Terrible. The shop claimed they ll fix the damages to paint match and repair the wheels. Obviously you can see the rear bumper doesn t match and they did not repair the deep scratches. Just painted over them. Leaving paint cracked line along the doors and didnt replace the manufacturer paint protection films on the rear driver door. Left a scratch mark under the driver side mirror aswell. Wouldnt recommend especially it being a brand new car.

Brought my Tundra in to be fixed. Service King did a horrible job. The paint was orange peeled and had dirt in it. Looks like the fender was painted outside. Panel alignment was off by at least a half inch, which I verified using a tape ruler. The bed off the truck was left unwashed and covered in dust. Took them a week to get this job done. Now they are trying a second time to get it right.After they had it for another 4 days the truck had been fixed correctly.

Two weeks ago I had my Camaro taken here (referred by my Ins Co) after T-boning another vehicle that ran a red light. The accident had damaged the front end and driver's side as well as the hood of my once beautiful car. It was honestly devastating to me seeing the damage that was done to my car on top of the fact that I had JUST bought it 3 weeks prior to the accident. :o(I can't say enough great and positive things about Service King... right from the start, Brittnay, my Service Advisor, was amazing!!! I felt that she really understood the stress & inconvenience I was feeling from the accident and she truly made this part of it absolutely stress free. I felt that my baby was in the best of hands!Brittnay kept in contact with me thru-out the whole repair process and went over all the repair details when my car was finished.... which was way before the initial "finish date" that they first quoted me. Service King made my car as beautiful as it was prior to the accident and Brittnay emphasized their commitment in backing up the their quality work if I felt there was something not quite right with my car.I've only had my car back a day and so far so good! (Knock on wood) If there were to be any issues I have no doubt that Service King would promptly address them to my satisfaction!I have to mention that I was really impressed with CTR Automotive as well. They did the alignment on my car and I have to say that their concern over it being off 2% on one side made me confident that it would be nothing less then perfect when they were finished. THANK YOU!All in all.. I highly recommend Service King! It's where I'll be taking my business, in the future if need be. Great customer service and outstanding quality work!THANK YOU BRITTNAY for being so thorough, always communicating with me, and for understanding my stressful situation. Review WilshireAllstate referred me to this place to have my car repaired. They are extremely unprofessional and do not know how to communicate. On 5/22 I was told my car repair would be completed on 5/31. I called the place after not having any communication and the person who answered told me their system went down last Tuesday (a week ago) and they hadn t been able to send out updated communications. My car has been at their company for almost 3 weeks and there has been no work done to the car because the parts haven t arrived? The order for the parts were put in almost 2 weeks ago. A sad excuse of a business. The person who picks up their phone has the worst customer service too. I received a message that my car was ready for pickup and was told to call to schedule an appointment. I called on Tuesday morning at 10am and left a voicemail and asked for them to call me back. Then called again around 2pm and still no answer. Drove over before they closed and had to tell them I was there to get my car. Don t rely on them to communicate with you. Please learn how to communicate with your customers.

They did an amazing job my car looks brand new. The young lady at the desk that checked me in was so friendly and welcoming. She called when my car was ready it was 4 days early ! She took care of the rental car as far as making sure they picked it up from service king. Lifetime customer now I will tell all my friends and any one needing car repairs . Best ever experience thank you so much

Service King repaired our truck after a wreck. They were very friendly. They kept us abreast of the status. The price was fair. The truck looks brand new. Absolutely wonderful experience! Highly recommend. After being in a minor car accident they were very kind, courteous and did an incredible job. Our experience with Service King on Wilshire was a good one. Our car was rear ended and had fairly substantial damage. They provided text updates throughout the week they had our vehicle to repair. When we got the vehicle back it was like brand new. The paint was perfectly matched. In addition to the great body work the rest of the car was detailed.That was an added bonus. We also got to leave our rental car right there with them to be returned. Definitely was a great experience.

As a customer, it's honestly a hit or miss with collision repair shops. You either get the best of service your vehicle requires or you get the exact opposite. Three years ago I had work done on a previous car and they had my car for 3 months so choosing Service King to take care of my Charger was honestly a huge risk for me. I'm glad I took the risk. Scott and Michael at this Service King location provided prompt and professional guidance as well as information to make sure I understood that my vehicle was in their best hands. I brought my vehicle in on a Monday morning, I was told the repairs would be complete by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest and I picked my car up the Wednesday two days after I dropped my car off. Just the fact that their ETA for my vehicle was accurate makes this shop superior to all the others. Accuracy on that note means they really know what they're doing, which also means they won't push you around. They even cleaned my entire interior and exterior within the repair time. I've suggested this Service King location to my colleagues and friends in case they ever need collision work done on their vehicle. Thanks again!

This was the most professional body shop I have ever used. My car was finished a day early and it looks great! Sk kept in contact with me the entire time. The front desk employee was delightful. I went to Service King after I had been in an accident and there was damage to the front end of my car. Tyrus was my service advisor, and he was great. He was very friendly and informative, he also made himself accessible via phone or email throughout the entire process. Tyrus called and informed me about the status of my vehicle every step of the way. After completion of my repair I was given the specs on my vehicle, but I still felt that the alinement was slightly off (even though it didn t show that way). So I brought my vehicle back and they happily took care of it and were very accommodating to me. My vehicle looks good as new and operates like nothing ever happened.Go to Service King, and make sure to ask for Tyrus!

Despite my vehicle being repaired with mechanical and collision repair, and taking almost a month to have all worked completed, initially I was satisfied. They communicated well on the progress until worked was completed. However, I received my 2012 Hyundai Veracruz and less than two weeks later, my vehicle is disabled. Yesterday while driving out of town, about out 80 miles from home, my check engine light comes on and abruptly lose power. I couldn't even make it to the nearest rest stop or gas station. I forgot to mention I was heading to umpire a baseball tournament which my partner had to come and pick me up. Fortunately, he pushed my vehicle to the nearest rest stop, which I had to leave unattended until after my games were to be completed. My wife decided to intervene and drive an hour away from our home and wait almost four hours for the towers truck company to tow my vehicle. Now, I called Service King to let them know my vehicle was disabled but the operator says nobody works on Sunday. So she took my and number and said someone would contact me tomorrow. Now I feel uncertain in the quality of work done on my vehicle which I initially wanted my mechanic to do the mechanical and Service King do the collision. But we know how Insurance claims dictate who does the work. Instead of Service King calling me this morning, I took the initiative and gave them a call. Just spoke to my service advisor Kyle and he didn't seemed overly enthused. So I probed and asked what the process is and who will assist with my major inconvenience. I asked if they received my vehicle yet and was he aware of my situation. A first he said no and then he said he just received an email. I asked would they provide a vehicle for me and when because my insurance company should not be responsible this time in providing a rental vehicle. His response was that the GM Alan Long would have to make that decision and he would give me a call later today. I am hoping all goes well but right now I am a man without his vehicle again. Tired and frustrated and I have things to do.

Although my repairs were not completed on the first call back, they quickly inspected the car again and finished all repairs the next day. They also washed and vacuumed the car before returning it to me! I am very satisfied with the customer service!

My car was towed to this location by USAA for an estimate after a hit and run. They have not been honest about the process. I was given a date of when my car would be looked at. This was not anywhere near the reality of their time frame. I have been given the prerecorded line of a major influx of work. I am on line for tear down. I need body and mechanical damage. The manager and the repair person will not get on the phone with me, they let the front desk girl (Megan) take the heat. I called USSA to complain. It was not until then I received any information. USAA is their customer, not me. USAA has a rule is that they have a time limit to do the estimate which they have not met. The girl in the office told me to take it somewhere else, lied about contacting USAA with an update and generally condescending in my conversations with her. USAA has filed a complaint against them . Their generic text message just don't cut it with me. I would not recommend this location if you need your car looked at in reasonable time.

After a recent accident, and given the choice of Body Shops, I chose Concord Auto Body. They had performed work for me in the past repairing damage to the hood of a silver metallic car. They matched the paint so well, I could not detect the damage knowing where it had been. The current damaged was to the front bumper of my vehicle requiring replacement and paint matching for a tri-coat color. Again, it looks better than new. They car was fully detailed before its' return and I was able to leave the rental car at their shop. Communication was great via text messages and phone calls with changes in status. All around it could not have been any more convenient. I will certainly recommend and seek out their services in the future.

I am speechless with these guys. We took our car to them to get a minor fender bender fixed. We got it back with two more scratches. They said they'd fix it. We went back after they fixed it and found many more dents and scratches all over the car, along with a refusal to fix the damage they had caused. There are literally deep gouges from where they had obviously dropped tools on it. We even had to get the police involved. This is absolutely not a reputable company and the entire process has been a ridiculous headache. Please learn from my mistake. I will update this review with pictures if I can.

I'd shopped a handful of places prior to getting my quote from Concord Auto Body. Zach was very helpful and quick to get us a quote for the damage done to the front end of my car. The shop quoted the vehicle damage at $1,353. With this being the best quote i'd received, and with their standard of customer service, i'd decided to schedule an appointment for repairs. After coordinating a rental car, i dropped my car off at Concord Auto body prior to work Monday morning. I requested that the shop update me on the repair status every few days. Hours after I dropped my car off, i received a call at work from Zach informing me that because of their misjudgment, my repairs would be an additional $500. He vaguely described the additional fees and asked me if i'd like to have them apply the repairs to my car. At this point, after quoting a number of auto body shops, getting a rental car, and establishing all relevant logistics, the inconvenience alone was frustrating. I told him to move forward with the repairs. 5-6 days later, after hearing no updates (as requested), i received a call from Zach saying my car was ready and the total was now $1,877. So, the two contact points throughout this entire process were for 1- to tell me my repair would cost $500 more and 2- to tell me my car was ready.Needless to say- this company has exemplified "bait and switch" at its finest. Sure, a discount for the inconvenience and for the companies mistake would have been nice, but just merely providing good customer service through the ENTIRE process would have sufficed. I will not be requesting or referring this companies services again.

Can't say enough good things about Concord Auto Body! Our experience with them was enjoyable and professional. We were sent photos regularly updating us on the progress of the repair and the completed work was better than expected. 5 Stars keep up the good work

I have had two vehicles worked on at this shop, Both for full bumper replacement and one that required a paint match, Both jobs were excellent. I highly recommend this shop, in fact wrote this because I went to find the shops name for someone who needs body work done.

I would NOT recommend this location. Granted our initial tiny dent from a rock was fixed but we got our vehicle back with more damage! Dents, grease smudges on headliner, tacky glue on the headliner, headliner rattled on the passenger side, overspray, broken headliner clasps and the back trunk area was covered in white dust from workers standing inside vehicle. It was insinuated that the dents were there before and the headliner was stained from my kids. I can guarantee that the damage came from Service King. DO NOT use this location unless you are not particular about your vehicle.

I had some damage done by a deer to the front end of my van. I brought it to Service King on Monday and it was repaired by that Saturday. Much faster then I expected and the work looks great.
