By far I received the best service I have ever gotten at any Walmart auto center here. I desperately needed new tires and I called in the morning to ensure that they had them and they told me that they would take me even though I could not come until very late, shortly before they closed. When I got there, they informed me that they were very short staffed. However, they still installed all four brand new tires less than one hour. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. I drove almost 45 minutes. Out of my way to go to this Walmart instead of the one that is closer to my house, but I will still be coming back because of the incredible service I received here.

The employee Bill behind the counter is so unorganized. This is my 2 time here in the last couple of months and both visits are the same. Losing paper work, not sure who's order is whom. Both times I had made appointments online to have new tires install on 2 different cars, he would complained about online appointments are not accurate. Gave 3 stars because the prices on tires were good and I understand that it's not his fault that the store does not provide him additional help, but instead to have only him working behind the counter. I see his supervisor would walk and joke around with other employees rather than jump in to help when there were so many customers waiting for help. Expect to wait when you come here for your car needs. It doesn't matter if it's an oil change or tires service

I had a fantastic experience with this auto care center. It was super busy, but the gentleman, Jose, assisted me to get my oil change. He is professional! Anyways, thanks to the technicians that changed my oil. They work hard! I will come back next time!

NEVER ORDER TIRES THROUGH HERE. THEY WILL ORDER THE WRONG TIRES, BLAME YOU, AND TELL YOU YOU NEED TO BE THE ONE SPECIALIZED IN TIRE KNOWLEDGE AS IF ITS YOUR JOB. PS: THANKS DIESEL QUEEN .

Great service super quick! Had couple things to grab didn't get time to finish. Gentleman who did the oil change had me come start my vehicle and when it seemed like something might be wrong they rechecked it. Truck is running great will definitely be returning for my next service might check out other options they offer just to stay on top of it.

I called ahead and asked if there was a wait time, there wasn't. When I got there there was only one car ahead of me. Somehow I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours to get a tire patched. Time stands still here at the Denver Walmart. It is worth a few extra dollars to go somewhere else. And if you come here because it's slower on this side of town and you want to get in and out, think again.Also, after the first hour of waiting I asked the cashier for an ETA. He went and talked to the mechanic, came back to the front desk and told me that the mechanic was having a hard time with my car. Yes...the mechanic was having a hard time patching a tire. Out of fear I asked to speak with the manager, who told me he thinks the mechanic was joking.... After spending most of my day off getting a tire patched my sense of humor is dwindling but I sure do hope he was joking.Quick edit. Just fyi.--The nail was in the sidewall. Nothing serious if anyone was wondering ...

Well I see what the place has a 3 star rate. I just went there at 6:10 to get some tires and they turn me away. There was no one inside the store at the time so I asked why couldn t they do them and the lady proceeded to tell me they could leave at 6:15 if they wanted even though they closed at 7:00. I gave them a 2 instead of a 1 because she at least gave me prices before sending me off. Bad customer service here!

My husband went here to get a new tire after ours busted. They were friendly as usual, and decently quick. We've gone there for tires a for a few years now and never had any issues.

Passing through town on a Sunday morning my low tire pressure light came on. I decided to stop and have them check it out. I said go ahead and rotate while you check for the pressure problem. Was told an hour maybe an hour and 1/2. They never said anything. At 95 minutes I went to ask what s up. Oh we can t rotate, your tread is under our limit. I d just had my car inspected 2 weeks ago by my garage in Conover no problem mentioned. I asked what about the tire pressure issue. He ( different guy) said oh, you want us to check the pressure. Now they are checking the pressure. Argh!!!! Never again 1 hour 50 minutes.

Wish there was a way to give no stars. Went in to have headlight bulbs replaced and left with two broken studs on my tire and several pins missing from my wheel well. Service manager said they don't replace what they break and blamed everything on someone else. Service manager was not going to say anything about the missing pins until my boyfriend was seen looking at the wheel well. Will not bring my vehicle back and will warn everyone I know not to go there.

WARNING!: DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM HERE!!Edit: 3 months later, my brand new Goodyear tires need replaced, it hasn t even been 6K miles?!? DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE.Unless if you are okay with being nickeled and dimed.The staff was very friendly, but not up front at all. After being told the price of 4 Goodyear tires, and an oil change, I was EXTREMELY impressed, only $340 for all that! I told her that sounded like an amazing deal, and she respond, now that s without tax, so it will go up a little bit, I was like, okay, that shouldn t be much, only 7/8% right?When I find out they are done, I go up to pay, and she quotes me 460?!? Now I knew tires are expensive, but HELL NO, why did the price jump up OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS? And that s because they are scamming us. I accepted it, and went to my car, I looked over the receipt with my father, and we saw a few strange things, we said we did not want to pay for any care or anything, but there were four $3 charges, four $10 charges, and one $12 charge. What the hell? I immediately went inside and questioned it, and they said I have to get those addons, THAT IS A SCAM, they were not upfront about it, AND they didn t feel to tell me when I was shocked at the initial price. TERRIBLE customer care, I will be contacting the highest manager I can, and cooperate, this is ridiculous.

Automotive (male) staff very helpful, cashier needs to listen and act accordingly. I had just called to verify the tire I needed was here, got here cashier says not in my store. Nexxxxxxxt Employee, oh how he found it in 2 seconds. Other then that it's WalMart annnnnnd well you know!

Went to automotive, waited at counter while one employee tried to help person in front of me with tires took forever. Waited forever but Walmart don't care if you have to wait.

I rather enjoying using the Walmart Auto Center for oil changes, but depending on who you speak to, you get variously inaccurate info.I walk in and ask the wait period, and if there is two car ahead of me, I expect it to be 45mins to an hour...FAST FORWARD - when you are the only one sitting on the bench, and there are no cars in the bay, you would think someone (there was 2 people standing at the counter) would ask if you are ready to pick up your vehicle... Because people just sit in the back of the store and rest on the auto care center bench..........NOPE - Just leave me sit on the bench and let me fester...I like the convenience, but the staff acts as if they are constantly put out by assisting customers.(Normally I am a Walmart fan, but the Auto Center is break even)

Never had any trouble with their work but the timing is way off. This is the 2nd time I've been to Walmart to have my oil changed and the time they tell you that it takes you might as well at least double that. They told me today 45 min and I come back in 50 min and they haven't even started on my car. This is a real inconvenience when you are trying to time it with your grocery shopping. Their work seems to be okay but need to work on the time they tell you.

Well the most important part was I got there when they opened was first in line, they had me out within 45 min, for 4 new tires, that had to be some service there. Anyways thanks guys, I will be back for the oil changes .

It's a hit or miss whether you'll ever get an appointment or they will service your car on walk-in even when they have no other business. Convenient when you actually can get service, but expect to spend more time walking around the store waiting than expected.

If you need tire work done, ask for Mike, he knows his stuff. If you have a dead battery, call the store and ask for automotive, then explain the situation and where you are in the parking lot, they'll send a tech with a jump box out. If you need a battery installed, they'll do it for free, same with wipers and air filters. If you need to air up your tires, trailer or mower/ATV, whatever, pull around to the leftmost bay and ask for some air.

Fast, friendly service on par with most reputable vehicle service centers. As for pricing and time, $10 less than the dealer for synthetic, with wait times ranging from :15 - 1 hr, depending on the day of the week, and the arrival time.

They are one of the slowest places to get anything done. Waited over two hours to get a tire changed. Don't come here unless you have a couple hours to spare.

They couldn't change the oil because they couldn't get the thing off the bottom. Went to take 5 in Lowell NC, they had no problem I think the they just didn't want to work at Walmart in Denver NC

Ok but the one took my keys I told him to tell who ever drove it in not to turn the key all the way back cause it will lock steering wheel well he didn't so I had to crank it and the one that drove it out I told him also well he didn't either don't listen

I Give them a 0 star rating not only did they not honor my warranty with my receipt of my battery that's only 4 months old that is bad and does not work but the manager not going to say his name but his faces is on the wall and he decided he was going to yell at me so will never go back and The 2 other employees that I talked to were also rude and very unknowledgeable of what their job wise no one could show me a policy

I'd give no stars if I could. Do NOT take your vehicle here for any kind of service. The techs and front desk do not communicate and are not trained for auto care at all....it's rediculous

Absolutly awful wait times. They either don't have enough staff, or dont use their time properly. This location is the worst for auto care if you value your time at all.

HORRIBLE WAIT TIME!!! One lady running the front doing all she can with no help.. but waiting 3 hours for 2 tires to be put on!!!
