Another pleasant visit! Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation and was promptly greeted by Rob. All the employees here are so friendly; they really make you feel like a valued customer.The service was completed quickly. The tech informed me the tire rotation was not needed at this time, so that saved me some money. When Ian was processing my bill, he was kind enough to scan a coupon which saved me even more!I'm always happy with the service I receive at this SpeeDee location, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable garage.

I have been taking my Jeep here for years! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My last visit, Ian R. was the one who helped. His knowledge on Jeeps was great and he took the time to explain everything to me. I really appreciate his time!

Beware!!! I wish I could post with zero stars. I guess they can have a star for being polite, but honest - NO! I took my daughters car there to be inspected. They actually failed it giving me some schpeel about the control arm being loose it was so unsafe to drive, he was surprised I had gotten there in one piece. Now as a woman, I can t tell you how many times I ve heard that same routine. He was good enough to prepare a quote for me. I took it to my mechanic the next day and my mechanic couldn t find a thing wrong, checked the entire front end. I took it to another place to have it inspected it miraculously passed inspection! Don t let SpeeDee lie to you ladies!!

These guys"Rock" at Speedy on Concord Parkway hands down. I have been a customer well over 5 years now and I must say it's the accountability piece that stands out for me. Everyone is human and i believe you should give a person an opportunity to make thing right. Speedy did just that without hesitation! Ian, (general manager) and the owner of Speedy show up corrected the problem apologized and gave me a free oil.

The customer service as this location is absolutely amazing. Everyone knows what they're doing and they take care of you like you're family. They will even recognize you when you come in a second time or more! The customer service in and of itself is why I keep going back!

The only place my husband and I will let touch our vehicles! They are awesome and they don t try to make you do things just because. They talk you through everything and are honest with you about what they gotta do

When reading these reviews, you get the feeling they care about their customers. DON'T be fooled. I had a problem. I contacted them through the email on these reviews. I received no response. The following is the email I sent:Hi, I went to your store right after it opened 12/3/2022. I pulled up and the lady met me in the parking lot. I told her I just wanted a oil change full synthetic. I waited in the waiting room. Within a few minutes she came in and said I was ready. She stated I owed 96.87. I was shocked. I feel that it was my fault because I did not ask the price before the work was done, but I would never think an oil change was just shy of $100.00. The reason I am writing to you, is because my oil plug is now stuck. My exterminating man even tried to pull it. He reminds me of Mr.Clean. His muscles are very pronounced. Now I am concerned the mechanic has it in there cross threaded. I would like to go to your establishment and have them pull that plug. I am not asking for anything free I am just asking that they correct the problem that they have created. I can imagine you think there's no way I haven't had my oil changed somewhere else by this time. But I have not. I've had a lot of issues with my family life. ie Terminally ill husband, son in car wreck, loss of a dear friend. Oil change was not on the top of my priority list. They should be able to tell because the oil is black, their oil filter is still on there. The sticker is still on the windshield.I posted a bad review on your website but after going back and reading some of the other reviews and how you seem to really care about your customers. I deleted it. In hopes that writing this email will accomplish my goal.

Wow! SpeeDee could easily leave me speechless with their stellar service. I was a valued guest from start to finish. Robert and the crew have wrangled this Cat into a loyal customer. They vacuumed my floor boards, they Beat the other guys prices, topped my fluids, pressured my tires, and I will return for my tune-up. Thanks Robert (guys)!Cat

These guys do a great job and they're always so respectful and helpful they don't pressure you to keep your car running good but tell you what it needs to I was in and out with an inspection today and they were very busy always send my business to them

Meant to stop next door at 5 min oil change but pulled into this lot. Was immediately greeted and offered to match the offer next door. Chris was the tech in charge of my car. Very courteous, professional, and honest. While in waiting area you can see them working on your car. Watched them do the work. Saw them pull air filter, check other items. Air filter was very dirty so they replaced that. Loved there was no come on and they'll find other areas to get you to spend more. Didn't push anything on me. I will return for all future oil changes.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Great prople that work here. All the employees had on face masks. I went for an inspection and even though they were crowded (on a Sunday) I got out in less than 35 minutes.

Insanely disappointed in what they did to my brothers interior and then denied it. Oil change was adequate. What isn't adequate is the tear they put in his center console and then denied it. He just wanted it fixed. Wasn't asking for an entire new center console. Nobody in my family will ever return unless they rectify this. Others need to know as well. Photo included.

Don t take your car here if you have any type tint they ll still charge you for not being able to pass inspection instead of just being up front with you

Matthew and team did an exceptional job on my pathfinder. Was very informative on what was going on with my car and took great care and pride in their work. Got my oil changed, new filters, and top off all in 30 minutes. Would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Save your time. Save your money Usually don t write reviews but there s no justice in this matter so someone needs to read it. Used to go here all the time for quick and efficient maintenance. It s obvious the main mechanic has changed because the work is careless and has been a miss rather than a hit. Originally went to fix the overheating problem and they said the thermostat housing needed work. Charged $681 to fix it after several days of continuing to get the wrong part. The car continued to overheat so we took it to another mechanic who told us speedee put in a faulty part. Immediately called speedee where they said to bring it back and they ll fix it for free under warranty . After the final visit the check engine like came on and shortly after the car continued to overheat. Wasted about 3 weeks of taking the car back and forth for nothing. Overall very dissatisfied and had no choice but to take our business elsewhere.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Sad to say this place rips you off. My daughter paid over $800.00 for an oil leak for it to start leaking again within 2 weeks. There were other repairs that needed to be done,yes, but the guy said that what he was fixing was going to stop the leak. All they want to do is take your money and run. We BARELY have money hence why she s driving around in an older used car. Be smart people, and go to a reputable place. Speedee is right, quick to take the money and run with it. This has happened about a year ago, but I feel compelled to leave a review after learning a few things. First, I was charged 40 dollars by the manager to fix a leak in my tire when the mechanic told me it'd be 20. The manager retracted the 40 dollar charge, she looked frustrated. It also took over 2 hours to fix leak, because the "tire guy" wasnt in yet. Tell me before accepting the job instead of leaving me stressed since i was on a schedule. Some places fix leaks for free by the way. Next issue is the fuel injector flush. I was told by same manager that it NEEDS to be done. After talking to my uncle who is a car fanatic and reading about it online, it is absolutely not necessary. They have done a good job on service, but they will absolutely try to get the most money out of you and that is not a business that I will visit again.Service: Tires
