We were lucky to get a storage spot at TJ's. Since TJ also repairs RV's, we switched from Camping World to TJ. We had so many issues with Camping World. They replaced the regulator on one of our water heaters and it worked sporadically after that. After several trips to Camping World and $140 each time the water heater failed to light and to have CW tell us they couldn't find the problem, we were happy to ask TJ to look at it. He kept the RV for two weeks and tried to find the issue but couldn't. We took it back when it failed again and Olaf found the issue! The problem: when CW replaced the regulator, they didn't properly install the new one. Finally! After hundreds of dollars paid to CW (who messed it up to begin with) and 2 years of issues, it was fixed! Then we thought we had to replace our steps due to owner error but Olaf fixed them saving us about $2000 and they work great now. TJ is one of the most honest, accommodating businesses I have ever used. The prices are fair and not over inflated and the technicians will explain everything to you until you understand it. They accept the extended warranty and perform recall work too. I would highly recommend TJ for storing and any RV repairs. Excellent customer service!

I hate when things go wrong we we're traveling and lost are trailer brakes and I didn't want to go through the mountains without brakes and found this place on Google called they said bring it in and they stop working on other jobs and took care of me and had me back on the road in about one hour, awesome job and friendly people

Tjs was amazing . We are so glad we found them. They really took the time to go through and look at everything we asked and fix stuff instead of just recommending we replace it and get the higher price. Luke and Robert gave excellent customer service and we will definitely use them again. My camper couldn't have been in better hands. Thanks Guys .

We brought our new to us RV to TJs RV for an awning replacement. They were very professional. Luke was especially helpful in choosing an awning color that would compliment our travel trailer. We couldn't be happier with the service and we will definitely use their services again. I would definitely recommend TJs.

We have our Rv stored with them and they are great! We also payed for them to do a 2 hour walk through with us on our unit after we bought it that was amazing and very informative. They also found that our unit had a faulty water pump and helped us get it replaced and covered by our Keystone warranty. Great company and great people! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for quality RV repair at a fair price in Charlotte, look no further. You found it. I cannot say enough good things about Thomas, Luke, Olaf, and Robert. The team at TJ's is second to none. They did several repairs to my class A including fixing hydraulic leveling system, replacing couch, replacing outside cameras and monitor, sealing slide out, and replacing power converter. They work quickly and provide excellent communication. Your RV will not sit on their lot for months...like at other places. Go here for repairs, you will not be disappointed.

Thomas has extensive experience with RV service, storage and customer service. He and his team treat each customer as if they're the top priority. In addition to using the meticulous indoor storage, we have them handle all of our repairs including warranty work. Their pricing is so fair and their turnaround is so fast that there's no point waiting months to get the work done at the dealer. We recommend them highly!

With all the new RV rs on the road today it is almost impossible to get help with a problem. I googled RV repair in Concord NC and found TJs. I had two problems. Refrigerator would not work on propane, and one of my auto leveling jacks needed replacing. He asked if I could bring it over the next day to look at it. He called me back in 3 hours and said it would be completed later the same day before close. They serviced the fridge, and mounted new lack. TJ took it on himself to contact the lift company and secured warranty for the jack. Total bill..... $156.48. In two days total. The buildings may be a bit old. But the old fashioned Customerservice was shining bright.I recommend this business highly.

Every time I have been there, Thomas and his staff have been great to work with. I've had my RV stored here for more than a year now and have had them take care of things as well as a few repairs during that time. They promptly and professionally took care of all work I needed done and after dealing with Thomas and his mechanics I can confidently say, these folks definitely know Campers and RV's!Also, their storage rates were better than any place else I called in the area. Two thumb's up!

I used this place for the first time after going to another place last year I was not happy with. I had them do some body work around the king pin. Fix a cabinet that was starting to fall down. Replace my slide topper fabric that had ripped, check my slide seals and seal the roof and side of my camper. They did outstanding work. Kept me updated on all repairs. And There prices were more then fair. I really appreciate them even doing a walk thur with me before I paid them. However there was one oops. I did not check the roof before I left. When I got home I checked it and everything looked great except they forgot to remove my vent covers and seal under them. I was little up set cause it was 6:30pm so I emailed pics asking what happen. I was shocked. I had a response in ten mins asking for a phone call even tho they were closed. They apologized admitted it was missed. They even sent someone to my house the very next day to finish sealing under the vent covers. Talk about standing behind your work. So next year when I plan on having my roof sealed again this is where my camper is going. If your looking for a place to take your camper give them a try I m sure glad I did.

Thomas and his team at TJ's Quality RV Storage and Repair set the standard for outstanding customer service, honesty & reliability. We have one of the smallest RVs stored at TJ s but we re always treated like we have the biggest, most expensive RVs there. We use their indoor storage and they ve done repairs and upgrades on our RV. We ve always been more than pleased with everything they ve done and everyone who works there. Thomas is always honest regarding upgrade and repair work and is happy to answer any questions about your RV regardless of when you call. When you call ahead to pick up your RV, it is always ready and waiting and given enough time, the AC or heat will be on to make sure you're comfortable when you get in. We couldn't be happier with the quality of their service and the care they give each customer.

TJ's RV & Storage is the Best! I have been storing my camper there for over a year and never had any issues. They are the valet of RV Storage. I text him a few days before I am going to go camping and they will hook my camper up to get the frig cold and charge the battery and its sitting outside ready for me to just hookup and go. They have also done a few updates and repairs and have always done a fantastic job! Love the fact that I don't have to tow it to the dealership to have the repairs done. Thomas the owners is also very helpful. I am a newbie at this and he always answers my questions and willing to show you how to check things. TJs RV Storage is the BEST Place around!!

Faced with a failure of the water system on our 5th wheel while traveling through North Carolina, Thom and Sean at TJ's were the only repair facility that said they would help with our repair. All other shops and Gran Design could not get us in for at least 4 weeks. These guys not stepped up to the plate and not only made the repair, but the quality of the work and customer service attitude is definitely worth 5 stars! I highly recommend to others who are in need of RV service. Great job and thank you for quickly getting the repair done and getting us back on the road to Arizona!

We have stored our 5th wheel at TJ s and have been very pleased with their services. Honesty and integrity are hard to find, but we have experienced both here. They have given friendly service, prompt response to questions, and professionalism with every need. Knowledgeable and experienced technicians are also available to answer questions. Great all around experience!

I visited TJ's RV today, this was my 2nd visit. They were referred to me by a friend. The 1st time they investigated a major leak. The leak was repaired, replaced all the rotted wood, and put wallpaper back in place. You cant even tell there was a problem. I was totally impressed. Today they performed my annual preventative maintenance and worked on some exterior seals. Their work is what you would expect, quality and professional. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them. Although there are other RV repair shops much closer to my house I prefer to drive 40 miles to TJ's!

My under warranty RV developed a leak in all the recent rain. I called my selling/servicing dealer all morning to no avail. Called the manufacturer and they allowed me to find someone local. I called TJ's because a friend had work done there and was very pleased. I called and Thomas himself answered the phone. I explained my problem and this might involve a 3rd party payment (the manufacturer). It was later in the day and he was unable to fit me in, but could I come in first thing the next morning. He was willing to work with the manufacturer. The RV is now back in storage and fixed for a very reasonable cost. They found the leak and also checked over the whole roof. I was very pleased with their attitude all along the way. As we are ending warranty soon, I am pleased to have a local dealer to take care of me. Thomas's years in the RV are evident.Sorry I could only give 5 stars.

Needed to get a few leaking hydraulic lines repaired and needed camper back in less than two weeks. Try getting Camping World to even look at your camper in two weeks time much less FINISH the repairs. TJ's told me "no problem, we can do that.". And they did exactly what they said. That is a rarity in RV repair places. They will get ALL my RV service business

My Wife and I kept our camper at TJ s for almost two years. One of the reasons we chose this facility was because of the perceived security. TJ s website says you don t have to worry about people messing around with your camper, but should anything happen, TJ s master insurance policy will make sure everything is taken care of . The website also states that they include a tire boot for all units stored outdoors. Our camper was stolen from TJ s almost two months ago in the middle of the night. The thrives breached the padlock gate, hooked up to our travel trailer, and drove away in less than 5 minutes. You might ask why the tire boot didn t stop them. Because their was no boot on the camper and their never had been the entire time we stored it there, to my knowledge. So much for security. We found out about the theft late the next day, after the police called us. Thomas, the owner, didn t give us that courtesy. When we asked what he thought had happened. He stated that although he didn t know for sure, it looked like the thieves could have used a key on the padlocked gate, which would indicate an inside job.Over the next two months, we called Thomas every few weeks to get an update on the insurance investigation, as he never proactively reached out to us. He initially told us that he had well over $100K worth of insurance and everything would be taken care of. After that, he never had any information for us except They re working on it. He actually had the audacity to be rude a couple of times my Wife called him, almost as if he couldn t be bothered with speaking to customers of his who had their property stolen while it was in his care.Yesterday, we finally spoke to his insurance company and were notified that they would not be covering the loss. I still haven t gotten a good reason why. I immediately called Thomas to see if he planned to honor his word. He stated that he never told me everything would be taken care of. Basically, he has washed his hands of the whole ordeal and is accepting no responsibility. To make matters worse, he didn t even give us the courtesy of telling us directly, instead he called my Wife and gave her the phone number to his insurance company and said She should call them. I won t make a recommendation as to whether or not you should do business with TJ s, but you should know that the security and insurance policy that they tout aren t as advertised and in our case, if you have a problem you ll be left to handle it on your own. We are very disappointed with how we were treated and by the ethics Thomas demonstrated.

Thomas is very fair when it comes to repairs on your RV. He does not recommend unnecessary repairs, but looks out for your best interests. Pricing is fair--not as expensive as the bigger, nationwide dealer/repair shops. The quality of their work is very good, as well.

Am new to having an RV was lubricating slide out and during process power for slide got disconnected while out and could not slide back in. Purchased RV less than a year ago from Camping World. Called them month ago. Have never received a call back always had to follow up. And discovered during one of the follow ups they have a mobile tech group which I left a message for them 6 days ago which I have followed up twice on with no success. So called TJs and spoke to Lynette. What a life saver who made my day! She actually sincerely listened to my situation. She looked things up provided information we exchanged 5 calls so was back and forth and each time I talked to her she was more ready to help. With her guidance have plugged in slide out and is now slide in. TJs has a very courteous and helpful person with Lynette. Thank you so much!

Tom and his staff are incredible. After years of being pushed around and overcharged by traditional service and storage facilities I have finally found a great place to store my coach and to have it serviced. It feels like I have upgraded to concierge service with a reduction in my out of pocket expenses. They are all qualified service people, have a great attitude, keep the coach "ready to go" and the facility is perfectly designed as an indoor RV storage facility. It may sound corny, but I feel like "I found my forever home" for my RV (I apologize to all pet lovers who think that was too corny, but that is how I feel)!

Fantastic service and support. I have been to TJ's several times with my RV and I have always received top of the line service. The repairs actually cost far less than I expected and It took less time that we figured. Thomas, keep up the good work.

These guys are by far the best in town. They are fast, affordable, but most importantly they are honest and really care about their customers which is a rarity in businesses today. They are the only guys we use for our RV rental fleet and they have always delivered the highest quality work in a timely manner, on top of beating all others prices, but most importantly, they give you piece of mind knowing you can trust them and that they will get the job done no matter what.

They were no help to me at all. All I needed them to do was put on my tire pressure monitoring sensors on my inside rear tires. I was quoted a price of $135. I took it to Ben Mynatt Chevrolet and one of the guys that work in the truck shop came out and pried off the hubcaps and had the sensors on in 10 minutes. Best of all he didn't charge me anything but I gave him a $25 gift card as a thank you because he saved me over $100.

I am from Michigan but a bunch of circumstances that I won't bore you with caused me to store my trailer with Thomas at TJ's for the winter of 2016-2017. He was awesome! When you store up here in Michigan you are generally packed into a big warehouse with 1" between you and the next RV or Boat. At TJ's they have you in a building with space, and if you need something you can get in to get it. I was in Michigan, but I needed the measurement of something and Thomas went and measured for me. Since this is where his business for repair is he's there all the time. They also did an RV repair for me at a very reasonable price. When it was time to pick up he got it ready for me and was entirely accommodating for both the day I dropped off (a Sunday outside of business hours) and when I picked up. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

I highly recommend TJ's for your RV repair needs. Mark and Thomas were wonderful to work with and went out of their way to complete our repairs before our scheduled trip. The prices were extremely reasonable. We will be returning for any service needs.

Had to take my travel trailer to TJ's with sagging floors, the guys did an OUTSTANDING job. Not only did I have the bad floors it turned out the reason why is because I had a roof leak which they also repaired. While they had it torn down I decided to replace the dinette with a leather sofa and the guys repurposed the wood from the dinette to build the base for the sofa and it turned out absolutely awesome. I also added a few other upgrades and since I was spending a great deal of money Thomas( the owner) cut me a deal on the labor. You will not find a better group to do the repairs or servicing to your RV, so if you are in need of anything for your RV make you go and visit Thomas and his guys and let them hook you up!!Ron
