I visited CBS in Hillsborough. Intending to look at a vehicle I seen on the website, it was sold tho a few days before. Rufus didn't give up trying to help me get into a vehicle I would want. And I ended up leaving in something I liked even better! Rufus and Tim are very professional and nice guys! Thank you guys for being so helpful and getting me into a car I can be proud to drive! I highly recommend going to see CBS in Hillsborough if you are looking for a car or truck!

Making this review a few days after getting my car. I did an application online from their website to finance a car, not expecting to be getting one as soon as I did. Rocky Watson gave me a call a few hours later to get some more information from me and not long after, he let me know I was approved for a car all in the same day. Rocky was very professional and answered questions I didn't even know I needed to ask. 10/10 would recommend buying a car from them. Definitely ask for Rocky Watson if you decide to buy a car from CBS.

Unable to find the roxboro location, disappointed overall. I received a memorial day sales card thing that said $4,000 over KBB value, when I got to the location in roxboro I told the sales guy immediately that I don't care about the other promotions if they will stick to their word on the $4,000 over KBB value then we could make a deal happen today and again he assured me that was the case. I guess it's only 4,000 over KBB IF they feel like making a deal on this holiday, the sales manager said I was crazy and proceeded to input the information himself into KBB and sure enough his information was in line with the numbers I had said and he said he's sorry he just can't honor the KBB pricing. Would have left with a car today but after all of this the only thing I walked away with was being reassured that you still can't make a fair deal with a dealership and even if they tell you to your face they will honor KBB prices or pay more they're just full of baloney.

. I wanted to make this review because of the good quality experience that I had while working with CBS Quality cars. Rufus Greene was very professional and helpful. I did not end up buying a car here due to unfortunate timing and found one elsewhere but This is definitely a solid place to buy a car. Straightforward pricing no crazy fees And no pressure. I definitely will be keeping CBS in mind for my future car needs.

My experience was phenomenally exceptional!!!!! The customer services that Catherine Cathy Lester demonstrated was not only informative but it was like I was apart of her family. This was my first time buying a car and I was terrified but Miss Cathy made me feel comfortable and at easy about my purchase. If anyone is in the market for a vehicle and want to get a great deal, good customer service, and someone who cares choose Miss Cathy.

I recently visited CBS Quality Cars and met with Rocky Watson. Through previous visits to CBS Quality Cars Rocky has always kept it straight forward and professional. Although credit played a factor in a previous visit this one was different. I worked on establishing credit as it was suggested and today I was able to actually purchase a car from my local CBS location. Rocky Watson made my car buying experience as easy as possible. Would definitely choose to buy here again. The environment was very positive and everyone that I encountered had a great attitude.

Just wanted to give Cathy a Big Thanks! I just purchased a Toyota Rav 4 from her and my goodness this lady definitely understands customer support. I can t speak for anyone else there but if you want to work with someone that s patient and knows how to listen to your needs instead of focusing on their needs as a salesperson . then Cathy is your girl. I ve never experienced such a stress-free purchase as I did with her. I kind of wish I can drag all the bone head sales people I ve encounter that didn t return my calls, reply to my emails, or let me get a word in edgewise so she can train them on how to be a successful salesperson. If you are reading this Cathy .Thanks a million.

I purchased a Mitsubishi Sport from CBS Quality Cars in May and had a wonderful experience. I looked online and saw the vehicle I wanted on the website. I did my credit application online and even had an opportunity to chat with someone online. After being contacted by the salesperson, I decided that purchase rather than repair was the best option. Once on site, the customer service provided was excellent. Twin and the Shantel are wonderful to work with. Thank you for your quality customer service and friendly courteous response.

Ms Cathy is wonderful she work with me every step of the way for a new car. She made sure it was reliable and look good all at staying in my budget. Despite her own things going on she still handled me with care and concern. Thanks Ms. Cathy so much for helping me and for following up with me on my new purchase

There is a sales person at this dealership name Terry Hope that is a liar and con artist. When you talk to him automatically runs your credit like you have chosen a car with him. Now mind you that you are still undecided. Do not deal with this sales person. If you want to protect your credit score.

If you are in the Raleigh/Durham/NC area go to CBS Quality Cars Mitsubishi and I promise you'll be more than satisfied with the customer service and overall car buying experience. I was greeted at the door by Janie with a warm smile and although I walked in the door nervous about my poor credit history I walked out with keys to a brand new 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport!!! Janie asked me about features that I wanted in a car, so she actually cared about putting me in a car that suited my needs. The manager, Shantel, is also friendly and she made sure that I got the exact car that I wanted. Not only was my car buying experience great, my car payment is affordable!! The staff is friendly, personable, and genuine. There is no doubt in my mind that CBS is the best place in the Raleigh/Durham area to purchase a car at an affordable rate with great customer service. Yes, I am a real customer that was super impressed with my real experience, if you don't believe me go see for yourself!! Great customer service is so rare, I had to write a review!!

I bought a used car from them in February and it was a fairly straightforward process, until I realized one of my headlights was out. Aside from it taking nearly a month to get it sorted out, they were very helpful and willing to work with me to get it fixed properly (some parts were on backorder) Rocky, the salesman was very friendly and not pushy at all. The people in the service department that helped me out were great! Tray the parts manager was on top of everything, even giving me his personal number to check on parts delivery and options. Jeff, the service manager stepped in and made the call to replace the entire headlight assembly to make sure the problem did not come back later down the road. Overall, I would definitely recommend CBS Quality Cars to anyone looking for a new (used) ride!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Kevin Strickland at CBS Quality Cars and I am very happy with my decision. Kevin was super helpful in answering any questions I had, and once I decided to buy, he moved the process along quickly. He was fair in the trade price offered for my vehicle as well! I bought a car from CBS a few months ago that gave me a few problems. Janie was my salesperson and she had a great understanding of what I was looking for! After some trial and error she helped me get into a much better vehicle than I orginally started with and really showed she cared about my satisfaction! She really turned around my entire experience!

Best car buying experience ever!!!! My sales person by the name of Cathy Lester was great in all aspects when trying to help me locate the vehicle I wanted. I have bought 8 vehicles from CBS over the past 25 years. They have quality cars, quality people and quality facilities.Special thanks to Scott for taking time to call me on his day off to help me arrange a meeting to look at truck. Thanks to Rocky for getting it done.Steve has created a used car dealership that is like no other. After a long search and dealing with other people I can say there is a difference.

Very courteous and profession atmosphere. Everything was taken care of from the moment I walked through the doors. A very smooth transition from a damaged vehicle to a quality job well done on my Ford truck. I recommend anyone to use their services! I rate them with 5 Stars! My truck looks great!

Visited yesterday for the 1st time from WS. Looked at Audi on the lot. Salesman was nice throughout the experience, until some flaws were pointed out regarding this car. He said, Maybe this isn t the car for her. Wow, why would I drive to see it, if I couldn t afford it? Clearly you knew the car had flaws when you purchased it at the auction, you just didn t think the buyer would. Thanks, for that experience, but no thank you. We ll take our business elsewhere.

Don't waste your time!Found a vehicle on a Friday and negotiated a price with Tim at the Hillsborough location. Even drew up paperwork. It had a front end noise that Tim assured me would be taken care of the next day. I waited all day to go pick up may car. Tim was very hard to get a hold of and the car wasn't back on his lot until 5pm. Drove to pick it up only to find the CBS repair shop didn't do a thing to it. Same noise, same problem. Tim told me that's the best they could do. He said it's been fixed when he can't even tell me what the problem was. I asked him to have the tires rotated since the two best ones were on the left side instead of in front (front drive). They did not even do that! If they won't even rotate the tires to sell the car how can I trust their free rotations for life claim. I would not recommend this dealer.

My partner purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra from CBS-Hillsborough on May 27, 2020. Josh worked with him to ensure that he was making a good purchase. He put down his down payment Josh found him a lender and he was all set and drove off in his new truck. However, three weeks later everything changed. CBS says that the lender has no record of his paperwork and that the lender dropped him. Before he was given the keys all of the required documents were presented. Today Josh stated that he would need to put down more money and find a new lender. Long story short he would never do business with the company again. They are shady and janky and rip people off. And Tim yeah don t trust him he s shady! I bought a car from CBS in February the day after I got the car I noticed the back tires were rumbling I contacted Tim he told me to come in the next day and he would check it out. He drove the car and said it was from the tires being rotated and the noise would go away. Needles to say after making an appointment with the service department they told me that I needed new back because the tires were pretty much garbage and they were rubbing. Tim assured me that he would take care of it but when I asked him about it he had no recollection of what I was talking about. Also, they never called me when my tags came in and lost the second key to my car. I nor my partner will ever go back to this location!

Bought an FX37 and so far so good. Didn't feel pressured or that they were trying to get over on me. Terry made it all really easy. They didn't try to push a vehicle service contract on me though they have literature on one available. I actually could have bought the car a little cheaper but the difference wasn't worth the sleezy feel I got off the other guys. The price I paid was consistent with other dealers so I didn't feel gouged. Actually one of the easiest car buying experiences I've had.

I had a wonderful car buying experience with Janie at CBS quality cars, i had been shopping for weeks and was completely DONE with slimy car salespeople. Janie was different, straightforward, never pushy, super nice and got me the car i wanted for a great price. Cannot recommend them enough.

Cathy and Rufus really go above and beyond for customer service. They had me in a new BMW Z4 in less than 24 hours after mine had been totaled in a hit and run accident. I work night shift and they had the car ready to go and even personally delivered it to my home for me. I cannot say enough good things about their customer service!

This place is by far one of the best car dealerships I've ever been to. The professionalism and customer services is amazing! I had a wonderful experience this past August buying my Mercedes ML 350. Jerome and Shantel were very diligent about me getting approved for my loan. They did everything possible for me to get the deal I wanted and that to me is priceless! Jerome took his time explaining all the features of the car and just provided top customer service. After the purchase, both Jerome and Shantel kept in contact and made sure I was comfortable with my new car and made themselves available if I needed anything else. Shantel also made sure I got the best rate for my car insurance. All I can say is that this place rocks!! If you need a car and want to make sure you get the best service and great quality cars...This is your place! Thanks CBS for all your help!!
