Me and my boyfriend took his transmission to Sherman in May of this year. The first time we got it back, didn t have reverse and literally sealed with silicone, he accused us for doing that. The second time, he was pulling an empty trailer in 3rd gear, because that s a heavy trailer and that s what they have done before and it never messed anything up, next thing my boyfriend knows, WHILE HES GOING DOWN THE ROAD, transmission fluid is spewing out everywhere. While we were waiting 14 days for him to fix it he called and told us that if he didn t change the rear end gears from STOCK 3.73 gears to 4.11 s that his 6 month warranty would be void and he d have to fix himself the next time it messed up. Now we are to the third time the transmission HAS MESSED UP not from my boyfriends doing (Driving his truck like some of those grandmas do), but from SHERMAN CAMPBELL not doing his job right. He charged us $950 FOR NOTHING and I mean nothing.. I hope this review saves somebody the aggravation and money and time from having to deal with him..

Worst experience ever.Had our truck for a little over three months . Supposed to rebuild the transmission all we seen them do is sit on their behinds. Then the transmission gave out on us 7 months later. Now we out that money and still no transmission. Worst experience everService: TransmissionService: Transmission

Best transmission shop in the state they know what there doing Sherman can build one with his eyes closed better than anybody with there eyes open that's a fact

They were supposed to rebuild my daughter's transmission Which they did But it's been having problems With the Torque converter I've took it to two different shops And they have said the same thing Take it back to these guys And they are trying to say It is a electrical problem They are not good service They do not do what they say They do anything except for what they tell you Her car is still not fixed This has been going on Since before Christmas Poor service Low quality I would definitely not use them Or recommend them to anyone They obviously Don't know how to do their jobService: Transmission
