Everything was great, no surprises. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Modern Nissan of Concord. The purchase was a new 2019 Rogue, which was the best car that we have owned. Not a single problem the entire time we had it, that is why we decided on another Rogue. This time we purchase a 2021 Certified Nissan Rogue Platinum. Our sales representative Gil and the GM Kevin went well and beyond making sure that we got the right vehicle for a great price, and the price that was allowed for our trade was great as well. The knowledge that Gil and Kevin has on Nissan's was truly amazing. They made sure that we were completely comfortable with all operations of the vehicle. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to definitely give Modern Nissan of Concord a chance at earning your trust and business. We will definitely purchase again from this dealership.

Scam. I received a letter that includes my VIN# for my 2019 Nissan Frontier stating that it requires a recall repair. I was giving this dealer address as the nearest place of my home address. I spoke to a lady at the service department that pulled up my information and notified me that I will be charged a diagnostic fee . After I mentioned that it states in the letter "your Nissan dealer will perform the recall repair at no cost to you". The representative said that there isn't any recall on my truck and I should discard that letter. I still feel like they don't really care about the maintenance of any vehicle even if that problem is from the manufacturer.

This was a horrible experience! I drove my Nissan 350z in to get an oil change and an inspection. I d been to this dealership before about five or six years ago and had a bad experience but I figured you really couldn t mess up a simple inspection and oil change! First Heath tell me that I had to get an additional service done that was going to cost $100, but that it was going to be quick. After sitting there for three hours I go and ask them what is taking so long? Then Heath tells me there is something wrong with my throttle body and that will cost $700! When I tell him that I don t want to get the work done, he tells me that my car is inoperable and cannot drive. I asked him if I can have my mom come up and follow me home, he says no, it won t make it. He keeps trying to get me to leave my car there, but I tell him no, I will have my insurance company come and tow me out. He moves my car to the back of the lot and is still trying to keep my keys. Once my mom gets there, I decide to try and drive the car myself. The car starts up just fine and drives just as good as it did when I drove in! I shutter to think what they would have done to my car if I d left my keys with them!!! I took my car for an oil change somewhere else and there is nothing wrong with my car! Don t trust this service center!Service: Auto emissions testing
