Had a car issue while traveling and stopped here based on the reviews and proximity. They were fantastic to deal with and got us taken care of and back on the road quickly for a fair price. The shop was clean and organized and the employees were very friendly and accommodating. Dealerships could learn a thing or two from places like this. If I lived closer I'd be a lifetime customer, thank you to Bernard and the team!

My BMW means a lot to me. My battery recently died (had to get it towed) so I decided it was time to try out Autohaus. As a matter of first impression, I am very impressed with this shop. Danny spent a lot of time talking with me about my battery specs, and a terminal that he found also needed replacing. He also did a brake flush for me. He called and kept me updated throughout the entire process, and he was happy to answer all of my questions. Im a straight shooter. I need things to be clear & conscience, and Danny was able to deliver. Car is running great. I had been using a shop here in Concord but I started to question some of their business practices. I am pleased with Autohaus. Danny strikes me as a honest, hard working man who prides himself on quality service. I plan on using them again for my service needs. If you are wanting to try them out, don't wait.

2002 BMW 330CI.I highly recommend Autohause.Very knowledgeable, Professional and reasonably priced repairs.Bernard, Danny and Brandy provided outstanding customer service from my 1st phone call to the pickup of my vehicle.Detailed assessment via email with photos and detailed explanations of needed and recommend repairs was reassuring and thorough - no suprises.5 stars without hesitation - Thank you Autohause for bringing back to life, my older car to me - I now drive with great confidence that it was seviced correctly!

Very good experience here at Autohaus. They took great care of my BMW 335i fixing a couple of laborious oil leaks. The communication was excellent, top quality service, and the cost was marginally more affordable than I was quoted by Indy shops in Charlotte.

The only place I trust to work on my cars. Danny is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Worth the drive from Charlotte to get peace of mind and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Excellent communication. Fair pricing. Confident in repairs. Appears they specialize is German, Italian, Tesla (worked on my Model Y suspension after a curb strike), even seen a Lotus out front. Only spot that I ll take my Porsche- even drive to the other side of the lake! Excellent customer service - and they take the time to work with the customer and explain repairs. Reasonable prices and super reliable.

My 2004 Land Rover Discovery II has never run better. And they replaced a faulty coolant tank with an OEM. OEM part failed after 60 days. They stool behind the warranty and had me on my way. Good service from honest folk. Not too much a drive from Mount Holly for that.

Bernard and the rest of the guys take great care of my GT3 that I track often. I visit often for tire mounting, brake fluid changes, and other preparation needed to make my car track-ready. It's great to have this type of quality and service close by in Denver.

I'm very selective about who I let work on my vehicles and I can say, they are top notch from the start to finish. Gary was fantastic period I had had new batteries installed in my Mercedes by another local auto shop and they fail to register the battery thereby making me at risk of overcharging my battery period in addition my trunk no longer worked and it needed to be reformatted. Gary work me in the same day I called and didn't even charge me to Certificate and code the battery to the car period I have 7 automobiles and I intend on bringing everyone of them For service when needed. This kind of service and integrity is unheard of in this day and age!Service: Electrical repair

I've had 2 separate visits to Autohaus Lake Norman. Both were great! The first was an oil change on for a 2020 Range Rover Sport. The service was prompt, the price was great, and the staff was so courteous. The next was for a NC inspection today. I had a coolant light come on. They did a full inspection and checked my coolant system and I didn't have to pay a penny more. This would have been a $200 visit to RR Charlotte. But it was under $30 here. I am very thankful for this place. The staff at the front is super helpful and alway very courteous. Use this business for the best customer service coupled with the highest level of experts. I just picked up my car after they worked through detailed testing and diagnostics. They fit me in to their busy schedule with no notice to help me get back up and running. Refreshingly Easy to Service Cars Here - I have been bringing my family's cars to Autohaus Lake Norman for 4 years now. Not only is the work performed meticulously well, we always receive a detailed explanation of our service, and the work is completed on time. We are never kept waiting, and we often book same day service on multiple cars. We service an F-Pace Diesel, Velar Diesel, and BMW Hybrid Electric, and Bernard provides excellent service and recommendations for all of our vehicles. At each visit, he carefully inspects our cars. Justin heads up the front office, and we always are happy to coordinate appointments and needed parts with his team. We regularly schedule Oil Changes, DEF Fluid, Low Profile and Performance Tire Replacement, Inspections, and Alignments here, and we receive the highest quality work at a very reasonable cost. We feel that Bernard and his team love our cars, and the shop is incredibly well run and efficient. I am so pleased to bring my cars to Autohaus Lake Norman! So I have a model s Tesla and we went to the Charlotte Tesla center and two 3 weeks to get the car seen and came back and told its going be over 9k to replace the driver unit and replace the 12v and cars the coolant and battery cables needs to be replace keep in mind our warranty expired Jan this year and we was so Mad and upset about the price so my wife came across this Shop and let me tell you first impression they wanted to take care of us took my car here Happy to safe they were able get us back on road with half cost of that from Tesla things guys know what they re doing very pleased with the customer service and keep us update and if need your Tesla work d on please hit these guys up again thank you so much teamServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Autohaus is my go to repair shop for maintenance and repairs to my Porsche Panamera, Mercedes E350 and BMW 750. The owner and his employees all have above average communication skill sets and care about what they do. Them being able to explain the identified repair(s) needed is important to me. Moreover, their work has been solidly reliable. Based on my experiences during the last five years this shop definitely takes pride in all that they do. Good people. Good work.

I stumbled upon Autohaus thanks to Google and they re outstanding reviews. I took my LR2 here for a pre purchase inspection and was greatly impressed how thorough and detailed they were as they walked me through everything. I decided to go with them for a few repairs and just as my first experience with them, it went great and seamless. I appreciate Bernard, Karen and Justin always being utmost professional, having great communication and doing a wonderful job on my new vehicle. Bernard helped me out with my Tesla, he changed the fuse on my master charger and got me on the road very fast. Awesome shop, fast and professional.
