I ve never dealt with a more dishonest small business. The owner outright lied to me over and over.I brought my truck and trailer in for a few small electrical issues he said he d look at it this afternoon and have it back in no time.Long story short after my truck and trailer sitting there for two weeks none of the issues were ever fixed. I had to call in for updates and was lucky to get an answer and when I did. It was more lie blaming everyone but himself.

I installed a leveling kit in my truck earlier today and of course I needed an alignment BAD. I called Michael and he got me in same day. Truck not only looks good now but rides even better. Michael and his guys dropped what they were doing and got me in and out. I will be taking my vehicles to him and his staff from now on.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

I absolutely loved this place and will definitely be going back again. They were honest and did the work while I waited. They were very helpful and they weren't as expensive as other place which is amazing especially when you are on a budget. H & H is an awesome place. Mike and his wife are awesome people to work with. We are so happy for them! Their business going very well. They do an awesome job with all of our vehicles. They are always ready and available to service our cars!!! Even though they are not right down the street anymore, LOL. It WILL NOT stop us from taking our cars to be serviced by them. Had CV joints replaced and control arm. Fast turn around time. Great costumer service at reasonable prices. They were very clear on what needed to get done. Real pros. In town visiting and my RR passenger tire sprung a leak on my 18 750. Went to a couple of places and no one could help due to the odd size(295/25/22). Guys at Higgins found me a tire and took great care of my big body! Nice job gents

Visiting race shops in the area and got a hole in our tire. Was directed to this place. We were worried as we were a long way from home (Canada). The boys fixed us up in no time and only charged $10. Could have taken advantage of some out of towners but they didnt. Much appreciated. Great guys.Thanks from Mike, Carol, and Matt.

They do Great work they have worked on a couple of our rides.. they recently helped me out with my charger my brakes were making noise well I hasd my calipers painted by someone else and the person NEVER tightened them back completely if HIGGINS would not had found it who knows what could have happened!Hands down only ones around to touch my families cars!!

I was in a pinch and Higgins was able to take care of me. Great group of guys who really care. They were able to explain and actually show me what was going wrong. Higgins Automotive is the only place I m taking my cars from now on!

This place is worthless unorganized and will hold your car without doing any work to it, owner is shady and him and his girlfriend are literally drowning barely getting by, if your car is newer than 95 don t take it here you ll be wasting money, they can t even do basic stuff on simple cars, worst mechanic in mooresville hands down and worst experience I ve had w a mechanic that doesn t even call you to update on what s going on with your carServices: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Need tires? Get a tire plug? I highly recommend! They get you up and running fast! Ask for Mike or JP. They open at 8am everyday.
