I came in and Monica was so nice! I am from Columbia, SC & I usually drive all the way back so my dad can assist me with my car needs (2 hrs) because as a female, it can be very intimidating going to get car work done alone! However, I decided to come here and Monica made the whole process smooth from start to finish and educated me on my tire a bit! Thank you so much! I will definitely be back I don t have kids but I also thought it was cute that they have a little area for kids!

I needed my brakes serviced and after looking around I reading the amazing reviews about Mavis @ their Concord Mills location I called to make an appointment. Monica was excellent at gathering my information and they were able to see me same day! They kept me informed and explained everything that needed to be done. All parts were at their shop and that was a major bonus! They did a fabulous job servicing my car. I am a very happy customer and I will be using Mavis @ Concord Mills forever now. You can t beat Monica s customer service.

I went to a place down the street and they said it would be a 2 hour wait to even get it back in the back. I then went to Mavis and let me tell you the customer service the environment and of course the only wait being them doing the service. Was FABULOUS! Monica was just a ball of knowledge she knew what she was doing, why she was doing it and so much more. Having a woman help me was so nice because I know she knows how I thinking as a woman! If I could give this place an extra star I would because of her!

I can not say enough great things about this ligation. Good customer service is hard to find these days!! I came in with a flat tire. Monica and her team quickly took my vehicle back, diagnosed a problem and serviced me.Their prices are also great!Go see Monica and team for all your tire needs.Thanks Monica and team!!

I've been to other Mavis locations, but Concord Mills is exceptional. Monica located the specific tire I needed, and had it delivered within 2 hours. Once the tire arrived, she notified me, and I returned to the store. Monica handled everything inside, and Damien handled the installation. They were both polite, professional and efficient. The service was great.

Monica was absolutely amazing! She made the process of getting a tired replaced smooth and easy. She worked hard to find a tire in my price range and was just overall very helpful! The service was super fast and I was out of there in no time. Great customer service and a nice clean waiting area.

I came to Mavis for the first time a few weeks ago with my new I just purchased. Joseph initially assisted with getting a few parts replaced. He was very knowledgeable so was Monica. The Mechanic Jake performed the service. I am satisfied with the customer service as well as mechanical. Thank you Mavis and team! I will be back.

First time here and my experience had been good so far. The employees look happy to be here. The building is clean, quiet, and decorated well in the interior and exterior.Specifically, Monica had performed a quick tire inspection a vehicle of mine, letting me know of recommendations for a more smooth and safe driving vehicle. Monica also made to greet all customers who arrived and after we were settled in the waiting area, checked on us to make sure we were comfortable.

This place was amazing! We were at the campground up the road and I ran to the store and I had a flat and my son was back at the campground 2 miles away he walked with the jack to me and long story short the best price we found was here with Monica so we walked with tire another mile to her she got us in and out and even gave us a ride back to our truck and was gonna help us put it on! We got tire on and finally made it back to our campsite! She was truly amazing and we knew no one here to help us so she was truly a blessing and this company is a lucky to have a young lady as herself specially in this industry she is a knowledgeable young lady in her field with heart!! Monica ROCKS!! See her for all your tire needs she may be small but trust me she is mighty!! Thank you again from a Mother and Son that you made life better for!!

You ll never find better people. Since they re a really new shop it s not near as busy as other shops but the mechanics here and the management are the best of the best. You can definitely trust them. I highly recommend. You can thank me later.

Monica is the best at Mavis Tires & Brakes!!!Came on a Sunday with a flat rear tire & she immediately ordered me a run. Flat tire made me an appointment for the next day at 12 and it s all being taken care of today. Thank you Monica.

Joseph and Monica were very helpful today this morning with my vehicle I rented from Hertz, I was losing a lot of air in my tire and they determined that my rim was damaged and found out the cause of the issue. I was given exemplary customer service and assisted in a timely manner. The young man Damian whom checked my tire was also very helpful and the staff here is extremely knowledgeable over all vehicular needs. Totally recommend coming here for any of your needs if I could put a 10 star review I would. They are so very polite and considerate and it seems they are highly resourceful as well.

Very professional representative diagnosed my issue by listening to me, and then agreed that my diagnosis was correct. Repaired my issue immediately to get my work truck back on the road for a heavy work load tomorrow and rest of week. They surpassed the quality of work I've come to have gotten use to since pandemic. Satisfied new customer.

I visited this location today due to a tire issue my daughter s car was having. The customer service and attention to detail here was outstanding. Monica and my service technician (did not get his name) went above and beyond my expectations. Came in to check on a leaking tire. The shop checked my tires, found three punctures. Ended up needing to replace a pair, which were replaced quickly. I appreciate them taking the time to make sure I left in a safe vehicle. Monica, who attended me through my visit, was professional with a great personality, keeping me apprised during the whole process. She even made sure I got the tire warranty this time. Thanks!

Danny is amazing. He always gives me top tier customer service when I get my cars repaired. The Mavis on Concord Mills Blvd is the best!!!! The service is fast and the prices are great! I walked in yesterday with a flat tire and my SUV was ready within a hour.

Always receive optimal and excellent customer service and an incredible experience no matter what dilemma I m facing when I come to this Mavis. Joseph, Danny, and Jacob have been taking care of me for years and I appreciate everything they do. Come here for just about all of your mechanical needs, I can t tell you how many times I ve been in a pinch and it s all been resolved because of these fine gentleman and their knowledge and sense of urgency !

I got a tire changed and lots of diagnostic tests. They were incredibly informative and respectful (didn't push extra stuff on me !!). They were quick and the price was better than expected. On top of all that they had woman mechanics and excellent customer service 20/10 will be back !!

Excellent service from excellent people both in management and employees. Their technicians are always very resourceful and implement haste with their tasks at hand but also take their time to incorporate a successful job well done in each one at hand. No matter the obstacle their mechanics will not allow that to prevent them in helping satisfy their customers by incorporating an optimal service established through hard work, sweat, and endurance. In all I would say their kindness being exhibited and their show of sincerity in not only their words but their actions will aid boost their business and expand their horizon in clientele. I highly suggest coming to this Mavis and also trusting the Mavis brand with your vehicular needs.Danny, Joseph, Monica, Jacob, Nick, Laura, and Damien will provide an outgoing experience wanting you to return each time.Thank you for the diagnostic on my vehicle and letting me know some things I need to take care of and helping me when I didn't think someone else could, I really truly appreciate it.
