Great coupon. Unfortunately didn t have the filter I needed but we re gracious to refer me to another affordable place. Cared enough about me and my car safety to do that and I thought it was commendable! Will definitely use Valvoline for the next oil change.

There was a total lack of professionalism on the day I went. It s not a good look on your brand when you have employees laughing, joking, and goofing off while they re working on your car. I don t *think* anything was missed but the chances are higher when you see behavior like what was exhibited.==========Update 4/11==========I had to bring my vehicle back because it was leaking (oil spot in my driveway). The issue was that whomever did the oil change didn t tighten the oil filter enough. Can t help but think that if the personnel were serious about doing the job right, reviews such as these wouldn t be necessary. #buyer_beware

quick, fast, service, was in and out in under 10 minutes one morning. I go here always for my oil changes. usually there is a coupon on their website so a couple dollars saved. friendly staff too. i like the car cam so i can watch the oil change that's pretty cool and fun.

Stay away from this place unless you want issues with your car. I had my oil changed in my F150 yesterday. It cost $140 dollars. Service seemed great and I was in and out within 15 minutes. I woke up this morning with oil drops all over my driveway. I went back and they told me that it was my plastic oil plug that they should have changed but did not have any in stock. They wanted me to drive to the Autopart's store and buy a plug and bring back for them to install. I went to Express Oil Change (Next to Lowes) right after and they fixed me free of charge. They said that these plugs always need replaced or your truck will leak. I will send everyone to Express Oil Change go forward. Stay away from Valvoline at all costs.

I don't usually leave reviews, but boy has this location gone downhill. Most of the employees seem to be brand new and not just at this job, but in dealing with automotive in general. The lead female tech was at least competent and saved a big mistake from almost happening. One of the newer employees put on an incorrectly sized oil filter to which the lead tech barely caught after she looked at the specifications because the incorrect filter still seemed to somewhat fit. This would've likely seriously damaged my vehicle had it not been caught. The employees response to this was so nonchalant, it left me baffled. They filled up my tires without asking what PSI I preferred after almost not doing it at all. I had to prompt them. One employee couldn't figure out how to reveal my cabin air filter for inspection and another employee forgot to change my wipers after I had asked.I used to go here all the time but this will be my last visit. I hope the owner of this company not only reads this review, but takes action in order to bring this place of business back into good standing order.

I brought my 2022 Honda to this place for service because, perhaps foolishly, I wanted the same brand of oil that I used to put in my HONDA. Upon arrival, I waited in line for about 25 minutes, only to be told that they didn't have the necessary tool to remove the plastic cover underneath my car to drain the oil.It was just a plastic screw that needed to be carefully removed with a drill. In theory, they should have done it, but I also didn't know how to do it myself. The place did provide good customer service during the brief time I was there. They filled my tires with air and checked a few things. However, I simply couldn't get my oil changed.Later, I went to a similar place and realized from the noises my car was making that the cover had been left loose, which sounded terrible. I immediately went to another place, where they fixed it and explained how to remove those plastic screws to prevent it from happening again. This ended up costing me more because the loose cover required a minor repair.This was my first and last visit to this place. It was a disappointing experience, despite the good customer service.

This place has gone downhill over the years. Used to be quick but now expect closer to a 45 minute wait. Employees there have poor attitudes and are forgetful. Last time I went, found out they forgot to replace the oil filter which caused some damage to the housing.

I highly recommend that you do not take your car to Valvoline on Concord Mills Blvd. I have been taking my car there since they opened and I went there for an oil change yesterday and was highly DISAPPOINTED!!! They do not have professional people there anymore, from the manager, that does not listen nor does he know how to handle conflict situations to the staff blatantly lying to you to try about the oil quality. When Valvoline first opened their staff was very professional and they would take the time to show you new parts side by side to your old parts. Do not expect type of service anymore. Now they are only interested in making money and they could care less about how they treat their customers. They did not show me the new air filter and when I asked to see it the young man just looked at me, shrouded his shoulders and said it is already in. This is after he lied by telling my that conventional oil is recycled oil that is obtained from various shops and cleaned and then sold as conventional oil. These were just a few of the issues I had with this Valvoline!! If you want professional, trustworthy service where you feel comfortable with the service from the staff, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE NOT EVEN FOR AIR IN THE TIRES!!!! IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A ZERO STAR RATING TRUST ME I WOULD HAVE!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CONCORD MILLS VALVOLINE FOR ANYTHING AND I ADVISE YOU NOT TO PATRONIZE THIS PLACE EITHER!! THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR STAFF AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!!

Just awful experience! They entered the mileage incorrectly on the machine for NC DMV state inspection. Connected them via their 844 and messaging on their website, never received a response. Went back to the store, they offered an update window sticker to remind me when to come back in for next service NC DMV contacted me and after explaining that this store entered about 80,000 more miles than what my odometer actually had, DMV had to contact the store and tell them what to do to correct my mileage with DMV.When given multiple opportunities to do right by your customer and you do nothing you should be ashamed for that lack of service.

My girlfriend went in with her 2017 Volkswagen Jetta and was charged $120 for 'European Oil' because her car 'required' this. I fully expect for this to be made right. She came in 2/17/24 around 3:00pm

I went to get my oil change and everyone was professional. Employees tried to up-sell some services as I guess they're trained to do but I appreciated they weren't too pushy and worked fast, great job guys!

What an amazing experience today.. GERALD UR AMAZING!!!! I Almost had a panic attack when i was coming home from work( check engine light on) yikes. So i go to Autozone early morning. Oil filter code mind u i just went to Valvoline in Harrisburg on Friday. So I call what i think is the same place and speak to Gerald he didnt hesitate to tell me To come in he will look at it. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. Immediately I was able to get home cook and make it work thanks to him and his fast action. Instant crush lol Gerald is the best please see him and ask for him because u wont have to worry about a rushed or incomplete job ever!!! The oil was even leaking smh I will never go to Harrisburg again but I ll definitely go see Gerald in Concord at 8505 Pit Stop Ct NW, Concord, NC 28027. I trust himFor sure. He actually restored my faith in Valvoline . Because I almost gave up on them.

Great service and friendly staff! Every time I go, the staff is very attentive and kind! One thing I value is the fact that someone always makes sure to open the door for me and they do this for others as well! My only reason for deducting one star is because the tires on the vehicles that I bring are not always tended to properly. Not sure if he s a manager or not but Christopher always does a great thorough job on every car that I bring, however, if he s not there then things get missed sometimes. I recently brought a vehicle in last week and asked the lady servicing it to please check the tire pressure because my warning light was on. She said she would however when I got back in my vehicle and drove off, I noticed the same warning was on again. I figured it just needed to be reset however when I checked the pressure, it appeared that despite what was written on the report which was that all tires were at 36, they actually hadn t been touched at all. This is the second time this has happened.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Talk about epic fail. I trusted my vehicles with Valvoline in GA. Here I would not. I arrived. Sat in the car for ten minutes waiting. No greeting. One guy in the bay keeps looking at me. Then he walked around for a while. I guess he was waiting for the person under the car to finish. Then he was behind my car, walking around to the front of the building. Then, he went back to do something with the computer. I pulled out of line at this point. Honestly, watching how the whole team acted, I wouldn't trust them. I will be going to the Lexus dealership for the oil change.

Super convenient and quick process to get a simple oil change! As it should be, however my experience was opposite of this. Unfortunately the dice were rolled and It was my turn to get a stripped oil pan and they are protected with a 100k mileage disclosure to say that it would be deemed as wear and tear costing me a few hundred to replace. Would recommend for use as it is indeed convenient but if you re over that amount in mileage I would proceed cautiously.Service: Oil change

Quick oil change. Even had battery checked and replaced with 5 year warranty. Gets busy quickly at some days they stop taking clients earlier than closing.

They were understandably understaffed (everywhere is understaffed right now) but they apologized multiple times for the wait. The manager went around to each car apologizing for the wait and explaining why and asking if he could answer any questions. They were working fast and efficient especially with the heat today. Service was top tier. Overall great experience.Services: Tires, Oil change

First time I came was great! This time, I've been waiting almost an hour and haven't even gotten started. When I arrived, there was one car ahead of me and another being worked on in this lane. Inspections and oil changes should not take 30 mins each so I'm unsure of what's taking so long.Watching the employees standing around and socializing is only adding insult to injury while I burn my gas in 90 degree weather waiting for a very simple inspection.Please get rid of the chatty teens and get back to delivering efficient and quality service.I've watched this young lady stand here and literally do nothing this entire time, so this is extremely frustrating to be sitting here experiencing.

Outstanding service at the Valvoline in Concord, I was greeted by Jeremy the manager. He asked me to pull in to Bay 1 which I was greeted by Dre and Kevin. There work was great, they topped off my fluids and gave me outstanding service for my oil change. In and out. Thank you for your services. Returning customer.

I came today to get an oil change and man I dont know how these workers can move so fast in this heat! I was hesitant to come back because I had a not so good experience with the manager at the store, I think his name was Eric, very rude if I might add. I did give it another try because it is convenient for me since I live in concord and I was happily greeted by the new manager Jeremy and you could tell he was very happy to serve me! He was extremely polite and explained to me why the oil I was putting in wasnt the best for my car and I got a better oil, the two workers on my car made sure my car was taken care of and it was a very different experience then my last one and ill definitely be back! I dont know what has been done different but it was also much cleaner as well then I remember, but all and all what a pleasant experience!!
