I just had my very service at ProTint - Concord! Services given were tinting the front doors with Ceramic film & applying Air Series UV film to the windshield.We actually deal with a medical condition so window tinting our vehicles is mandatory & important for us.Making the appointment was an easy process from initial quote to finishing the job. Everything was done within approximately 2hrs or so & I feel their prices are fair. The quality of work looks to be solid thus far.All the personnel I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable & helpful - shout out to all of you at Concord! Thank you!I also want to mention the waiting area I was in...comfy seats, free wifi, free coffee/tea, TV, toys for the kiddos & a restroom. Insert mic drop here...The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because I did notice a lot of dirty water spots /drips inside my vehicle along the steering column, leather seats & various parts of trim in the front interior from installation overspray.I feel there definitely could have been a better wipe down/clean-up effort in this case.Bottom line: I would highly recommend ProTint - Concord & I would have no problem using them again!

They came in clutch and got my windows done very well and professionally. I did have a positive experience both times coming to this establishment they were very kind courteous accommodating and respectful as well as attentive to detail, I highly recommend getting your tinting done here it's honestly not bad pricing it's not the greatest but it is indeed fair because the quality you're receiving is excellent and they do take their time with your vehicle to ensure it is not only done correctly but they are very meticulous about it and make sure to be cautious with your windows safely and make certain it remains free of any damage. They have plenty of options such as reading material, television, snacks, beverages, and a restroom to utilize while you wait.

My experience was amazing! One thing that I loved was that they sent out several reminders beforehand to make sure your appointment wasn t forgotten. Had the shop do all windows except the windshield.Prior to the appointment I made sure to wash the car, clean all of the windows, inside and out, as well as the window gaskets. Even with this done in advance all of the tinted windows have some degree of contamination. In addition to the contamination one window had a 1/2" piece of brown paper under the tint, two windows had edges lifting up and contamination along the edges.I didn't catch all of this when they turned the car over to me because the windows were so dirty from the tinting process, even the outside of the glass. When I got home and cleaned the outside of the windows I was shocked.They did fix the worst window with contamination and the one with the embedded piece of paper but said that contamination on the other windows is normal and the edge lifting should be better in a couple weeks.Service: Vehicle window tinting

We have used Pro-Tint and this location multiple times to get our company vehicles tinted and will go nowhere else. They are extremely dependable, easy to work with, and always do an amazing job. They always get us in, even in a pinch and the customer service is wonderful. Everyone I encountered here was amazing. They handled all of my questions and were very easy to work with during the whole process. They came highly recommended from many different people, and I cannot agree enough. hat to do this but the c8 tear off were not cut to fit they had a film in-between the layers spots I think the fluid leaked Called left 3 messages. Filled out contact form 3 times and no response. Had the front windows of my pickup tinted. Was in and out within an hour and a half. Did the darkest tint they could to keep me legal and it came out great. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend checking them out for vehicle tinting needs!

The Entire Staff at Pro-Tint in Concord, NC was fantastic! We drove our corvette all the way from Atlanta to Concord simply due to their reputation & we were not disappointed! The Customer Service provided by Parris from booking our appointment to greeting us at the door was terrific! The workmanship by Adam & his crew for the tinting and by Andrew for the tear-offs was beyond reproach! The entire crew treated us as if we had been long-time customers even though they just met us. We first learned of Pro-Tint in Concord due to the cool tear-offs that made so much sense to protect our windshield.... then we learned of the Stratos Formula 1 tinting product and decided to make the drive. They took professional care of the car, explained the product & care of it & were professional, courteous, friendly, efficient and simply wonderful all the way around! Thank you, ALL at Pro-Tint & especially Andrew for your hospitality that went above & beyond all expectations!

Having my Cadillac CTS Tinted right now ,Super nice place , very welcoming staff who showed me all my options .Beautiful well kept establishmentAfter reading reviews from others , it was worth the drive from Charlotte ( I am kind of picky when it come to my vehicles ) and wanted only the best . Wanted a very small wrapping job done. I basically had to beg. Wanted the outer plastic panels wrapped on my Miata. John thought plastic was glass and said it was illegal. Just crazy! I went somewhere who appreciates their customers.

Visited Pro-Tint to get my factory tint back installed for legal limit purposes. No illegal work done here and the customer service is unmatched. If you are looking for tinting services be sure to visit here and get your work done because you will leave feeling nothing less than very satisfied!
