I arrived to Mega Tires this morning looking for a few tires. I was immediately greeted by a nice gentleman (probably the owner) who quickly assessed my needs...offered me a GREAT PRICE & quickly got me taken care of. I appreciate that he didn't push me to purchase more than I needed to. I will gladly make the drive to Kannapolis as long as he is in business.May God continue to bless this business.

Came here because Walmart was charging way too much Frankie not only helped me with my tire but he also helped me with my espa�ol I really appreciate his expertise and how efficient he was with my car. Thanks again!

Omg! I can not express how much I would recommend this place. I will gladly come here for any car services I may need in the future. I came for tires but ended up getting an oil change also. Great prices & fast service. Even though I came midday Friday, they were pretty busy but I was still in & out in a decent time. They have a nice, extremely cool air conditioned waiting area. The receptionist was extremely nice. From the phone call to in person. She is very personable and helpful. Frank, the owner is so nice & helpful. You can tell they are not in this to take advantage, they are truly here to help & that s hard to find in a mechanic these days. The other mechanics were also extremely nice & im very happy with the service I received.

Called and asked specifically if they had a set of 4 MATCHING tires. They told me they had tons of these sets and to come pick out the ones I wanted. I drove 20 minutes there. After waiting for them to scramble around another 20 minutes they came out and said they have no matching sets. I asked my time and deliberately lied to me.

Got a nail in my tire for the first time. Went over to these guys and I was out probably within 20 minutes and it was a great price! Really nice dude runs the place too, will be back!

My man is 100% a people person. Great personality and great work ethic. Will get you in and out and has prices that are beyond reasonable. It's always been my one stop shop!!!

I found this place on google. They are excellent in customer service and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them if you need tires. Wait time was minimal.

Had to replace a tire on my van due to a puncture caused by road debris. They had a beautiful used tire for me. It looked almost new. They not only mounted and balanced it, but also put it on for me at a great price. Highly recommend!

We were stuck on the side of the road for four hours dealing with them.came to get one tire changed and they changed a different tire without permission. When we went back they said we needed it anyways . So we ended up losing a factory tire for a used tire and having to pay twice for the first job. They act like they did us a favor?????

Do Not Go here. Tire is flat as soon as I left the parking lot. I put air in it it did nothing. And the guy even assured me it was a good tire. I need my money on Monday when they are open.

On the 3rd day of school this year I had to take a different route to work. There have been several new "round-abouts" installed around the area and I came up on one I didn't expect. The new traffic sign was obscured by a low hanging branch so I didn't know there was a change in the road until it was too late. I went through it too fast and hit the curb with my front tire, smashed and bent it up good. Limped to Mega Tire to see what the damage was. These guys were great at assessing the extent of my problem, fixing the tire and charged me so much less than I expected. They were polite, honest and professional. I will be back.

This is my go to place, Everytime I go I get the best service, I went yesterday thinking i needed a tire plugged because I had a screw in my tire. But he brought me the screw telling me it didnt go through and I was good to go, much respect for him because he could have lied and charged me. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

I came here a hour before closing to replace a tire just to be told that i had a cracked rim. The owner referred me to someone and we found out that it couldn t be repaired in time. So the owner allowed me to use the spare from his own vehicle just so that i could make it home safe. 10/10 recommended this place, i was treated with nothing but respect from the time i pulled up til i pulled off. Thank you so much!

My husband came into your shop today to get 2 used tires. He didn t think to check the tires before leaving. When he got home, he noticed the tires are down to the wear bars. We understand that used tires will have some wear but these are unsafe and unusable. We wasted $80 and will never use this shop again. Make sure you check your tires before leaving so you don t get screwed.

Frankie and Ellie were amazing!! My boyfriend hit a curb, it immediately starting losing air. We called them and they said come on in. We got there in 10 mins and had it changed in 15! Everything was fixed within 30 mins and we are back on the road. Highly highly recommend them, they were so sweet and professional

These guys are a blessing. Couldn't quite afford a brand new set of tires today because I needed an oil change and inspection as well. They quickly took care of me on everything at a price I could afford. Give these guys a shot if you need tires in concord. Would be a 10 star if I could.

Traveling from SC to VA and found a screw in our tire. We needed help quickly and this shop was able to get us out of a tough spot. I would highly recommend their services!

First time I went there, I had to get a full set.. the next day going down the Hwy my front driver side tire blew.. Went back got another one.. On the way home the front passenger tire had a broken belt. Got it replaced well now not even 2 days of driving my car(drive it 1 or 2 times a week) the front passenger tire has another broken belt. Apparently they dont check tires well enough.. Will not be return or suggesting this place to anyone. No one else needs to have headache like what Im having to deal with now. Plus they dont like to balance tires with its close to closing time.

Worst place ever to get tires, bought 4 tires from Frankie. Put three tires on are wrong size they all have bubbles in tires meaning the band inside tire is broken and tire will blow anytime. Went back to him 2 times both times got bad tires. Should have known when he only would take cash. I have three cars and would go to this place atleast every four months. Not a good business man.
