I spoke with them over the phone and they were very helpful. I wanted to come to the store that day but by the time I would get there they would be closing, they told me to just come and they would stay open. They did this without knowing if I would even buy anything. When I arrived the owner and another guy listened to what I was looking for and what kind of riding I was going to use the bike for. I wanted a 250 but I m to damn short!! They had a slightly used 125 that fit my short natured self. The owner willing changed out a few plastics that were scratched and skid guard at no extra cost. I feel he gave me a better deal then I expected after doing some research. Very nice family run business. I own and operate a family business and choose to put my money in other family owned business. Thanks again for the great experience and I will be returning for all maintenance and repairs if needed.

Coming off a CRF-250F I wasn t sure what bike to get next. The owner at Palmer Motorsports took the time to explain what I should go with and addressed all my concerns, I probably stayed on the phone with him for 20-30 minutes. In contrast the Honda, Yamaha dealers that I called didn t care they just wanted to sell a bike. I knew once I spoke to Todd I knew I d end up buying a bike from them. Drove about 2 hours to pick the bike up and saved a lot of money through the rebate and other discounts on my 23 Husky TE300. Todd even gave me an extra spark plug incase I fouled one out. Being new to dirt biking Todd and his son were a lot of help, and thanks to Kim with financing and staying a little later that day so I could pick the bike up. Will definitely be recommending you guys to all my buddies that ride. Thanks a lot!!

I had a great experience purchasing my Husky TE300 from Palmer Motorsports. They were extremely accommodating to my busy work schedule and stayed later than normal to make sure I could get my bike the day I wanted to. The financing process was also very painless. I highly recommend Palmer Motorsports to anyone looking for high quality bikes and service!

I had a fantastic experience buying my 2023 Husky TE150 from these guys. Working at a local family owned business in Spartanburg SC I appreciate family owned and run companies.I was on the fence about this particular bike. But Todd had a demo bike at the time and took me out on some trails behind the shop to bomb around.He came in on a Saturday and stayed after hours when I came to pickup the bike. You will not regret giving them your business

Definitely call around on pricing. This dealer wanted almost $1,000+ more for a new bike than I was able to get elsewhere. Pure greedEdit: Response to their comment. This is not true. I called about a bike you have listed in stock, and said I would come purchase but asked for the total. Freight was more than any other dealer I shopped around at, and the other fees were insane. $750 setup, hilarious. Every Beta dealer I called doesn t even charge a setup fee. Buying a bike here would cost over $1,000+ more than your competitors strictly from your mark ups.

Had a very good experience purchasing a Husqvarna motorcycle from Todd. The bike I had requested wasn t available but Todd was able to get one in about a week.The purchase experience itself was smooth. The bike seemed well put together and Todd made an extra check while I was there - ensuring fluid and air pressures were good.Any buyer should have an expectation that large swings in demand will have impact on smaller shops. Todd was very busy around time of my purchase and still Todd make sure to communicate frequently and answer any questions I had (generally over email).Thanks to Todd and everyone on his team.

Best experience I have had buying a bike in 25 years. Such a smooth and no surprise transaction. These people are great to deal with and the bike was set up perfectly and worked flawlessly. They have a good selection of ebikes, dirt bikes and parts. I bought a Specialized Levo and they were much more knowledgeable on ebikes than the local bike shops. This is my new dealership for Moto and eMTB.

When you buy a defective bike from them plan on covering all the cost out of pocket because they and ktm wont back you up, will say its your fault. For what these bikes cost it is expected that the parts are quality and work good but is pure garbage when in fact you can get better quality parts off a chinese bike. Never another ktm. Nothing but problems to the point of ruining your race season

Bought my son a TC 50 from them. I live almost an hour away from them and the staff , even though they never actually had to, were willing to stay late in case I couldn't make it before they close. When we came to pick up the the owner met us at the door and thanked us for coming in. I didn't spend a long time there but certainly got a feel of small town friendly, helpful service. When we are in the market for another bike Palmer Motorsports will definitely be the first stop.

Professional and affordable.I had to update the review, My first trip to Palmers was for the top end rebuild. Afterwards the bike ran like new.My second experience with Palmer motor sports. We took a whole box of parts to be put on. This had to be done before the next race. And they called me a day earlier than expected to pick up the bike.. Not only did they perfectly install $650 worth of parts, They also fixed several other issues that I had forgot to mention,(brake lever, chain guide & fork seals leaked). Shane and Max were knowledgeable and Profesional. answered all my questions. I would not take my bike to anyone else. These guys are the best in the Business.

I called around and visited several motorcycle dealers before purchasing a new bike from Palmer Motorsports. The only thing that Palmer Motorsport lacks is HIDDEN fees and dishonest salespersons. All of the other dealerships that I contacted had numerous dishonest sales people and hidden fees. What price Palmer printed on the bike is what they sold it for! The owner, Todd Palmer is always on site and goes well beyond to ensure that his customers have a positive experience. I was traveling from the other side of the state to purchase this motorcycle and Todd gave me his personal cell phone number to call him if I arrived after hours so that he can come in to assist me after hours. I saved around $500 dollars by going through this reputable dealer as opposed to dealing with big stores and big fees. Palmer Motorsports is well worth the drive. Ask for the owner . . . because he will probably be the one answering the phone and not the one who is unavailable like at other dealerships. Denver is a small town with small town prices and excellent service. I highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased a motorcycle that Palmer had completed nearly $1400 worth of work on the previous month. A new clutch installation was part of the work done. After they completed the state inspection for the motorcycle I rode away. After approximately 6 miles the clutch failed. They sent a trailer to pick up the bike. After a week, having been told that the new part was faulty, I picked up the bike again. This time I rode about 12 miles before the engine died. Once again the bike returned to the shop on a trailer. After another week in the shop I was notified that the new battery was faulty. Seems to be quite a problem with new parts. Once again they replaced it without charge. This time I only got about 10 miles before the clutch failed again. This time Palmer Motorsports is refusing to come get the bike or even work on it if I have it delivered to their facility. I would suggest that Palmer Motorsports does not guarantee their work nor apparently provide quality work. I can not and will not recommend their services on any type of machinery based on my experiences with them.

Sold a bike that was overpriced because of COVID, didn t include hour meter, special plug wrench, or the leaner needle. Contacted him to ask where these things were and was told husky doesn t always send these things. He is very unprofessional and rude! Bought same TC65 a week later in Kentucky with no issues and came with everything.

Awesome husky dealer. Quality work and the main husky guy is cool AF. I would recommend this shop to anybody! Also he's the only dealer within 2 hours of me.

Had a bike for sale and we worked out a price and I was headed down to pick it up. He called and said it was no longer for sale and to check back in a few weeks. Sketchy business to say the least. Would recommend sticking to a larger dealership that acts professional.

Great service and amazing prices, came from Pensacola, FL to buy a Triton trailer! Had some miscommunications and they made things right and when above and beyond what they had to do.Highly recommended!

When I went there at first, The owner was real nice. Came back a year or so later and a worker was rude as all get out to me after I told Him I added photos of the place on maps. I was just trying to be nice. Never go here again.

Have know Todd for years final had a chance to do business with him nothing short of awesome,wish I had made the move to white along time ago,Todd is not only the owner he is also at all the local and National off-road race's he is just that type of guy
