Jessica in service always leaves much to be desired! She doesn t even try! She is careless and unprofessional! I had an urgent situation and she didn t offer any immediate alternatives to help and told me to call other BMW s. What a waste of my time coming into my dealership thinking I would be valued as a valued customer! My experience with this dealership is always the worst experience and that s very disappointing seeing as though I expect so much more from BMW and my home dealership at that. I also feel some diversity would be beneficial in this front desk service office! When people pull in, you used to come out to the cars and greet your customers with a smile. Now you just have to walk in to Jessica twirling her pen acting like she doesn t see you, and many others sitting at the desk talking amongst themselves! The level of customer service here has gone extremely down!

Service team has failed the same issue twice in a row. Leaking happening on Driver s side a year ago. Thought it s fixed. Happened again. Charged me 3000 to get my car out. One day later, saw the same issue in my car.

Mr. Anthony Scott is a good patient man to work with!!! I must say that he knows his BMW craft very well in general!!! He is my go to BMW guru. I also like the fact that he is able to help customers strategically figure out their specific BMW car issues. As I ve worked with him he has not so far just told me what I wanted to hear or left me hanging. I have requested him personally to assist me at my BMW location. I only want to deal with knowledgeable staffers at BMW. I love the fact that Mr. Scott is NOT up in my face talking nonsense or repeating himself!!!I will be scheduling another appointment with Mr. Scott soon for my BMW.Thanks Mr Scott and BMW of SouthPoint!!! Just So Much Awesome Sauce on my BMW experience!!!

Recently had my car serviced at BMW Southpoint. Very friendly and knowledgeable team. Highly recommend!
