I can t speak highly enough about the service that I received from Russ at 369 Cycles. The communication was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and provided sound advice and recommendations. He even picked up and delivered my Piaggio scooter. It wouldn t start and after his repairs it runs flawlessly. 5 stars for sure.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I needed a new cylinder head andHis estimate with what was wrongWas dead centeredHe came off friendly, professional and blunt not a bad vibe for businessDefinitely alot of iffy reviews here butI liked my experience I would sayMy scooter has. Been running again since with npHe might have its own prices but it's his own business so enjoy 369 small engine repairs

If I could put less that a one star rating I would have!!!!! This shop does not deserve any stars!!!!!!!!. Most unprofessional business owner I have ever had to deal with in my life!!!! Spent $2000 and 3.5 months of my time just to get a scooter back in pieces, when I rely on my scooter for every day travel to work and school. Imagine not having your car for over 3 months. Definitely one of the worst experiences of my life!!!!! I was cursed out on the phone, called names, and blamed for the low quality repairs. How does this guy even own a mechanic shop????? After $2000 and 3.5 months my scooter is still in pieces not running. I GOT SCREWD OUT OF MY MONEY AND TIME. NEVER BRING YOUR BIKE TO THIS SHOP!!!!! PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!!!!!

Took my scooter here today to get my tires changed. He found some other issues that I was unaware of, and took care of them for next to nothing. When I drove away, I immediately noticed that my scooter was running better than ever. I m extremely satisfied with the service. I won t go anywhere else after this great experience. Thanks so much!

Today sat 1-25. I just had my scooter fixed by Russ at 369 small engine repair. Fix great and in same day return. Prices are reasonable as well. I would recommend 369

my vespa needed an oil change. there are not many places to get a scooter serviced in durham. i gave russ at 369 cycle a call. i'm glad i did. not being mechanical, i didn't realize what needed servicing besides an oil change. russ explained what i needed and completed it quickly. my scooter runs better and i feel better knowing everything is sound. in the future, if i need anything done to my vespa.....i won't hesitate to take it to 369 cycle& small engine. it's good to find a mechanic you can trust.

Power washer would not start. Took it to Russell on Thursday morning and on Friday afternoon it was fixed and running like new. Excellent service. Will use him next time I have a problem with a small engine.

Save your money go else where!!Extremely poor and unprofessional attitude and customer service from owner.Extremely poor quality of work!Will feed you a list of excuses as to why he can't fix or repair your problems. Only out to get your hard earned money.This is a backyard wannabe motorcycle shop that will over charge you for extremely low quality of work. Hopefully this saves someone from being taking advantage of!

I took my power-washer in for service recently. Russell made what was a frustrating day easier by assuring his work in a timely manner and engaging small talk. Felt like I knew him for years .... excellent service

DONT COME HERE this guy is very unprofessional & disrespectful wish you could put ZERO stars bad business as you can see in the reviews he s been a bad business owner for others and only good things we re said a year ago and some of those people are probably bots or him making fake accounts because there is no way anyone could do good business with this guy he is crazy and rude for no reason
