Took my jeep here for some rough riding issues...the guys told me what all they done, my bill was reasonable and affordable.......AND it feels like I drive a brand new jeep now! They're very knowledgeable, super nice, no bull! Hwy 16 is definitely my go to - 10

Super quick, super reasonable. Not trying to sell you things you don t need. You also can get appointments quickly. Some places I talked to were weeks out. They do quality work quickly.

They deserve more than 5 stars. I had so many people recommending them that I decided to give them a try. First of all when I walked in the door everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable when I explained my prob. I dealt with Corey and he is the best. I was very surprised when I picked up my truck as the repair cost was very pleasing to my budget. They did not try to sell me hundreds of dollars worth of service that I did not ask for (as one of the competitors down the road does. They not only have earned my business for all three of my vehicles but my fianc� as well. Thanks for being Fair honest trustworthy and up front with me.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

Came here because the town raves about them. The day I went in their computer systems were not working, but they were giving great customer service to everyone that came in. I could tell that it was a rough way to start the week, but they were doing a great job.

Well these guys have done a few jobs for me in the past and were ok. I felt confident in taking my vehicle there for state inspection. Prior to inspection was told the windows looked too dark. Then was told that inspection could not be performed because of tint. I m not even sure why they were checking factory window tint. There s a stack of passed inspections in the glove box all with the same windows. Nothing new nothing changed. So after wasting about 45 mins between driving and waiting I had to go find somewhere else in 5 o clock traffic. Of course my vehicle passed with zero issues at the next shop. Not sure if the guy at Highway 16 had a problem with his meter or they would rather do a brake/tire job instead of a $30 inspection. Hard to say. I know I won t go back there. Unfortunately places like this don t really seem to need anyone s business so I doubt one customer or review will make a difference. This was my experience. I m sure they have their own opinions and that s fine.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes

You made a customer for life!! I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the service I received. It all started when I stopped by one day and inquired about doing a lift kit on my Jeep, and was greeted by Steve. This guy knows his stuff!! He took the time to answer all my questions, made some recommendations I didn t even think of, and provided me with a lot of information. They performed the work, and the quality and attention to detail was absolutely outstanding! When I picked up my Jeep, Steve took the time to go over all the details of the installation of the lift, personally test drove my Jeep to ensure it was to my satisfaction, and offered me to come back in 1,500 miles to retorque and perform an inspection on the work for no additional charge. Their prices are a great value, and I m definitely going back to have them re-gear my axles. As someone who has worked in the auto dealership business for over 20 years and is currently a consultant who trains dealership personnel, I can honestly say Highway 16 can teach today s dealers a thing or two about great customer service!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Good guys. Took my truck for a transmission rebuild after the truck had sat for long time. Almost gave up Hope on my truck because another shop had told me I needed a motor and new transmission. The guys at highway 16 Auto repair took there experience and did a more thorough check of everything front to back, then after rebuilding the trans they check everything again to ensure the best quality repair. Really appreciate and trust there work and advice. With that said they will be my go to shop for any work I need moving forward. Feel like years from now. I could still walk in and talk to the same mechanic versus other shops that there is always a different mechanic working on my vehicle every time. Thank you highway 16 repairs and the gentleman there that took the time to help me get my truck rolling again.

First time coming here. I wasn't sure my car would pass inspection. The gentleman took the time to come out to my car and check something out, and told me he felt sure it would pass. Then they worked me in for the inspection. I'm very appreciative of the time he took and of his honesty. Definitely recommend.

I drove 500 miles to pick up a sister from Denver heading to Va Bch to a sister in hospice. Tre and his team, very efficiently determined a wheel alignment was necessary and performed that repair in an expeditious manner and had us on our way. I can t say enough great things about the way this shop does business, displays integrity, and Trey masterfully delivered great customers service in our haste to get going. After a 10 + hour drive from Michigan to visit my family, my water pump went out 5 minutes from their house. I took my car to Highway 16 and the young man fixed my vehicle and had it running that very evening! I was floored!!!! My hats off to Hwy 16 for their honest, diligent, and superb workmanship. I recommend this shop to any North Carolinian, or out- of- towner that wants or needs automotive work done!

Great! The other place that Tim and Michael were before, got bought out and didn't have room for their "service". I follow them because you can trust them because they would not be anywhere that can't back them to provide quality, honest, real care that corporations miss and "dismiss". All my service from hwy 16- spot on. Support local

I went for a transmission repair and at first I wasnt sure who I should use. After my phone call with these guys my decision was made right then. It was fixed in a timely manner and the return service for the check up was great. I would recommend these to anyone for your transmission needs. Remember I learned this before you do get what you pay for.

I hate it when I have to take my car to the shop, but am so thankful to have found Highway 16 auto! They are honest, hardworking, good people. All of the staff are so nice and helpful! Graham and Tonya treat me like family, what more could you ask for! Oh, and they have the cutest pug!!

Super convenient, super easy, personable and professional shop. I'm a parts manager at a Charlotte area car dealership and it was easier and quicker to take my car to Highway 16 than to put it through my own service department. I will continue to do so.

Not the fastest service, but VERY honest and professional. Reasonable price and friendly service. Another local shop said my car was toast (transmission), but they were able to fix it for not too much money. Now I have all of my cars serviced there.

They are very honest & reasonable. I deal with Tim a lot he takes care of our family. If you ask for something to be repaired and they dont think it needs to, they will tell you do not need to.do repairs. Incredible prices and friendly people. This is the best place to get your oil change and to get your car serviced also the employees will not try to diagnose your car with problems that don't need to be fixed like most other car care service companies. This is a small auto repair shop but the employees move so fast and so effective that it compares to a much larger company. I would give this shop 10 stars if I could because of how nice and respectful everyone has treated me on the numorous tire changes, oil changes inspections and repairs I have had while visiting Highway Auto 16 Repair.

Very quick and very efficient. Just had to have a tire plugged and I drove in and drove out in 35 minutes. Professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again.

Highway 16 is the best, I needed help right away and even though they were busy they fit me into their schedule and got my car all fixed up. They are kind and understanding. You can tell they love what they do, and that's what makes them the best!!

Michael, Tim, and the mechanics here at this shop are top notch and honest! Prices for repairs are very reasonable! Hence, they stay very busy and booked, however it s worth the wait for them to do service and/or repairs on your vehicles. Highly reccomended!
