I had the unfortunate experience of have my car stolen once it was recovered I had it sent to caliber they took care of me right from the start! Once the body work was done they found additional issues with my care and the GM ( Chris) handled everything for me I literally just had to wait for my car to be ready excellent experience 10 outta 10 across the board!

Came in feeling overwhelmed by the damage to my car following an accident and nervous about the process and expense of fixing. I was greeted warmly and seen by the technician on staff who took a look at my car, offered practical advice and support after listening to my concerns, and took good care of me.

A deer had run into my car earlier in the day and the front passenger door wasn t able to open. I didn t know what to do and I stopped by Caliber Collision for advice and a repair estimate. I was promptly greeted with professionalism and understanding. Chris came out and gave me both an estimate, advice on next steps, and got the door working. All in a few minutes! I had bodywork damage to the rear passenger wheel well and bumper from a fender bender. The Caliber team was very friendly and diligent in their work. They did a wonderful job with the repairs and kept me informed of any changes in quotes or timelines. I have used Caliber 3 times for body work repair and they have done a great job every time!

We had the need to use Caliber Collision on Iredell St. in Durham again. We were very pleased with the job they did to our Sienna. It was done in a timely manner. We had an excellent experience with CC. They did things exactly on time as promised, communicated clearly through the whole process, and even left the car cleaner than they found it. Caliber is the best! They just helped me with a minor repair on some door molding and were extremely fair and fast. They never overcharge for small jobs.They also have done a larger job for us on our previous car that was covered by insurance and they did an excellent job for that as well.I would recommend caliber above all body shops in Durham!

Amazing experience! Took car in for a right front bumper that had become disconnected to the body of the car. Chris told me he could fix it on the spot. 20 minutes later my car was repaired perfectly! When asked what the charge was Chris said no charge! !!!! Couldn t believe it! Exceptional service! I had a lot of cosmetic damage to my Ford and they fixed it up to look better than when I bought it. Great communication and very prompt on replies and keeping me in the loop. I know things take longer these days, but I felt the time it took to get fixed was very reasonable and my car looks great. They even cleaned the inside and washed it! Hopefully I ll never have to get it fixed again, but if I do, I ll definitely be coming back. Thanks Chris and Mark!

I am COMPLETELY overwhelmed by the wonderful experience I had with Mark and the team at Caliber. Everyone I interacted with was so kind, responsive, thoughtful, detailed, reasonable, and extremely respectful. I rarely write public reviews, but I m so grateful to these folks they made an incredibly stressful experience so much easier for me. Not only was all the work done very well and ahead of schedule, but the care and reassurance they offered along the way was just above and beyond. Caliber Collision on Iredell Street in Durham ..The team is wonderful and Chris was/is amazing! Love that he was fast, efficient and more importantly kind and conscientious to be budget friendly. He was very detailed in his assessment and let me know he was going to try the least expensive way first.... and if it didn't work then try the more expensive. Great service - returned back of my car to 'like new' after a rear end incident. They gave regular text updates on the status, could pay online, car ready on time, everyone super nice and helpful in person. Highly recommend.

This company went above and beyond the call of duty! My daughter had a fender bender and messed up the front of her car. I asked the manager to confirm it was okay to drive until our appointment. He took time out of his busy schedule and pushed the dent out enabling the hood to close. We did not get charged for this! I want to also mention that the girl that answered the phone was super nice! I was a victim of the Kia boys challenged and when I told Caliber Collision there was blood and broken glass all over my car they were so kind they took me right in. Jennifer Manning and Chris were amazing and made sure everything on my car was back to the way it was before the vandalism. In these uncertain times we need more people like them who we can trust to help us rebuild hope in humanity. Thank you guys for listening, your professionalism and your family like compassion.

This is the first time in all my 59 years when dealing with a repair that I've felt totally satisfied. From the front desk to the back of those that I did communicate with everyone was exceptionally courteous and accommodating. The time to repair my car was reasonable and when I picked it up it was even clean! I really appreciate everyone working with me and would highly recommend Caliber Collision in the future. Thank you! The folks at Caliber Collision on Iredell are amazing. They gave me daily updates about my car. They completed it when they said they would and they even fixed my key as a kind gesture. I don t like having to get my car repaired. They make it so stress free and do superb work. Caliber Collision did an excellent job on our car. A door handle was broken by the branch of a tree during a storm. They were thorough and prompt in giving me an estimate and doing the repair. Chris, especially, was very helpful, courteous and professional. I recommend this business highly. Their price is also reasonable compared to the prices quoted by similar businesses. Keep it up, guys!

I have used this company twice so far for repairing car. Each time, I was constantly updated on the progress of my car via texts, and both times they competed before time and made it as good as new. The customer service agents are very courteous and pleasant as well.

Incredible service, clear communication, and high quality work, it was a great experience at Caliber! After initial problems with the computer wiring, they took care of the entire issue. They did it all of this for a fraction of the cost of the dealer's estimate. Could not recommend this place more, and thank you to Chris and the whole team!

I love my car and was devastated when it was severely damaged recently. A friend recommended Caliber Collision and I'm glad I listened. From the minute my car arrived at Caliber, Chris, the manager, understood how upset I was over all the damage. He and his staff were friendly and professional, and they made every effort to put me at ease. A few days later, as promised, I was able to pick up my car and it looked great.You would never know it had been damaged. The paint job was perfect.If I ever need to have auto body work done again, it will be at Caliber Collision and I recommend them without reservation. Many thanks to the Caliber crew for a great job!

I needed work done on my Toyota. The staff an the manager Chris were first class. The price they quoted me was the price I was charged. I will definitely will use them again and will recommend to family and friends. They made a difficult situation a pleasant one.
