If I could give him no stars I would give him no stars!!!! It was my brothers birthday, we had a group we all came to the lake. He notified us he would be one hour late due to a popped tire. One hour and a half passes we called him multiple times left messages he never responded back to us, he went ghost after saying he would meet us here at 2 and taking our deposit of $400.He did send the deposit back and never communicated with us That he wasn t going to show up. So we waited two hours for no reason. Then he texts us back saying he got rear ended.Blocked the customer who set the appointment. Highly disappointed!! This company is unreliable and untrustworthy. I will never book with this company again. I do not recommend because he will cheat you out of your money and time!!!!!

He was not communicative at all I waited over an hour and 30 minutes to get my jet ski rental. He blocked my number and diddnt bother to message me back to tell me that he wasn t coming after I sent my deposit to him would not recommend at all

Contacted Vip Performance a day before I wanted to rent a Slingshot (last minute decision) and everything went smooth. Arrived at location and he just had finished cleaning it parked waiting on me to arrive!!! Enjoyed it during our time and wanted to keep it for a few more hours reached out to them and they extended our time without a problem! I definitely will be a returning customer!!

I have been renting from VIP Performance since 2019-2020 when they first got started. The response times, communication and ease of rental has ALWAYS been outstanding!! The vehicles and performance of the vehicles have been outstanding. They are my go to for any type of performance vehicle that I am looking for. Keep doing what you are doing!!!

I have rented from VIP on two different occasions and both times I was met with great customer service. The guys that work there made sure everything was easy and ready to go when my party arrived. I will definitely rent with them again!!!

I have been renting from VIP performance for 2 years and it is honestly the best rental car company in the city! The Hellcat is an absolute monster!! I will definitely be back in a couple of weeks!!

If you need a rental for cool car, slingshot or a jet ski definitely check them out. Had a blast with my rental and can t wait for the summer to do it again.

Rented out all the slingshots for a family trip, had a great time and mike the owner was super helpful with the rental process, would recommend again and again
