Caliber Collision off Alston Avenue were great. They were very forthright at the beginning, giving us a reasonable time we could expect delivery of the repaired vehicle and why it would be ready at that time. Throughout the process, they communicated regularly with substantive updates. The repaired car looks great, sounds great, and to all evaluations, is running great.

I had a great experience with the entire team at this location. My truck was in need of some serious help, and they delivered. Everyone in the front office was professional, friendly, and communicated clearly. The guys in the shop did an outstanding job making the repairs needed. In the end, all my expectations were exceeded, and my truck was as good as new. Highly recommended. Thank you, Calibee Collision S. Alston!

I had a great experience with this location. The repairs were seamless- it s truly as though my car is back to its exact state prior to the accident. On top of that they were done a week prior than estimated! Bryce was incredibly helpful during this process keeping informed and answering my questions.

I've used Caliber in the past, however this was my first experience with this location and unfortunately I'm not pleased. I wouldn't return and defiantly wouldn't recommend this location to others. Communication was lacking, I had to take my car back twice due to the lack of due diligence, the wrong bumper is on my car, and I'm currently waiting on a refund, in which they have pushed off to enterprise, when caliber is the one who owes me a refund. Please avoid!!

We ve had repairs done at Caliber previously and been very satisfied. We had them recently perform repairs following a rear end collision and have been frustrated. The body work looks great, but related items have been a problem. The day after getting the car back to us, the electronic system displayed a variety of error messages - requiring a return visit. Several days later the driver seat memory settings system failed - return visit #2. Yesterday we began hearing a loud rattle inside a door they worked - I suspect some part was not properly secured in place. That s #3.Consequently we appreciate the body and paint work they did, but these other issues have been quite disappointing.

The Durham Caliber Collision location was AMAZING!! They made an unfortunate situation seamless and comfortable. Chad was my contact person. He was professional, personable and kept my aware of the status of my repair. When I picked up my Mazda CX-30 it looked better than when I drove it off the showroom floor!Thank you Caliber (Durham)! Chad...YOU ROCK!!!

The staff was nice enough, but I felt that the communication throughout the process was nonexistent. My car was totaled, but I had to find out through the car rental place (I just happened to call them about a question I had). When I called Caliber to get an update on my car, they told me they "couldn't talk" to me about it and that I'd have to call the insurance company. When I called the insurance company, they told me they were waiting for Caliber to give them an updated estimate. The whole process was stressful. I don't think I'd choose Caliber again in the future.

Great communication, a very high level of attention to detail, and a focus on customer service make this shop stand out above all others that I have used. And while that is not a long list, I have no interest in finding out about the others. Why bother when I know Bryce at Caliber Collision on S. Caliber Collision did excellent work on the body repair. Staff was friendly. They kept us updated and answered the phone when we called. Car was thoroughly cleaned. Very positive experience!

My car was released to the auction yard without any approval or consent for release. I was told I had two days to get my stuff. I showed up on the first day, and they said my car was gone. I had to drive 2 hours to get my personal belongings when I should have been able to get them from Caliber. I brought my car in on the 2nd and did not get a single update until I called on the 15th just to find out my car was considered a total loss. The lack of communication and lack of respect for me is incredibly disappointing.

The paint job comes out immaculate & the team works as a whole!!!! The body man is so good at what he does you can t even tell where the initial damage was!THANK YOU CALIBER IN DURHAM FOR YOUR GOOD AND FAITHFUL WORK ON MY CAR!

5 stars honestly isn t enough to express my gratitude and explain my experience with this location at Caliber Collision. Everyone I had an encounter with went over and beyond to ensure that I received the best that they had to offer. Ashley runs the office and when I tell you she is AMAZING, I am not exaggerating. She literally made the entire process easy from beginning to end. Ashley stayed in constant communication with me the entire time and has a great relationship with Enterprise. She took the initiative to arrange for me to get picked up by Enterprise when I dropped my car off for service. Now thats like Chick-fil-A service in the car repair field. Next, the manager at this location is Riley and he is even more phenomenal with his customer service. He called me every couple days to personally give me an update and even finished days before expected. Riley and his team fixed gave me my car back in better condition then I bought it from CarMax. If I can be completely honest, He went over the insurance and replaced my battery for free, he calibrated the camera in my windshield and alot of other minor repairs. I was blown away to see my car with brand new tires and the paint job is beyond a perfect match. I honestly was a little emotional when I saw my car because I ve never had service this amazing. I m use to people messing something up not fixing more than I ask. Hands down this is the best service I ve ever received in my life. I even referred my step mother because it was just that GREAT!I will attach pictures and a video but honestly it just really does no justice to the excellent service that I received. If your looking for someone to trust your car with, Riley, Ashley and the team at this location is definitely it.*NO I DID NOT GET PAID FOR THIS REVIEW, I ACTUALLY FEEL AS THOUGH I SHOULD HAVE TIPPED THEM ALL FOR SUCH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE*Thank you so much Caliber Collision. Calibre Collision did a great job with my car repair. The work was done fast and I got my car back much sooner than expected. Bryce kept me informed about the progress of the repairs at every step. I was directed to Caliber Collision by the insurance company that was paying for the damage. I was initially suspicious that they may be sending me to a 'cheaper' repair shop and that the repair would not be of high quality. HOWEVER, my suspicions were unfounded because Caliber did a fine job with my car . . and this assessment is coming from a guy who is known (by my friends) to be very particular. Bottom line . . they do good work in a timely fashion and keep you well informed during the repair process.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had an excellent experience. The car drop off, inspection and insurance claim was hassle-free. We were updated on the status of our car every week. The car looks like new after repair and was even delivered to us earlier than the initial date ! The body work was done fine. They had my vehicle nearly two weeks to replace the front bumper. When I got my vehicle back it was mud all over it. They apologized for it but no one took 10 minutes to take care of it. My car shouldn t be dirtier when I pick it up than when I dropped it offService: PaintingService: Painting

Colin worked with me and gave excellent service! I needed my car done by a certain time before going out of town, and they worked with me to ensure I d have it back on time. My car got damaged in the recent bad storms. My insurance recommended Caliber Collision and I was very pleased with the service I received. The staff were professional, great to work with, they and provided regular updates about the status of my car. My car looks awesome and you can't even tell that there was ever any damage! My car was side swiped, leaving damage on the drivers side, and side view mirror. Caliber Collision did a great repair.At pick up time, the interior of the car had a toxic smell from the paint job, most likely. They did an excellent job of restoring my vehicle to factory standards after an accident caused significant damage to the front end of my vehicle. I recommend them to anyone who needs to find a vendor who can provide the best service there is for collison repairs.
