electrical issue. He was very honest with me & told me he didn't know what to do & didn't want to start charging me to figure it out knowing he couldn't. He then said let me do some more research & called me the next day to let me know he was referring me to another shop that specializes in electrical work. I respect him for being so honest and will refer everyone to him. Honesty speaks volumes to me & I definitely appreciate it! They definitely won me over!! If you are having transmission problems Charlie's transmission is the ONLY place in town you want to go!! Trust you won't regret it.

I can't say enough about their service! I asked a nearby parts store manager which of 2 Transmission shops to bring my car to. Before I finished my question he said "Charlie's". I will now answer that question just as fast! He rebuilt my transmission a day early and a few bucks under estimate! GO TO CHARLIE'S TRANSMISSIONS IF YOU HAVE TRANSMISSION ISSUES!Service: Transmission

Charlie Transmission is simply the best and most reputable transmission shop ANYWHERE !!!Edgar and his team provide the absolute best knowledge and capabilities available and the most honest, straight forward information there is. NO guessing about what needs to be done, how it will be done or when it will be done.They give you the ABSOLUTE best value for your money !!!If there is ANYTHING you need for your transmission, Edgar and Charlie Transmission is the ONLY place you should go to !!

Amazing people ! Very Professional ! They take the time to explain things to you so you dont just get thrown into something you weren't expecting. They are the best around the Durham area, and quick service...Their prices are very reasonable.

They're fast and good they had rebuild 2 transmission's for me and the first one is been 4 years ago still working after 112k miles the second one just got it done with them and is working graet thank you Mr charie and team.

Amazing I was traveling back to Chesapeake VA when I cought a screw in my tire they were actually closed and they took my vehicle in repaired it and was very good customer service while doing it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

I took my car there for transmission problems Charlie's transmission that I had an electrical problem they didn't charge me one dime initially they told me there was a diagnosis fee but instead they waited really appreciate

They are all about the money. Left transmission codes and could not take my car for inspection problem came back after one week

It is a good place to have your transmission as new. The man who serves you is very trustworthy, he is a nice person, he provides security, he is super friendly and he lets you know if there is any other problem apart from the transmission since he only makes transmissions.Es buen lugar para q le dejen su trasmission como nueva. El se�or q atiende da gran confianza es una linda persona impira seguridad super amable y le deja saber si hay alg�n otro problema aparte de la trasmission ya que el s�lo hace transmisiones.
