Jose was amazing at helping me get a car with my low credit score. He worked with us for three days and really came through! He got me in an amazing car. It was a great experience! 10 out of 10 recommend.

After starting with Adam's Auto Group back in 2017 I was very satisfied with the service on Independence in Charlotte. After my vehicle was paid off someone pulled out in front of me totalling my car I noticed that Adam's Auto opened a location in Dallas NC and they went above and beyond to keep me satisfied. So 2 weeks later I made it a point to get my wife the truck she has deserved. So now we are very happy with the 2019 Toyota C-HR and the 2018 4WD Ram Quad Cab. Thanks for the professionalism and courtesy as well as southern hospitality.

I would not buy a car here. Maybe the other Adams locations are better but we did not have a good experience. First of all they had dead plants in the entrance. If you can't take care of a plant how can you take care of a lot full of cars?? We were not even really greeted or asked to sit down. The trash cans in their reception area were overflowing it really made a bad first impression. I had an appointment for a test drive, and when we got there they told us they had to put tags on it still so we waited, then she came back and said it had no fuel so we had to wait again for them to get gas in it. Since we had an appointment I felt that should have been done prior to our arrival. We finally get to the keys to test it out and immediately noticed a burning smell. We came back to the dealership after test driving it and I opened the hood, and there was literally SMOKE billowing out of the engine. We walked away without buying a vehicle.

Everything is great until you pay your vehicle off. Then they won t send you the documents, answer the phone or return your phone call.

Fantastic service. Small staff with friendly and personable employees. They worked late with me to come to a deal. Personally I had to wait a day to access funds for payment. They happily worked with me, giving me a very reasonable deductible/down payment to hold the vehicle, picked me up from my house when I stated that I d be Ubering back the next day, and provided a complimentary clean and wash after I purchased the vehicle.Best prices around, can t recommend enough!

Dwight was above and beyond easy to work with and he and his co-worker took all the time needed to make sure my soon to be 16 year old was completely satisfied with the vehicle. The transaction was smooth as any I've ever done and we left feeling as if we were valued far beyond that of a customer. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, and check these guys out. You can thank me later!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED The best there is around if you ask me,I was having so much trouble an I really thought I wasn t gonna get the truck I wanted but Paul,Tony & Zena picked up then phones an started making calls to the banks an got me approved and not to mention I got the truck for a good price! If your looking to buy a vehicle do yourself a favor and go check these guys out, they even put gas in my truck

Amazing people. I am a full time college student and full time worker and they helped me out when my first car completely broke down on me. Jason was amazing. He helped me out and made sure I was leaving with a new car. If you need a car I highly recommend coming to these guys. Thank you so much for everything and helping me out. Took some stress away from me.

My original car got sold before I got there but Brandon found me one even better within my price range. Even when the car smelled a little like smoke, he got on his hands and knees and cleaned out the cabin filter. Excellent service and hospitality!! Would recommend!!

Me and my husband had a great experience here at the Dallas NC location. They worked with me and my husband to see what we could get. Through about 30 phone calls the first day. They were very patient. Very friendly people. And professional. And to top it off they went above and gave a complimentary car wash. Thank you guys so much Paul and Tony. We will definitely come back next time we need a vehicle.

My experience with Adams Auto Group, Inc. was overall a great experience! I worked with Tony and Dwight, both of which were very easy to work with. They made sure my new (used) truck was detailed before I picked it up and the job was nicely done. (I only wish I would have been able to leave the dealership with a full tank of gas!) After I left the dealership, I had 2 small concerns with the vehicle. I emailed Dwight and Tony called me to check in about the issues. I was told they will be glad to take care of the small issues after the holidays. This review is "to be continued" based on how things end up after the holidays. So far, so good!

Great place. Great People. Smooth transaction. Starting off with Zena, she was super kind, helpful and attentive, giving me constant updates about the car I was interested in, couldn t of asked for a better assistant. Tony who took me on a test run, is a great charismatic pops, who s fun and will lookout for you the best he can, awesome and great guy. Dwight the boss man was respectful, helpful, and professional, he made the transaction as smooth as butter, headache free as well as knocking off $500 from the total sales price on a great valued vehicle. While i know some dealers won t even budge or even start acting rude towards you well that wasn t the case with Dwight, awesome dude with an awesome car collection. On top of that, they fixed a problem in the key fob in no time, even after purchasing the car.

Purchased a 2015 Tahoe later to find out the odometer has been rolled back and they have REFUSED to help us!!!! Whether the miles were rolled by them or whoever they purchased the vehicle from- doesn t matter the vehicle was sold to us with a rolled back odometer (Which by the way is a felony). We would like for them to make it right and have given them the chance to do so. We have 3 small children and have no time or energy to be dealing with this. Just sad.

I have been employed with Adams Auto Group In Dallas NC as a detailer for the past 3 months. Dwight and Tony knew I was in need of a vehicle and that I was on a very tight budget. Dwight went out of his way over and beyond to find me the perfect car that is in my budget and I jumped on it. He knew exactly what to look for and I fully trusted his opinion and took his advice. He and I sat and did all the paper work and I had everything done within 20 minutes. I have worked at many dealerships in the past and this has been the very first I've felt safe and comfortable purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. It was hassle free and he stuck right to my budget. I will definitely be making another purchase from here in the near future and will highly recommend all my family and friends to as well. Tony Vickers and Dwight Fowler were very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. Very genuine and passionate about their work. We loved being able to look at it and test drive it without them hovering, and the whole experience took less than 2 hours on a Saturday! This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. They re amazing and make the process really smooth. They go above and beyond for their customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they re stuff! I recommend anyone to go see them!

Purchased a vehicle from adams in Dallas completely satisfied beautiful vehicle great friendly staff Thank you Tony and Dwight for selling me my first vehicle not bought from a third party or etc! Vehicle had low mileage and they kept me updated on arrival of it and paper work was fast and they made it easy! Definitely recommend to anyone thank you guys Tony, Dwight! Great automotive team!

This place was awesome. Tony and Z didn t sell us a car, they just made sure we got what we wanted and that we were happy. Definitely recommend skipping the hassle of mainstream dealerships and come get what you want for the right price at Adams Auto Group.

This purchase was the by far the best experience I ve ever had! We were in and out in two hours with no haggling back and forth. Dwight and Zena were great to work with and very accommodating through the entire process. I will definitely be back when it is time to purchase another vehicle.

We stopped in last weekend to look at their used trucks and had a wonderful experience. We loved how the staff weren t pushy whatsoever and were so honest and personable. We were looking at one of the trucks when one of the staff members approached us letting us know right off the bat that truck had a small dent. We hadn t even noticed the dent and we didn t mind it anyways but loved that we were told about it right away. The staff were seriously awesome and it was such a different experience from other places we had been to previously that day where the staff members at those places were so dang pushy. We didn t end up finding a vehicle from here but had such an awesome experience we wanted to leave a review - will definitely be recommending this place to others.
