They don't advertise this, and nor is it being said on Google Map, but Advance Auto also allow drop offs for UPS. All of them, apparently. Service was quick and knowledgeable. Staff was polite, thanks for not being difficult.

I am rebuilding a car and stop in here once a week it seems like. The staff is very knowledgably and helpful. Chris has got to be the best person I've ever talked to with cars and really knows his stuff.

Very helpful staff. Needed a new windshield wiper blade and they installed it while I was paying. Of course I saw several other items I wanted and had to pay for them.

The store staff are friendly and eager to help but are lacking in-depth knowledge. They were unable to source a replacement speedometer cable in their own catalog, something that 30 seconds spent on google was able to turn up. The store is also poorly stocked on basics like wheel chocks. Great place to shop for replacement batteries, oil, and air fresheners, but if you're working on a serious project other shops in the area might be a better fit.

Had absolutely phenomenal service there. Had Gary check my battery charge and he promptly gave me the info I needed after testing my battery. Very professionally, he also directed me inside to where I can find a new battery. He then, without me asking, told me I could go online and save 20% by doing so getting the same battery! (Which I didn't need immediately.) I was also briefly helped by a girl, I didn't catch her name who also displayed excellent customer service. Thank you!

The people here are very nice. However, it doesn't seem like any of them know what they are doing. Speed perks coupons are baffling to some of them. The others don't know a water pump from a muffler from a phillips head screw driver. I've never had an experience I'd rate as "good." Only average or terrible, or downright infuriating.

The guy behind the counter was oozing arrogance and had an attitude even before I asked him where certain parts were.After I asked where they were I only got a response of attitude so I just walked out without buying anything from this location.Go to oreillys down the street they ll be happy to help you every step of the way with 0 arrogance or attitude.

They haven't been able to read problem codes for almost 2 months and don't seem interested in doing so. I went back after a month for a different problem code and they still said their machine wasn't working. And kind of shrugged it off no apology or when they expect to be able to read them again. Part of their main business is reading codes so then you can buy what you need there but I went to Auto Zone instead where they seem like they want to help. A shame because this was my go to place but not anymore.

Took my wife to get her battery checked by a guy named Maury...he did a excellent job explaining that it was the battery and I knew it because my wife s car didn t wanna start when we got there. He told me all the prices for each battery and how much it was and what the difference was. he told me that it will crank even better than before. Free installation and good customer service

While this location is the newest and cleanest in the area, the customer service here lacks. Especially the weekend crew. I went in to pick-up an online order and the rep argued with me over the right part #. I had bought a battery with a one-year warranty and he was trying to give me one with a 90 day warranty. Finally he paid attention to the order sheet and realized he had the wrong part. Many occasions I've been in this store and the clerks are just clueless.

The staff was friendly and capable of fulfilling most typical tasks I would expect. However, I needed to process a third party payment online and they were clueless and unable to contact resources to accommodate my needs. I admit that this request is rare but I expect CSR's to expend every resource before giving up.

I had to replace a truck battery in which I know nothing about trucks and even less about vehicle batteries. I went to this store, truly hoping someone would assist me as I had no idea about what I was doing. William was knowledgeable and kind to help me out. First, I purchased the wrong battery size. I needed a long battery and purchased a short battery. William let me return the battery and went to the back to ensure I would receive the right size battery. He also brought out a coupon for my purchase without me even asking him for it. Lastly, he assisted me by installing the battery. All I can say is thank YOU so much.

Took my 2013 Honda Civic to have the battery replaced on 11/22. Two people were working at the time. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door and was told they had my battery in stock. I was rung up and was about to pay. The lady I was working with whispered something to the other guy who was working there, then I was told that they couldn t install the battery professionally. I was confused, as there is no special process to replace the battery in this car. This was just pure laziness on the employees part. There was a guy getting his battery replaced while I was there. No reason mine couldn t be installed as well. I left and went down the street to Auto Zone who had me in and out in 15 minutes. I don t recommend getting service here.

I developed a leaky roof during a period of heavy rain. Per my daughter s recommendation, Javier came to evaluate the problem. He stopped the leak then returned several days later to replace the parts of the roof that needed to be replaced. He is very professional, very pleasant and skilled. I recommend him with no hesitation.

They have terrible customer service. I just called up there for help on an order. The manager answered and I said hey can I speak with a manager. He says speaking speaking speaking speaking! Very rude. He did not want to help and did not solve the issues we were having. Then he proceeded to hang up on me. Needless to say they will be loosing our service. Very disappointed. That's not counting the way they treated my husband when he went in the store

I recently gave a friend a ride in my wonderful (less than 4 month old car. He had a "to go" tea that he placed in one of the two cup holders. Very quickly, my pants felt wet and I realized that his cup lid wasn't on tightly and I saw that tea was running down in both of the front seats. I was a little panicked and had to think about how...if possible..I could get it out. The next day I was in the neighborhood on Highway 98 at 4 points and saw Advance Auto and decided to ask for help in their store. I luckily asked Lio for advice about which was my best choice for any hope treating the stains. His answer ,after I explained my dilemma ,was brilliant. He simply said that he has kids and he used the product with Oxi. It worked quickly and perfectly and I had to call to thank him. Do yourself a favor...take advantage of this store and more so..their brilliantly informed employees. Thanks again Lio! billy shepherd

So I had a battery issue and I came in and the battery checked as good. So the assistant says maybe it needs to be charged for 6-12 hours. So I then said maybe my charger is bad and asked him if he had an inexpensive battery charger and that if that was not the issue could I bring the charger back and he asked a coworker and they said yes. However today I find out that the battery is actually bad and then i attempted to return the charger they said that i could not return it. So now i have a charger I do not need or want and the manager was very short in his answe. So i guess customer doesnt matter to him and i will never forget his comment as to if he gabe me back my money for a charger less than 12 hours that everybody would be doing it! Thank you for poor service Anthony!

First of all I was trying to find a part for my exsplorer and 3 different times they said they can't get the part so I go online and find a company that makes the part or refurbished and they can only sale through companies like advanced and auto zone etc. So I call up and let this store know that they do have a company that they can custom order the part for my vehicle. So a man, and if I new his name which at this he want give it to me I'd let everybody know but anyway he wanted to argue the whole time when I was trying to explain that I've been to this store 3 or 4 times and they never can come up with what I need other then to say it's not available so I asked sense you found the part can you give me the part number so I can help the person I see when I come in to order it, i can help them get to the right part which he keeps refusing to do. So I asked is there a reason he can't or want give me the part number no matter of its useless it would, as I explained to him, me make sure they get the right part or it might assist them in finding the right one and then he hangs up on me. Just rude not a customer service driven guy and obviously not concerned with helping a customer feel in anyway at ease. Plus I've got the part number from the company I want them to order it from and was not hearing that part number to even check to make sure he had the right one. The one in the village is better they didn't even mind giving me the part number so I knew it matched and got the order done with no problems which this black man that I was talking to could have done the same thing just that easy. I'd say this man is not cut out for customer service or jobs where is has to enteract with the public.

This was a busy location, but the staff were patient and courteous. The gentleman came straight up to the jet skiing to test the battery for us. Even though he was not able to install a battery, they were able to sell one.

My husband and I called up there from different phones, asking if they had a 37 7/8th inch 6 rib belt. We were stranded on the side of the road and would have to walk miles to get there, or another store in the oposite direction. We were both told they didn't have time to look through the store for a belt. It isn't the standard size for our make & model car b/c we are bypassing the A.C. compressor. But the fact that they didn't even bother to listen to what we were saying, and saying they couldn't help unless we came in and they MIGHT have what we were looking for. Now i know, they have a system that tells them the different sizes of a certain item they have. And they were too lazy to even help. Not to mention being rude and putting us on hold for over 20mins!!!! So terrible customer service!

I have been shopping at Advanced for 15 years but after tonight I may have to decide to get my car parts elsewhere if the customer service is going to pot. I bought the wrong oil filter and brought it back to do an even exchange with my receipt but the manager of this store -Karen- refused to provide a swap for the same promotional filter because my other rebate receipt was at home with the magic "barcode" to scan and even though the receipt I brought in had all the prices but no "barcode" she refused to accept it. She was going to charge me regular price for the filter even though I had a receipt and had my advance perks and account info all in the computer- but all she wanted to do for 5 minutes was argue about why I didn't qualify for the swap with a barcode. Really??? -she would rather lose a loyal customer she said over $3.50...money I could easily pay but was shocked she would rather argue over it. I almost walked out when she begrudgingly said "keep the filter and I am keeping the receipt".Poor attitude for a manager which will keep me from going to this store again. Too bad because I drive by this location a lot and would get parts here but instead I will drive out of my way to another location as long as the service is good.

My husband went in to buy a replacement bulb for his turn signal and some wiring harness tape. The salesman said that they did not have any tools he could borrow to replace the bulb. I was under the impression that Advance lends tools to their customers. The salesman also did not know what wiring harness tape is (a special grease-resistant tape for engine wires) and attempted to sell him plain electrical tape. The incompetence of this salesman makes neither him nor I want to shop at this store ever again.

They seemed to be low on stock and disorganized. System said the parts I needed where instock. In actuality the parts where not in stock. The man behind the counter seemed like he would benefit frrom more training. Hopefully just tuff timing with corona and stuff.
