I was quoted an INSANE amount to repair my car!! they quoted me for over 6 hours on a job that should only take 3. They tried to charge me triple the amount of time and money for a job I can get done at a fraction of the price. The reason I know this is because my friend Erin runs the Meineke shop in Sanford,NC and she is doing the same exact job they quoted me for in 3 hours and less than half the price they quoted me for there. Not only that, but I have to tow my car two hours away, and have her do it, and it is still cheaper than having the shop 10 minutes from my house do the job.

I needed my brakes changed immediately. I firsted called to confirm I would be able to be seen. Aaron was professional, helpful and assured me I would be able to at the minimum have a brake inspection/quote. When I arrived the staff was all helpful. They gave me quality advice about my vehicle, did the services I needed and engaged in great personal talk about cars since I advised them my 7yo was interested. I would definitely recommend this location based off my experience.

Appointment made. Returned and was greeted respectfully and professionally. Car taken immediately back and within 40 minutes the issue was discovered and the repair process was recommended. The situation was resolved to my satisfaction.

The new owners of this place aren t good people to work with!!! Took my car in for an oil change and they ended up breaking a piece that moves my steering wheel now I can t get my car out of the parking lot and they don t want to be responsible for the damages, came in for an oil change and ended up having to pay over $1,000 in towing fee and the piece they broke.

Went in for muffler service on my Dodge Ram and they fixed my issue quickly and their prices were very reasonable. Derek, the service manager took care of me start to finish. Thank you

2nd meineke I have been too over the past couple months. Trouble with both places. One place scratches tf out of my wheel. I set an appt to have my wife's van inspected online days in advance. I cleared my whole schedule as I am self employed to get this done. I get there to be told their inspector is out for the day. They could have called and told me this!!!!! Now I'm out of work missing out on 1000s of dollars over a simple phone call. I gave Meineke a 2nd chance and I was let down. I will never take another vehicle there. Now I have to find a place to take it too and hopefully they can get me in. If not I'll have to schedule to take another day off to have this done. HUGE INCONVENIENCE!!!!

I needed a mechanic while visiting from out of town and these guys definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road and home that night. Tyler was nothing but extremely helpful from the start off my initial phone call til the very end and Chris and his crew did more than enough to get me back out in a timely manner. They all even volunteered to stay well past closing to ensure I was good to go before the night ended. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic

A few weeks ago I went into this shop to have the techs assess my car s exhaust system. I was there an hour and a half on a Saturday before closing. After promised that they will take a look, 30 minutes later after another customer showed up wanting an oil change and tire rotation, I was told they are not able to assist me I should schedule an appointment for Monday.I believe this type of action is not conducive to proper business ethics.Weeks later, I went to another Meineke shop in Albermarle and was treated a lot better respect as a customer, my needs were completely addressed.

This was my first time visiting a Meineke, I was referred here by an Employee at Autozone. I was very impressed. I wish I knew their names but the young guy at the desk was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and just a 10 out of 10. Then came in the (I assume) manager. And he just added on more to the 10/10 and made it 1,000 out of 1,000. This is not a paid referral,, and neither asked me to write one. I went in to get my turn signal bulb changed and see if I could get an inspection. The bulb was changed and appt made for the inspection for tomorrow at a different location bc of no inspection recharged

I went to Meineke to get my low beam light bulb changed for bmw x1 after being turned away from others. Travis was top tier! Upmost customer service! I will definitely be back to get my car serviced here in the future! Thankyou again Travis!!!!!

Came in on 1/20/23. Took them over 2 hours to do an oil change that I had scheduled. Overheard manager saying that two people called out. Which is out of his control but I would ve appreciated him just coming to me and saying Hey this is going to take longer than expected would you like to reschedule so your not waiting for over 2 hours. This isn t the first time I ve had to wait long for oil change from them.Definitely going to find a new place to go.

This location is a lot nicer, cleaner, honest and considerate about their customers than the freedom dr location. I recommend concord service over any location in charlotte. They have jiffy lube on south blvd beat as well.

On 8/26/2023 I came store 4000 Located at 901 Concord Parkway South. I came in for service to get my rear brakes and rotors changed.I arrived at 12:57pm with an appointment time for 1:00pm. I checked in and after doing so left the property. I received a call from the store stating that they could not find my lock for the wheels, as I informed them to look in the compartment box on the dash to retrieve it, during that call I was informed of a total cost of 513 and some change.Upon returning to the property I was then received another call from (Chris) store manager stating that while changing the brakes they broke something pertaining to taking the brakes off and the total would then be 813.00.Upon questioning this incident, and informing them I m not responsible for this and if you saw the problem why not inform me of this before attempting anything.The store manager Chris states well I m not responsible I was trying to help you out. Whoever put the previous brakes on put something on them some liquid substance . The manager then tells me that if I want my car moved if I m not paying then call a tow truck and have it removed.This behavior is despicable, and very unprofessional. I was not informed of what was happening until it was over yet expected to pay for this service. For the sake of peace, I paid. However, I am requesting a refund in conjunction with an apology from that store manager.I will await a response before I make any formal decisions concerning this. Normally I'm very pleased but my recent visit the mechanics and reception staff weren't on the same page. It had been on site all day(op-3) and the clerk didn't have it marked done in the system as well as the mechanic had his worklist sitting on my dash which is normally given to the checkout clerk to mark complete in computer system. These are minor but would've made my experience better if they were on the same page.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Best car experience in a long time! Went today to get a muffler delete and tips put on my car. Everyone there was knowledgeable and super nice, but most importantly, HONEST! Chris and "the exhaust guy." I forgot his name, but they were thorough and made sure everything was to my liking. Also, while I was there, I witnessed them interact with others, and they took care of them just as wonderfully! They definitely will be my go-to shop for anything they service from here on out! #S5

Had a great experience with the service that was provided for my truck bring fixed and updated in the proper manner it should have been. Chris is so dope. I absolutely adore him, he is a person who actually cares about his customers. Everyone who works with him are great as well. The young man that took my truck in was very nice and courteous. They did a thorough diagnostic and found it to be the catalytic converter clogged. When they sent me a quote to fix it I called them to ok the work and Chris, the manager, quoted me a higher price??? I ask him about it and he just redid the price in the computer that goes to the text. I had to have it so I just paid the extra $120.The truck is fixed though. Chris was very helpful and got me in right away for my A/C issue. I dropped my truck off at 11am thinking it may be there for a couple of days but instead I received a full diagnosis and solution within 90 minutes and by 2pm I had my A/C fixed and without a hefty bill. Personally, I will never bring my car back to another Meineke location. It's unbelievable how much Meineke overcharges to fix cars. Do your research and search around before settling to let them fix your car.

Thought we had a starter gone bad under warranty but after they took the manifold off found a connector in the wiring under the manifold loose and hooked it back up. Didn't change us a dime. That's incredible in this day and age. Anytime we've had anything replaced the price has always been very reasonable, and in a timely manner. An excellent outcome each time we've needed there service. Highly recommend.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Brakes, Auto brake replacement, Battery, Oil change
