Hit a pothole and I noticed my tire pressure dropping extremely fast. Pulled in to have it looked at and was helped right away! They gave me a quote and even offered to put my spare on at no charge. Unfortunately, I did not have a spare. They did not have my exact tire in stock, but gave me a discount on another brand. So thankful I was helped right away and was out the door in 30 minutes or less! Thank yall so much!

Be mindful of the Mr Tire in Denver NC they will lie to you to get more money out of you!! I was told they wouldn t do an alignment because my tire rods were messed up!! I took my car to my personal mechanic and had it checked and there was nothing wrong with my tire rods!!

I took my Lexus to Mr Tire in Denver to get two new tires put on. Upon driving home after the tires were installed I noticed that my tire pressure sensor lights were not functioning. I returned to Mr Tire and they told me to that after I've driven around for a couple days, they would function. That did not happen, so I returned to Mr Tire. They only had one technician working and he was on lunch, so I elected to return the next day. After waiting two hours, I was told they tried everything and it still wouldn't work and to make an appointment and bring it back. I did that, and after leaving the car with them for five hours, I was told they still couldn't figure the problem out and that I had to take it to my Lexus dealer to have them fix! I would never had brought my car here had I known this would happen!

Purchased premium brake pads and new rotors. The rotors after 9 months warpedAnd at higher speeds made the car shake. I took them back and was toldThey don t have a guy who can run the machine to turn the rotors but would warranty the pads. I told the counter guy I travel a lot out of the country and it s difficult to schedule. He said I could drive to lincolnton to have the Mr tire location there, turn the rotors or check back in a weekOr so. Someone is getting trained. Now I returned and was told your out of warranty and I would have to buy new rotors. The OEM rotors for 9 years were fine, never warped. The inferior rotors they are selling warp easily! Save yourself the aggravation. Get your brakes serviced elsewhere.

Tim, Caleb, and team really took amazing care of me. It s Thanksgiving week and I made a spur of the moment decision to travel a few hundred miles away last minute. They worked me in and got me an oil change AND made sure to check out everything else. Saved my life, I m sure, ensuring my rotors and brakes were gonna be replaced as well. I cannot recommend them enough! Best service I ve EVER had ANYWHERE!!!!

Starting off my experience, I needed new tires for my 2005 Chevy Colorado because mine were worn down to a dangerous level. I shopped around eBay, Marketplace, Craigslist, and One Mans Junk, places that you would think to go to first to find the best deals. I looked around and yeah there were some okay tires there, but nothing could beat what I found at Mr. Tire. They gave me the best deal that I could possibly find, I mean it was a no-brainer, I had to get these tires. I started off calling them to make sure that I could come in and get business done, they asked what I was looking for and told me to come right in. This was a huge relief off my shoulders, and they helped me in every way possible. The customer service was great, Stinton the manager and Mario the assistant were more than helpful in making sure that I was making the right decision for my ride. They were able to calculate what tires I needed and get them on quickly and efficiently, and this wasn't a replacement. I needed a whole different tire because I was switching up my rim size. And even then, they switched my rims and put the tires on before I could even finish my drink in the comfy waiting room. In the end I wound up leaving in what you see in the picture and I am more than happy to come back anytime I need repairs or even more tires.If you need tires just make your way to Mr. Tire in Denver, it's a 10/10 in my book.

I will give 2 stars only because even after I pointed out that I was being charged $300 for $85 worth of parts they were still professional when speaking to me. Although they did neglect to call and tell me when my car was done.Do your research on parts before going there!!!!They get a discount on their parts to begin with. I can see charging $20 more than the retail price to make money off the sale but almost $110 over retail price per part, is straight up ripping people off. Not a good way to do business at all.

I made an appointment on Wednesday for 1pm Friday to have 4 rotors and the pads replaced in Denver NC. Parts were not ordered until I got there Friday. Took 4 hours for the parts to arrive. The old parts were not fully taken off yet. Once the job was continued they couldn t get the old bolts off. Also couldn t get the old clips of the calipers. Should have been completely disassembled while waiting the 4 hours for the parts.I ve used Mr. Tire several times in the past but this is the last time. I also wanted a tuneup but there s not enough time to do that.

Excellent place! I needed my brake pads replaced and they are the cheapest place to go for that. Ultimately I needed new rotors too and they did the full job. It costs money to maintain your car, but they do a quality job for a cheap price. What impressed me the most is that I called their for an eta and arrived within that window. When I arrived, the manager on duty was on the phone doing business. As I waited, I realized he was talking about my vehicle. He didn t know who I was, because I dropped the car off either before he arrived or while he wasn t at the service desk. He was fighting for me making sure that part needed to finish my vehicle was delivered promptly. And the job was finished before expected. I appreciated witnessing someone fight for a customer they assumed wasn t around. His name was Ronald. Caleb was the manager on duty when I dropped my vehicle off. He was also excellent. Promptly took my truck and called me soon after to let me know my rotors where in bad shape. Not pushy at all. And after driving the vehicle once the job was done, I understand why he called. Friendly place. Best price around. They aren t sales people and aren t scamming people for money. They look out for you and fight for you when you aren t there. It s definitely a business and there s a lot of same day deliveries they deal with to get the job done efficiently.

I feel I was taken for a ride. I asked to have my AC looked at and see why air was only coming from 1 vent. They looked at the ac and saw a few parts that needed to be replaced. 1 part was available and he gave us a quote for that the other he needed to order but couldn't give us a price. I told him to order the first part but let me know what to total cost would be when he found out. They never got back to me until the work was "done" at that point the total was almost $500. When I picked my Jeep up I drove it for a while and noticed that the vents still did not work. I took it back and they looked at it again the next day. Said that it was a broken blender actuator and that they couldn't fix it. My AC is still not blowing very cold air. Basically $500 waisted. You lost a customer.

This use to be only place we would take our vehicles to, but no more. They had my car 6 weeks. Broke a part and I had to go purchase part to fix what they had broken just to get it my car to the dealership for repairs. They never offered to reimburse me for what they broke let alone they had my car 6 weeks. Lied over and over about what happened. Very disappointed in service. We now drive to Hwy 16 for anything we need repaired.

Great service! Started at another shop who wasted a whole day with my car with no updates to come to find out they didn t do anything. Went to mr. Tire and was taken care of in one day, honest recommendations but also solved the problem right away! Would go back again!

I almost never write reviews, but my experience here was truly dismal. I made an appointment to have a brake controller installed in my SUV (which clearly is aftermarket). When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that they weren t sure if they could install something aftermarket, and that they would need to speak to the manager (who wasn t in that day). They then asked me to reschedule and come back in when the manager would be there on a different day. Wasted an hour of my time for nothing. Very disappointed.

The guys at Mr Tire are inept and possibly criminal in their doings. I brought my car in for tune up. Day after completion of service, engine warning lights. Things kept going wrong with car. After I spent almost $1000 without resolution they said it was a Timing Chain. I went to Mazda dealership and They said after market parts were used that were substandard, a total mis diagnosis of problem. Customer Service was an absolute nightmare, so rude, hanging up on me and delaying any refunds then changing the agreed amount without notice.Mr Tire is a scam mechanic and I recommend not using them ever.

Excellent Service! I used the appointment request option on the website to make an appointment that fit my schedule since I would have to wait on my vehicle. The team was able to diagnose alignment and tire issues quickly and Mario worked to find an option that fit our budget with competitive pricing. I was impressed and decided to get a needed oil change at the same time! The fact that Mr. Tire offers many services at the same location makes auto care and maintenance very convenient. I would recommend this location for the professional and courteous service. Many thanks to Mario and George! A+++

The manager is awesome the employees are awesome especially an employee named Joey it's a good group of people to be around they're all invested in and take pride in what they do. They're very knowledgeable and very good priced mechanics I definitely recommend you take your car there

The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. They never tried to up sell me unnecessary services, but they will make recommendations and let you know when it really is time to stop putting of the routine maintenance. They have serviced three of my vehicles (F150, Explorer, and an S10) with no issues. Service was fast and they even price match with other places if you bring in a printed quote. They usually have coupons for routine things to help customers out as well.

I stopped comimg to Mr Tire for a little while after Tim left. I was a customer for over 15yrs. The replacement crew lacked basic customer service skills. I had to go back today to get a tire patched under warranty. I had such a great experience with George (and Stinson). George was determined to win back my business, great customer service and just a pleasure to interact with. He definitely won back my business!

see comments below:You changed oil, rotated tires, installed new rear rotors, replaced brake fluid during the visit above at 62783 miles.The over tightening of the lug nut happened during this visit.The technician was E. Brigman.Also, Technician/Mechanic/Manager? there stated that there is no way to reset the TPMS.The TPMS warning comes on when tires are rotated.TPMS can be reset within the system settings.I would expect someone at the store would know how to do this.Overall, the expertise/quality of service at this store is very poor. Almost to the point of neglectful.The past records could not be found on store computer, the lug nut was over tightened to the point of breakage, it took 1.5 days to fix broken stud, I had to bring it back because Heat shield on tire was not tightened and no one knew how to reset TPMS after rotation.Please forward to appropriate management so corrections/training can be implemented.Kevin Hines

Great to have honest mechanics. They won us over as soon as we moved here and had two car issues.Edit: Our son got a flat last night and got to Mr. Tire right at closing time. We figured we'd have to leave the car overnight and have all kinds of logistical headaches the next day. Stinton kept the store open to take care of us and another customer. That is serious customer service and we very much appreciate it!

I am very sad to write this review. I have been a customer of Clark Tire ever since I moved to the area 10+ years ago. The business was just recently bought out by Mr Tire. I chose to stay with them hoping that the service quality wouldn t change. Today, I went in to get my oil changed and they told me that I really needed to let them change my air filters. However, they did not show me the air filters so I simply took them at their word. This, of course, more than tripled the bill. Imagine my surprise/aggravation when my husband got home from work and told me that he had just recently changed my air filters and he knew that we were in good condition. There was absolutely no need to change them. I am very disappointed that Mr Tire felt that 100 extra dollars was worth losing my business over.. or maybe they thought they wouldn t get caught. Either way, I would highly recommend to avoid this business.. especially if you are not fully aware of the ends and outs of mechanic work as having integrity is not high on their list of priorities.Kim Pizi
