Very happy with my service I had to come very close to closing and David was so very nice and helped me with testing and replacing my battery. There is a reason that auto zone has been a go to place for vehicle needs for as long as I can remember. Yes places like Walmart might be cheaper but the quality of the parts and service far surpass the others!!!

Needed an aux battery for my car, which advertised they would replace free, well not for car (Benz), however they did have one , which purchased and installed myself. 3 nuts 10 minutes!

If I could give 0 stars that is what they deserve. Do not buy from here they do not stand behind their products. I bought a battery for my car here about 4 or 5 months ago I spent between 150 to 200 and the battery died. I called them asked if they would replace it and they said no we only give 90 days. Seriously that's not what they told me when I bought it. Partially my fault for believing them and trusting them. They suck.

Normally have the part I'm needing in stock and if they don't it will only be a day or two before they can get it for you, some of the prices are not as good as others but they have never given me a problem if I need to return anything so I just normally get it from the zone.

Was browsing the miscellaneous items at the register. Some guy in the aisles behind the registers was bent over and called for another employee to come over. I even pointed him out to her. She then stood right behind me and my fianc� for about 30 seconds before asking very rudely Okay guys what are we doing? I was very confused initially and replied we were just looking and had come in to buy oil. She just stared at me so I started towards the motor oil and it dawned on me the implication that was being made towards us, at which point I headed towards the door and said nevermind, we re going to advance. Was in the store less than 5 minutes when all this occurred. If you like being immediately profiled and rushed through the store while someone watches over you like a child, this might just be the place for you

These men were so nice to me today when I got my battery and alternator tested. I didn t know a lick of anything and the man was so kind to me and explained what I needed to get done. 10/10 definitely coming back!

Excellent customer service. Devon was so helpful to me last night getting the correct bulb for my headlights, and installing it! He was friendly and knowledgeable! I know where I'm going when I need something for my car for now on!

Went to advance auto in Dallas TWICE and got the wrong size belt both times cause their belt measuring tool was broke... So I went to Advance in Cherryville and they tried to measure with a TAPE MEASURE.... said it was 37 inches.... I did not trust that type of measuring, so lastly I went Auto Zone.... The belt was 38 in & fit perfectly...... If you need a belt, go to AUTOZONE.!!!!!!

I don't know about advance Auto on Franklin boulevard West . Tried to get my check engine light check but they give leave the equipment to go do it myself and said they would not look up codes I was disappointed
