Fast and friendly service I was in and out in no time at all 45 minutes, I thought it would have taken longer being that they only have one tech that day but this young man did his thang. The lady at the front desk was very nice, friendly and, I'm so glad I went with Auto Glass Now to get my windshield replaced

Made an appt with no problem. Brian was great to talk to and worked on my windshield right away. Everyone there was professional and friendly. I had no issues and was surprised at how fast the process was. Only time will tell how the windshield repair holds up, but I believe Brian did an awesome job!

Nice place, they gave me a significant discount right away. Their competitor s quote was a lot higher, ironically the competition waited until a day after not scheduling with them to offer a discount and then they offered a larger discount two days after the fact. I want the best price right away.Auto Glass now was ready to replace my glass as scheduled and did a great job in a little under an hour.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your establishment and to seek a resolution.On December 10, 2023, I contacted your company and scheduled a windshield replacement for my 2008 Honda Civic Sedan, providing the VIN number as requested. The initial appointment on December 17 did not go smoothly, as the wrong windshield was installed, leading to a subsequent issue with water leakage. Despite addressing the problem with your manager, MJ, and receiving a 20% discount and a full interior detailing as compensation, the second replacement on December 27 failed to resolve the issue.Following a storm on January 9, 2024, I discovered water leakage again, prompting me to return to your facility on January 10. MJ's response was unprofessional, and she insisted on another inspection by a technician before considering a refund. In light of the ongoing issues and the discomfort caused during my interactions with MJ, I sought a resolution elsewhere and successfully had my windshield replaced without further leaks.For your reference, I have documented my interactions with MJ, and you can find the recording on YouTube here:https://youtu.be/CviJNHdELdQI appreciate the efforts of your technicians and receptionists, who demonstrated excellent customer service throughout this process. I trust you will address this matter promptly and uphold the standards of professionalism and quality service that your company aims to provide.Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. Highly recommend this place. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Promptly and professionally gathered my information, placed my glass order and conveniently scheduled my appointment over the phone. They were ready for me upon arrival - no delays. In and out in about an hour. A diamond in the rough!

Very great experience. I has a family issue going on the morning of my appointment. I called to see if I needed to reschedule or could be a little late. They allowed me to be 10 minutes late with no problem. Fast and professional service.

I called about a leaking seal around my windshield. The guy who answered told me $150. I asked if that was the cost of the diagnostic and he said no, and that it was the cost to fix the seal. I set up the appointment and was ready to go. Luckily I called before going to my appointment because the person who answered the phone this time told me I had a diagnostic appointment. She also told me that the $150 was to diagnose the issue and that they don t repair windshield seals. Literally the opposite of what the first guy told me when I set up the appointment initially. Total waste of a day.

Ok, waiting room is kinda disgusting, felt like an old abandoned gas station, but I didn t go there to eat. Kayla and the manager were very nice and efficient. Kayla said 1-1.5 hrs, and I was out of there in 1:20. Price was quite a bit lower than other places. I d give it 4.5 for the disgusting waiting room, but no way to do that and they re better than a 4. Of course if my windshield starts leaking I ll be changing my rating

I was really pleased at the service I received at auto glass now. From the receptionist to the service tech. The job was done at more than a fair price and a beautiful windshield job. I would use them again and I recommend them highly.

Physical location had an unplanned and unavoidable power failure that affected numerous businesses in their geographic area. Definitely not their fault. Thankfully our car's window replacement was done before the power failed. They worked with us to ensure we could pick up the car as planned. We are most grateful for the manager's willingness to work with us despite this challenging situation no one could have foreseen. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. We went to get the exterior molding replaced...got a printed quote...dropped the car off...when my husband arrived to pick up the car...they replaced a perfectly GOOD WINDSHIELD! WE DIDN'T NEED THAT. IT NOT PART OF THE ESTIMATE, NOR NEEDED. My husband realized the molding was NOT replaced, but the WINDSHIELD was?! We've called numerous times in September, October and he's gone there in personally 3+ times since October, November and December...every time... it's new management, it's a new person and the outcome is... "Oh we're cutting a check at corporate", "oh, it takes time," "oh, it's the holidays, just wait a few days." We're still waiting...The lack of integrity at this place is outstanding. You should be ashamed. Initially, on the day of service, when you realized you made the mistake, there was a verbal agreement of the office manager and my husband of reimbursement of our $$$ and we were to buy the molding from Honda and pay to have you install it...CORRECTLY. But, that never happened. SHAME.DON'T GO HERE.

Very quick and professional service. Rear window was damaged and needed to be completely replaced. Unfortunately they did not have a replacement on hand due to my vehicle being an older model but I was able to locate a replacement on my own and Auto Glass Know was extremely helpful with installing the replacement. They even offered me a discount for the inconvenience of not having the replacement on hand (which they didn't have to do). I didn't catch the name of young brother working on the installation, but he we was very quick and knowledgeable.

I had a problem that was not recognized until my windshield was removed. With the great help of Ms. MJ and Brian I was able to get home to pursue the problem with the hidden rust! I really appreciated them going the extra mile in my situation ! If anyone needs a new windshield , I highly recommend this skilled team . Thank You ! Tom O B.

I had several issues with Auto Glass Now. I would not recommend using this place. The first windshield they put in had scratches on it. I had to wait to have it replaced due to surgery. When I took it there for my appointment they let me know the new glass they had for my car also had scratches on it and I would have to come back. This was a big inconvenience because this made it six rides to and from the Auto Glass Now that I had to request. After the second glass was installed I didn't look immediately at my car because I was still recuperating from back surgery, but when I did look over my car, I saw three dents over the windshield on my car and glue on my rear view mirror. The rack on the top of my car also has a new crack on it so I can't use my car rack. I called and spoke to the manager in regards to this. I asked if they had cameras in their shop, and they do not. She let me know I couldn't prove the damage was done there. I lost big on this one. If I could do it over I would never go there.

Amazing work. Knowledgeable. Altruistic in meeting my emergency need. I Never expected a road trip would include an exciting tale of a huge distressed bird running into my windshield after ricocheting off an 18 wheeler. Then comes the rain!!! This repair went from Tuesday to we ll see you at 10:30a. One hour later and I m back on the road ready to prepare for my event. You all have been a life saver and I pray blessings over your business. there is no way I could have driven back to Atlanta like this. Many Thanks!

They answer fast, have good prices and good customer service. Our glass came wrong a couple times, the correct one took a week to arrive but they were very nice, kept the initial quote and in the end, I'd totally trust them again.

They installed a side window in my 34 year old truck. I dropped it off and it was repaired by midday the next day. I thought they did a great job and would recommend.

I called this location at Durham and gave all info and VIN number for MY BMW windshield replacement. Took the car as scheduled little after starting the work they told me they have wrong glass and made another appointment for a few days later. I took the car again and after a while the attendant lady came to me and said the delivered glass was broken. When I asked what next she told they need to look for another glass and to do that they have to give me another price quote and let me know when. I am not recommending this place as I do not want this to happen to anybody else

Getting a replacement windshield at this location after another location (RVA) was so satisfying. Working with MJ was a breeze. She has A1 customer service skills and was more than helpful. I scheduled an appointment weeks prior and arrived to my appointment on 01/06/24 and had my windshield replaced correctly in a timely manner. Both MJ and the windshield tech fixed a wrong. Thank you!

I never realized how bad my windshield was until Auto Glass Now replaced it. It's like there's nothing there! By far the cheapest around. I paid $283 for my 2010 Mazda 3 glass and they were finished in under an hour. Awesome.Service: Glass installationService: Glass installation

The auto glass team did a great job replacing my windshield, but in the process broke both window moldings.They did not contact me during the work to inform me of this, and when confronted about it, the manager was overwhelmingly rude.
