Jessica and her crew are amazing! They treat your car like it s their own. I take all my cars to her for my tint needs. They exceeded my expectations! One car i was worried about was my classic car, they treated it so well and the results are amazing. I would never take any of my cars to anyone but sunstoppers. If i could give them 10 stars i would!

These guys are the best. I got the 98% heat rejecting to protect my family and keep the heat out on a car in 2022. I brought my new vehicle in recently because once you know the difference in comfort, it's hard to go back.Thanks for taking great care of your customers and taking pride in your work! You guys rock.

This location is wonderful! I made an appointment with the one in Charlotte but the Concord had an open slot and was able to see me. I appreciate how fast it took for all windows to be completed on my 4runner. It was only an hour so I waiting. Free WiFi is a huge plus since I work remotely. The staff is really awesome.Getting ceramic tint is a great investment. Driving home I noticed the heat from the sun only coming from my windshield since its not tinted. Just had my 12th vehicle tented by this company and I am just as happy with the results as I was with the first. I am not one to write reviews but when a job is done so well and you are taken care of like royalty, I had to comment about this great company. I bought a new car, nothing fancy but I liked the color. I of course wanted to tint it right away but I learned this company also does ceramic coating for your paint at a reasonable price. I couldn t believe how different and shiny my car looks like. I never have to wax it, it always feels like something is going to slide off of it because it has that wax affect always on it. They even did my tires and headlights for free.I was amazed at the service, Justin, who took care of me, let me know the process and told me how to take care of the car. He explained how there is a 4 year warranty and in the paperwork he gave me, there are 4 dates where I take it in every 4 years and he does the ceramic again. I really liked the sticker reminded you not to open the windows since it was tinted. I kept that on for a week just because it looked cool. Even though my car was brand new, he cleaned the whole inside of the car and put matts on it so nothing gets dirty. As for the tint, he has 3 different kinds and demonstrated with a heat lamp what each tint will feel like. I got the best one that blocks out 98% of UV rays and you can definitely not feel the heat on your hand as opposed to the lowest tint. I couldn t be more happy with my choice of selecting Sun Stoppers in Concord off of 29. Thank you very much guysServices: Paint protection, Vehicle window tinting

If I could give no stars I would. I spent $7000 on the PF rap and they were so wonderful to get the money. It's been since July and it's end of November And these people will not fix the poor workmanship. All they care about is getting their money. Don't do business with the Concord sun stoppers stay far away from them. There is nothing but bubbling and sand all over this rap.

Personnel were more than great and very friendly. They many times asked me if I was ok, even down to was I cold or hot? My job was small and they treated me like I spent 4 times as much. Jessica was terrific to work with. Thanks to all of you!!

Sun Stoppers @ Concord, NC is the best!!! I've been back to this particular place multiple times because the quality of their work is amazing. I've let them work on my Tesla model 3 last year and most recently my model X. Full PPF with ceramic coating and window tinting. Each time they have done amazing work. On top of that, the level of professionalism is top notch. Jessica and Charles are so friendly and nice. This is how great they are: I had dropped my X off a couple weeks ago. But because of my work schedule I could only pick it up on a Sunday. Guess what? They came in on a SUNDAY just to open up the store so that I can pick up my car. They really work with their customers and it shows. They've definitely gained a life long customer!

My wife brought her car here for window tinting. Came and saw me on lunch and we noticed some lint/hair under the tint under the driver window. Figured it was no problem, the shop would take care of it. Wrong.Both shop owners tried to gaslight my wife into believing that the lint would somehow magically come out on its own. They belittled her and tried arguing with her when all she had was questions as it was her first time getting a car tinted. They offered absolutely no resolution, and were disrespectful.The only reason this review is two stars is due to Sunstoppers HR associate Garrett going above and beyond to help make things right using the Lake Norman location. If you need any work done, go there. The staff is much nicer and reasonable.In addition, the Lake Norman location straight up said there was no way the lint under the tint would work it s way out. So the Concord location straight up lied. They need to learn better customer service.

Upon arrival I met with Jessica. Very nice women. Customer service was very good. Staff is not big, so they are busy. There work is very good. Will definitely recommend this place. They did my 23 wrx with 35% tint.

I visited the website and Jessica from the Concord location texted me and I got a quote and an appointment for the next day. I got to my appointment on time and Jessica went over everything and showed me the different tints. I chose the legal 35% tint with 88% heat rejection ceramic tint on 5 windows on my Chrysler 300. After market tint on your vehicle some NC State inspection places will charge you an extra $10 bucks just for having tint. Jessica took my info and keys and told me it would take about an hour. I asked her where was the closest place to get something to eat she recommended Punchy's and also offered me the use of their loner car. Nice! I told her thanks but I need to get some steps in for the day and it was so nice outside, so I walked down to Punchy's to get a bite to eat, before I could completely finish my lunch the tech called me to tell me my car was done. It took only about 25-30 mins. Nice! When I walked back I saw my car in front of the store so I took pics, it looked great! They did an awesome job! Jessica informed me not to roll down the windows for 2 days and allow 1 week for the bubbles to disappear and for the tint to completely cure. They put special tape over the driver side window switch just in case you forget and try to put your windows down. If you have a window switch cancel button for the other windows on the driver switch make sure you turn it on to prevent your passengers from putting the windows down. I asked Jessica could I have more tape to put on the other 3 window switches and she was more than happy to give it to me. Jessica told me to please give her a call next week and give her an update on the tint. It was such a joy to meet and do business with Jessica we had a good time chatting with each other. After a week I will update if I have any issues or not. I recommend this Business. Check out my pics and judge for yourself.

Employee misquoted tint estimate, manager discovered the issue and stood behind the lower estimate. Very professional, quality work and a lifetime warranty. Highly recommend them.

Just picked up my car from Sun Stoppers after Charles, and Jessica installed the Xpel Ultimate Plus paint protection film. In my mind if you can't see the film the job was done right, and I will say this job was done right. You can tell they are very detail oriented as the seams are completely invisible. Charles, and Jessica are two of the nicest people you will meet, and their customer service is the best. If you're thinking about installing paint protection film, and are looking for a professional job, look no further than Charles, and Jessica at Sun Stoppers in Concord.03/28/2019 I was so impressed with the job Charles, and Jessica did with my car I took the wife's over today for the installation of the Xpel paint protection film. As expected they did great with this car also. Thanks again to Charles, and Jessica. I'll be seeing you again for more soon.

Recently took our brand new Audi in for full front PPF and window tinting. It s the most expensive vehicle we have ever owned and it s a keeper so we wanted to get it professionally protected ASAP. We brought it home from the dealership much sooner than expected so we didn t have an appt. I wouldn t drive it until PPF was installed so it sat in the garage until I could find a shop. We called around and we re told by most shops that they were booked weeks out. I called this shop and they were so accommodating. They got us in the next business day and even offered to give us a loaner vehicle. I was nervous at first dropping off a brand new car with 60 miles on it, but they eased my mind immediately. They had the vehicle for two days and it was ready to be picked up. I am super picky but was so impressed with the results. We are over the moon! We are customers for life! Seriously, best shop I have ever dealt with. You will not be disappointed!Services: Paint protection, Vehicle window tinting

Sun stoppers of Concord has done 3 cars for me in their highest quality hydrophobic XPEL paint protection. Charles does a supreme install job and will see any issues that need corrected before you do. He is very happy to correct any issue and he cleans the car before any job so it is be applied in the best possible environment. I ve been very happy with the results and I consider myself a very picky customer. Charles and Jessica are also incredible with regards to customer service. They are top-notch, very professional, but very friendly, and make you feel like family and your vehicle is like their own. Also, you don t need to have a Lamborghini or Ferrari to get their full attention. I have a Hyundai and Subaru and they have treated me and my vehicles as if I was their most important client. Lastly, I m using them for my tint with their highest heat rejection. I know that job will be not only perfect but it it s not they will work till it is. I ve been totally impressed with all facets of their business and frankly it s the best customer service I receive from any business.May 25th 2019 having XPEL best tint put on 98% heat rejection jessica doing a great job and a real plus for the 90 deg in the southern summers. Clean install bay, top tools and most of all taking their time to do it right but within the time I was given. Highly recommended! I think they are the best of the charlotte area Sunstoppers and as always very friendly and accommodating customer service.i

I will definitely take my other vehicle to them. Jessica took her time with me and explained what each level of tint would offer me. She also helped me make the correct decision on how dark I needed to go. Their prices are great, their quality is awesome, and they are fast. They treated my truck like it was their's. Finished my two front windows very quickly and they turned out great. I really wish they would lower their prices but they basically have a monopoly so there s not much I can do about it. It really hurts a college student like me to pay that much to try and protect my truck.But regardless of price, quality is great!

I highly recommend this shop. I just had my windows tinted. I know they had to work extra hard on the windshield because of some residue from when the windshield was replaced, yet they still completed the project very close to the promised time. Their pricing is very competitive. All the shop staff are extremely nice and professional. I will definitely plan to return for additional work I want done in the future.

They are wonderful folks. I was able to get my car in quick and even when I got there and added more to the car they still were able to get the car done when they said it would be done. Great local business. And I am getting my truck done there also. Adding to this review. Here is before and after having the tint added. They did a fabulous job.
