This was my first time at ProTint - Concord.I brought one of my vehicles in for ceramic tint on the front doors & AirSeries UV film on thr front windshield.The quality of application & materials seems to be very good thus far.Getting a quote & making my appointment was very easy & quick.I arrived early, they took my vehicle early & the job lasted only a few hours.All personnel were friendly & knowledgeable!I ended up waiting there & I want to mention the waiting area. Comfy seats, TV, free coffee & tea, free wifi, clean & toys for the kiddos - I was impressed compared to other similar shops I've been to.Only reason this is not a 5 star rating is because my interior was left a bit messy from drips & overspray from application solution. A more thorough job of post clean-up could have been done.Bottom line: I would definitely recommend ProTint - Concord & I would have no issues having more work done by their Team.

Chris was very kind and patient. Fixed what needed to be done and more. I have no complaints whatsoever. Price was reasonable. I will be taking my 2010 Honda Accord back there for future services. Thanks Chris for being so kind and honest!

Chris and crew have been working on my cars for 20+ years and each time, he has been honest and fair with his prices. He explains everything he has done to the car,, shows you replaced parts and the new installs, changes, repairs, etc. He is truly the epitome of an honest mechanic. My oldest car (2002) has 216k miles, which I am certain is part of the great care from this shop.Services: Brakes, Auto maintenance, Battery, Oil change

Chris does a great job at a great price. I was able to get my alternator and brakes fixed on two different vehicles for about the same price as another place quoted me for just the alternator repair. Chris is friendly and professional. I'll trust him with all my auto work moving forward.

Ugh... That is why a low score. No one was on the same page. They came to terms with what was the reasonable approach. It was not done satisfactorily.

The best mechanic in concord that will walk you from beginning to end of what s happing and explain in detail what needs attention! They re awesome! No complaints for 2 or more years my car has been serviced

They are awesome. If you ask them to replace something and it doesn't need replacing they tell you so, saving you money. They go above and beyond to figure out what is wrong with your vehicle. And they are very reasonably priced.

Man so glad Concord Auto Repair refer me here to get my flat tire plugged...they plugged it for $10 and rotated it to back of my van..I wish I was able to give them $15 or $20 but money is tight til payday ...but I told Chris I will be back for a preventive maintenance check and I got some business cards to give out at work...was out in 20 mins..Thanks Pitts Auto Repair for fixing my tire you got a new happy customer now!..

They are honest, do good work, and don't upcharge you for parts! Most places if a part costs 100 bucks they would charge you 150- 200 bucks! On top of labor& tax.
