I honestly don t recommend this place I called before arriving and explained what i needed done wish was remove aftermarket exhaust and replace with my oem one wish i had with me. They said they could do it but never mention price and i feel like they overcharged after he just took off and put on.

This muffler shop has excellent service from end to end. No pun intended. From the moment I called and explained my problem, they took it to heart and calmed me down. My car is running like new. No " check engine light". Awesome service.

Considering I m still relatively new to this city, it s been a bit challenging to find a mechanic that s not just within budget, but that is also honest and reliable.Sadot of Muffler Shop Auto Service was all of that and more.The location of the shop to my home was a major plus, as well as opening on Saturdays.What initially started as a brief question with my current car condition (vibrations, shaking, etc.) turned into multiple jobs. One after another. Pointing out issues I had no idea about.From replacing the flex pipe, sealing an exhaust pipe, installing a brand new resonator and motor mounts, it was one job that was the most challenging of all.Despite the headaches and searching 2nd opinions with other mechanics, he was more than willing to do what it takes to officially find/repair the issue. Even if it meant ordering a brand new part or starting over from a previous part that was installed.The fact that we were communicating directly, off the clock, on an off day, spoke levels of Sadot s professionalism in seeing that his customers were getting quality service and were content with his work.In the end the mysterious issue was finally handled, and we are at peace with this experience.An honest mechanic with integrity is hard to find these days.Sadot is not one to be overlooked.I would recommend him to all in search of muffler/exhaust related concerns one may have.I will definitely return if I ever need to again.-R

Did not tell me how much was going to be charge it was more than what I was doing expecting I provided all the equipment and still charge me way to much for the labor I would not mind it if something was said upfront

Was told on the phone they had a used tire for my car for 35$ when I got there a boy about 12 years old rolled a tire out to me and said 50 bucks I told him I had talked to the owner on the phone and he told me 35 dollars so he rolled it back in the shop and then swapped it for another tire well the other guy that was putting the tire on the rim for me just mounted the tire he didnt balance it or nothing brought it back out and just put it on my car unbalanced. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. They tired to sell me a used tire for five dollars less than I could get a brand new one for. But I will never go back to this place unless I absolutely have to.

I purchased a tire this morning June 1, 2021 around 10am. The tire was completely flat by 10:45. I could not make it back to the shop so I had to get another tire from another place. I came back and spot to the workers and then called the owner George. George is refusing to return my money but is saying he will give me another tire. I DO NOT NEED A TIRE NOW I PURCHASED A NEW ONE I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. What I'm hearing is they are known for putting bad tires on your car. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff at Lupita went out of their way to help us out when we got two flat tires! We needed a new spare and a new tire for the 2nd flat. They came through on a Friday night after hours and saved our road trip. Forever grateful! Thanks so much!

I dropped off a truck here, for a tire repair! These guys are on point. The customer asked for something extra, which meant for the tech to reverse what he completed... He did not bat an eye, nor smirk a frown. He completed the job w/ease. Customer service (good service) is still alive in some locations...

I have known cebastian, george and the entire crew for more than 3 years and they have never done anything but great service and at a fair price, they are friendly, helpful and will do anything to help you get your car back to working order and on the road, if you need tires new or used you just go and talk to them and they will hook you up....i always send friends of friends and family to The Guys at Lupita!
