They sold an oxygen sensor and when they opened the box, the sensor was used. When they returned it to the store, they did not find a way to at least apologize. They don't mind selling a piece as new when used.

Chris is the most helpful, knowledgeable, and service oriented AZ associate I have ever worked with!! His positive and can-do attitude makes all the difference! I was quoted $1k+ for an AC repair that ended up costing $60 thanks to Chris' guidance letting me know what I needed to purchase and how to do the service myself. Also, I was at the store for a while, and Chris knew every customer's name, greeted them with a smile, and even helped an elderly woman recover her lost health care card. Chris deserves to be recognized and awarded for his amazing contributions to this store.

I picked up some great products and staff was super helpful. The product really worked. While I waited I read this book and loved it. This book is now on Amazon but it today.

Thank you Autozone for changing my car battery in a very desperate time of need. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was nighttime and my car kept dying - so happy to have gotten it fixed that quickly. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Wow this store has been changed for better. I drove extra miles and passed two stores to buy at Holloway st. Yolanda always treat me with respect and calls me by my name. I feel especial. Her knowledge is very helpful and take her time to explain what I need to do with the parts that I buy. I recommend this store staff is very nice.

What a difference this place is, WOW!! The parking lot is clean, store is clean and organized, I feel safe in the store now. Heck of a great job by the Manager "Yolanda" and the employees she manages. I am going to drive the extra 7 minutes out of my way to come to the Holloway store. The vibe in the store is great, they make you feel welcomed.... Thank you!!

We visited this location to get a battery for my car. Upon entering the store the young lady there was very pleasant and patient as she assisted me with getting the information I needed so she could help. Although they didn t have what I needed in stock she went on to find out if another Auto Zone had what I needed and provided me w/all the info I needed to give the other store. As we began to leave my husband s car had a problem so we went back in he store and she as well as a gentleman came out to try to find out what our issue was and even going to get the manager to help. Needless to say they all pitched in with exceptional team work to take care of us. I must say the personalized service they provided led me to write this review. I don t recall their names but they were there on the evening of 10/16/21.

I purchased some windshield wipers from the dealership but didn't have them installed. Today it's raining and the old wipers were shot. I stopped in at the neighborhood AutoZone to ask for help. The person behind the counter let me know that they could not install them since they were not purchased there. I understood so I offered to pay her but she refused. I begged her to put them on an she did and only asked for a Google review. In the rain, Yolanda changed the wipers in less than 5 minutes. God bless Yolanda and I wish AutoZone much success because of employees like Yolanda.

Exceptionally amazing customer service, the man replaced my car battery and helped me refill my washer fluid. Definitely recommend. They seem short staffed though need to hire more help.

Last week I got a refund it was not on my card so I came in AutoZone today and miss yolamdc Goimez store manager help me out and refunded my money with no problem... Thank you so much for all that you did today I was in a rough predicament and I really really appreciate you give me my money back with no problem... thank you again so much and may God continue to bless you with all your good energy and hard work...

I've been a customer here for quite some time and I realized the service has changed for the better, staff is super friendly and customer service is A+. the store looks more presentable inside and out. the store manager is super welcoming and nice, she is always helpful and I 100% recommend this store.

They are super slow and you have to literally stand and wait while the employees continue to walk past you with no acknowledgement of the people just standing in line not being helped! It makes you even more impatient to not get the acknowledgment that I m still standing here and NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING AND WALK BY THEN GO TO A REGISTER AND SAY CAN I HELP YOU! LIKE HELL YES! IVE BEEN STANDING IN LINE LONGER THAN 5MINS! GO SOME PLACE ELSE THE SERVICE WILL BE A LOT FASTER!

The ladies there are super helpful, polite, yet don't put up with any bs. The store is kept very clean. I love how the manager is bilingual too; she was attentive and a quick thinker!

The customer service at AutoZone was awesome thanks to Bianca! She helped me and made sure I got the right parts. Although she didn't have all the parts I needed, she called up another store to make sure they had the parts before driving all the way over there disappointed. Thank you, Bianca!

Hands down the best Auto Zone out there. They were ready to close. The manger a female came and put our battery in our vehicle and it was underneath the seat. She is hands down the best. She could said they didn't do them once found out was underneath the seat. I had just sold the vehicle and battery was no good. She gave me a discount and took an extra 45 minutes to install it while closing her store and helping another family with their water pump. She can hang with any male in Auto Mechanics. Thank you so much for the best customer service I have every experienced at and Auto Zone..

Customer service is disappointing. I'm a regular customer and I always buy from Autozone. I always request a part to be ordered so I can pick it up, but this branch is requesting me to drive all the way to the store just to place the order, not buy the part. So this means I have to drive back again on a different day to pick it up. Very inconvenient and very unprofessional.

First impressions were not good. I came to get a 15mm wrench and there weren't any singles in stock. Just sets of wrenches and the cheapest option was about $11. That wasn't too bad though. Sunday afternoon, eployee was playing loud music from a phone or low quality small speaker from behind the register. That wasn't too bad though. The drug activity in the parking lot was the main issue. The dealers and users seemed very comfortable, as if they were used to being there.

Had a battery die in my car. I worked with Tequila and Daniel, who changed my battery and got me going again. The store was clean. Despite being busy, they were quick to get things changed and made a difficult process much easier

Hello everyone how often have you went to an Auto part store and the CUSTOMER SERVICE was poor? Bought a 12 volt AC adapter for our camping trip. Problem is it couldn't keep up with the load and kept turning off. Don't connect a long extension cord or it's even worse. I can't fault Autozone completely, since it was fairly cheap; but for $15 it should have worked better (minus connecting an extension cord. That always draws a lot more power.)

Used to be my favorite store and reliable place to get parts back in the day but now a bunch new staff with slow service and people lined up until close to the door, I provided my phone number that I always use to buy from AutoZone but they still can't find my parts.

Online it says they replace headlights if you buy one. Employee refused to do it and suggested I go to his friend for $80. Anyways, found a spot, United Auto Repair Center, near the store that did it for $25

After calling 2 other Auto Part store and having HORRIFIC customer service, I called AutoZone. The gentleman who answered was very nice, he wanted to help, knew what he was talking about and understood what we were trying to do. We needed a 37 7/8inch 6 rib belt. Which isn't standard size for our car. But we needed to bypass the a.c. compressor. Which the guy understood. He also found us the belt we needed, almost exactly the size, it was off by a point, which he researched and said it would work if we followed. Over all it was a great call and visit!! THANK YALL SO MUCH!!!!!

Yolanda Gomez went above and beyond to help me. I'm not good with cars, Yolanda didn't treat me like I'm stupid. Se not only put the bulb in 4 me, she taught me how to do it when the other headlight would go out. A great lady!!
