Had a great experience here a Lake Norman Auto Sports. Garrett was awesome to work with, easy to communicate and no pushy sales. After having dealt with numerous of the big name dealerships I was relieved to find this family owned business. They had the truck ready at my appointment time, it was clean and in great shape. The negotiating, trade-in and financing was all with one person and I was in and out within an hour and a half (which included the test drive). Thanks again for some great service!

I purchased a 2500 Silverado High Country from lake Norman auto sports with the help of Garrett! They were not pushy whatsoever about the sale (which is a huge plus for me). Mandy was also very helpful with the process. They offered a very competitive price on the vehicle I purchased as well as trade in value on the vehicle I traded in. Definitely give them a call or stop by if they have a vehicle you are interested in. They even filled up the tank for me before I left!

I recently purchased a 2021 Lexus ES 350. First off, I have never purchased a vehicle out of state without driving it first. I was nervous about the purchase. Garrett was great to deal with, he made me a video of the car to ease my mind. The entire experience was great, Garrett arranged the transportation to my home in Texas. The vehicle showed up exactly how it was described. I wouldn t hesitate to purchase from Lake Norman Auto Sports Inc.

I recently purchased an Aston Martin Vantage S from Lake Norman Auto Sports. I worked with Stephen, the sales representative and with Mandy Edwards the owner. Both were professional, honest, courteous and friendly. I flew in from another state and Stephen picked me up from the airport. The car was exactly as it was represented to me and I am very pleased with my purchase. I am very comfortable recommending this organisation and the people mentioned.

This is a great dealership with amazing people. The owner was on site and very welcoming. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Stephen and Jacob both put forth extra effort to genuinely help us get a good deal within our price range. It was a refreshing change of pace from the other dealerships we had checked out prior, I highly recommend Lake Norman autosports to anyone looking to get a new car.

I had a great experience working with this dealership. I mostly worked with Stephen, he s about my age (20s) and handled everything with professionalism. They worked with me on a few minor issues with the car. They allowed me to test drive the car as many times as I needed to make sure everything was in order and running correctly. They do care about your long term experience and are very friendly. I would recommend, even for first time buyers.

I had an overall great experience with the folks at LNAS. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Garrett made the car buying process smooth and less stressful for me. High recommend if you re looking to purchase a vehicle.

I would just like to give a big thank you to the guys here at lake Norman auto sports for everything they did for us with purchasing our evo x from them. So many times I have tried to purchase a car while being out of town due to work and so many dealerships give you a run around. Not here. While out of town I have given them a call and wanted to ask some questions about the car. They took their time to answer any questions we had and got us set up with with financing as well. So when we showed up it was nice an easy. Sign the Paperwork and done. Will be coming back here again when the time comes to buy a toy again. Thank you guys again for the outstanding job.

We purchased a 2017 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. 2 days later, the check engine light appeared. The evap. purge cannister needed to be replace. During this service, 3x timing cover bolts were found to broken prior to vehicle purchase. The cost of the repair is $5,200.00 due to the need to remove the engine. I was led to believe by LNAS they would cover the cost of the repair by Jacob. After multiply of back forth, LNAS (Mandy) covered $1,000.00 of the $5,200.00 repair, and $0 for the evap. purge cannister which cost $460. This organization has questionable ethics when dealing with customer services. LNAS was willing to step up as long as they weren't losing any revenue in the deal. I have no question in my mind that LNAS sold me a known defected vehicle. I would not purchase another vehicle from this organization. I also would not recommend this organization for a purchaser.

Jacob and the team were excellent to work with. No high pressure sales tactics, provided me with timely responses to my questions, and sent a driver to bring me to the dealership bc I was an hour away with no mode of transportation. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a painless car buying experience.

My wife and I have purchased many cars over the years and we can truly say that buying from Lake Norman Auto Sports was a wonderful experience. In fact, this was the easiest dealership we have worked with and were in and out within 2 hours. We bought a Lexus and couldn t be happier with our decision to shop here.Brandon did an excellent job and we didn't feel like he was trying to "sell" us on anything, making us very comfortable. Mandy handled the paperwork and she couldn t have been more pleasant.Overall, we had an absolutely amazing experience working with Lake Norman Auto Sports! They are all very professional, extremely helpful and just pleasant all around.

Folks, if you are looking for a wonderful, family owned, friendly, well managed and highly professional car dealer, I have found it! Mandy Edwards, one of the owners of this perfect jewel of a car boutique, and Stephen, my sales rep, were amazing in helping me with the purchase of an immaculate Mercedes-Benz. Their shop is quite something else. The doors were opened to an enclosed showroom with a collection of dazzling vehicles, each one as impressive as the next. The entire business is one where great pride is displayed through the varied and high quality selections offered, fair pricing, and thorough transaction details with explanations of everything imaginable. The vehicle I bought was missing a seat belt attachment cover at the point where the belts are bolted into the frame. I would have never noticed it. The team told me about it, indicated they had ordered the part that was missing, and promised it would be mailed to me when it arrived. And they did! Talk about honesty!!! Please, check their inventory before venturing anywhere else. I highly recommend this dealership!

After purchasing a vehicle in July 2022, my car went in for service at my local Mercedes dealership. The attached photos are what they found. This is the rear subframe of my 2014 cls550. I was assured the vehicle was inspected and in flawless condition. I can t find a single flaw with this vehicle was the quote. I bought this vehicle from out of state and had it shipped to me. Buyer beware. I sent these photos to the dealership with no response. I will check daily to make sure this post remains visible.

I worked mostly with Stephen but has some interaction with Mandy. Both were very pleasant and easy to work with. Enjoyed the whole experience and especially love my new car...sorry to take her away, Mandy! If you're in the market for an exceptional new car, I highly suggest you look them up.

Gave Chris and Brian my car to sell on consignment after I tagged along with a buddy who bought an M3 from them and I could tell these guys were solid. Sold the car in no time, super smooth process. Definitely going to be doing more business with them in the future.

Chris and Brian are down to earth guys that get the job done quickly and efficiently! Very informative and easy to work with. I called them late one afternoon and was sitting in a new truck a couple hours later. I ll definitely be working with them again.
