This place is quick and clean when I popped my tire even though didn t get it from them they still put on my spare tire. The people are very friendly and nice

Took my vehicle here for a tire alignment. Tire alignment was quick & pricing was fair for the service, however, my problem is not with that service. As I was waiting for my alignment to be finished, an employee came up to me and let me know that I had an engine oil leak. I had just had my oil changed 3 weeks ago at a dealership so this came to a shock to me that it went unnoticed. They brought me into the shop where my car was and showed me a tiny spill of oil in the engine and quoted me over a THOUSAND dollars to have this fixed, emphasizing to me how important and crucial this was to get fixed ASAP, and that driving was unsafe. Mind you, I hadn't noticed a single drop of leaking oil underneath my vehicle in my garage. Told them no to the service and that I wanted to take it back to the dealership to check. Of course, the dealership told me there is absolutely nothing wrong with my vehicle, oil gasket was fine, no leaking, and the small oil spot was likely just a drip/spill from when the oil was being changed. To this day my car is still running just fine. I understand that honest mistakes can happen, but this is not something to be uncertain about with a price tag that high. Want to give a warning to those that are getting services here. If something doesn't sound right, please get a second opinion. I could have been out over a thousand dollars for something that wasn't even wrong with my car if I hadn't trusted my gut to get my vehicle checked elsewhere.

Steer clear of this place. On 4/6/2024 I had tires put on my car and a inspection. I paid for new valve stems with the tire change. I looked the car over before I paid and noticed the valve stems weren't replaced. I asked the cashier and was told they were replaced because it was on the ticket. I insisted he ask the tech. Sure enough the tech confirmed they weren't replaced. I was also told my car needed spark plugs when it doesn't. I changed the spark plugs myself only a few months before this.Classic example of a automotive business trying to take advantage of someone and hoping they don't know any better.

Just in Concord for the weekend and tried to go home Monday and had a low tire. Monica was perfect. Excellent customer service. She made sure all the tire pressures were good. I would definitely use this place if needed in the future.

I came here the other week to have my brakes checked, as I knew I was nearing the end of their life expectancy. I had an appointment for 2 PM and they had my car back at 1:55 PM. I was blown away with their honesty. They could ve tried to sell me stuff I didn t need, and as someone with only basic car knowledge I would ve gone with it. The pricing seemed reasonable. I ended up only needing my front pads replaced, and I was out of there by 2:30 PM. I couldn t get over how fast and painless the whole experience was.

Rolled into Mavis Tire store in Concord right at closing with a tire going flat in a hurry. Everyone at the shop was super friendly. My tire is under warranty with another store so they put my spare on for me, and refused to take a payment. Three people working there at closing stayed to help, all with smiles on their faces. Thank you!!!

I am very pleased to share that Matt, who helped me at the front desk was great. From the moment he answered the phone to help me , til the time I came inside the shop he had the greatest attitude. Thank you again Matt and the techs for taking care of my car. You all were a pleasure to work with. Continue the great work.

Went to Mavis for air in my tire. The assistant manager Chris was very helpful. He went above and beyond by pulling my car in and having one of the techs as well as himself check out the tires. I will continue to bring my business to Mavis on Concord parkway s and parkway N they have always been respectful and willing to help. I was surprised not to see my boy Steve there though but he left behind an excellent team and trained them very well and dang sure respectful.

The customer service here is amazing I would recommend everyone I know to come, Monica or Joseph are your go to people give them a raise Mavis !!! No more check engine light

Really good service, to be completely honest. I was hesitant to take my Smart Car to a "big box" auto shop, but boy was I wrong! Just overall a great expierience and the workers here are top notch. Chris, especially, was above and beyond, and really cared about his customers. What a nice guy to do business with, and I'll be doing business again!

My first time visiting and definitely wont be my last! I normally go to the dealership but decided to branch out and I am glad bc their prices are so much more reasonable! I chose a new tire online and made an installation appt for the same day. I called them letting them know I d be a little late due to roadside assistance but they were accommodating. They changed it to a later time but still advised me to get there whenever I can. I arrived about 20 minutes past my original time and 2 hours earlier than my rescheduled time. They STILL got me in immediately and the overall wait was not that bad! The service was amazing, very professional and efficient team; answering all questions thoroughly. Special shout out to Monica and Joe! You guys have earned a regular customer. Also a plus- they have a kids waiting area with toys and that was so convenient for my 2 y/o!

Walked in without an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. They were fast and friendly and I was on my way in no time. Beats sitting at the dealership for 4 hours just for an oil change. Will be back!Edited 3/8/24Back for new tires. Got them out on quickly and even gave a bit of a discount. Jessica helped us out and was professional.

I really appreciate the great customer service here. Caught a flat tire late in the evening and George made it possible to squeeze me in before they closed to replace my tire. Five star service.

This business does not deserve any stars, bad service. I took my wife's car for an oil change and I trusted them and they didn't put oil in it. I trusted myself and went out for a ride in my car and I realized that I haven't driven even 400 miles and it doesn't have any oil. BAD SERVICE DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE,

Monica was very helpful, & I really appreciate all she done for me when I came in unexpectedly with a nail in my tire. Not to mention they were about to close in 20 minutes, and she went out her way to help me in my time of need. She s a wonderful person and she s very nice

If you have to have a tire (or 2) replaced. Mavis Tires - Concord Pkwy South is the best all around. George was exceptional and caring. The staff - way above and beyond! It s exceptionally clean and they re quick and so courteous. I ll definitely will go back to see them. Thank you all so much!

I go to mavis for everything. Always accurate, fixes issues, any that I may be having. Never time consuming, quick and easy. Same day majority of the time fixes. I won't go any where. The Mechanic Danny is the best. Trust him 100%. Most places you can't find service like this. Down to earth, kind and actually cares. They'll always have me as a client. Appreciate it all.

As we were driving to the Concord mall to shop for some last minute birthday gifts, our tire popped along the way. The air was leaking quickly out of the tire so we had to a place quick. We managed to come the Concord Mavis and we're quickly helped by one of the attendants. They managed to quickly figure out the best solution for us of value and we were soon on the way.Special shoutout to Monica who managed to save not only our day but also my nieces birthday

4 stars is a lot given that I'm very disappointed with my visit to this shop.. but the only concern I really have is I believe they overcharged me for this "simple" oil change. Part of that is on me.. they didn't ask what type of oil I prefer (shame on them) and I didn't even think about that until my car was ready (shame on me), so I got full synthetic for $79.95.. ok I guess but then it turns out that price doesn't include a filter or even the labor to change the oil.. and there is a small "miscellaneous shop supplies" fee too.. so the real price is $103.53 plus tax. I was expecting around $80 for a full synthetic change so I was genuinely surprised with the bill and they knocked a few $ off, but the price shouldn't be a surprise so I am posting this review.

So I don't think I have ever left a review while still at the business location. I scheduled a 10 am appt for new tires. When I arrived, I was told that a system glitch caused 2 other customers to be booked for this same time slot, as well as that they were understaffed, and that it would take an hour and a half to 2 hours. Once I picked up my vehicle I immediately noticed a knocking sound from my rear passenger tire. I returned and was told the wheel weights had been improperly placed. It is now 1 pm and I am still waiting for them to finish. I chose this location and company due to the 5 star rating but have been grossly disappointed, and am now concerned about the safety/quality of the work which is being done. I will likely take it to the dealership once I leave to ensure no damage has been done. VERY disappointed.

I am always satisfied with the service and my tire purchases from this Concord, NC Mavis location. The staff is professional and they have provided me with tires for more than 3 different vehicles.

I was visiting from several hours away when my car started having issues. I was nervous being so far from my usual mechanic but this was one of the best mechanic experiences Ive had. They had me in and out quickly, and didnt try to sell me anything I did not need. Truly saved my trip and would recommend this place to anyone!

Went in for a bad front tire, was told they would reseal and it would be fine. Said tear ties were bad, so replaced those. Drove to work the next day, when i got to work (20 mi), the air pressure in the fixed tire was 11 PSI. I was driving 65 mph down I-85 in the rain, it's a miracle i made it safely. Called and the person i spoke to said bring it in, but unfortunately it was most likely a nail i picked up after I left. Drove 5 mi. home and 20 to work so possible, but unlikely. Took my car to another tire shop and my front tires needed replacing and there wasn't a nail or anything else in the tire. Go anywhere else. For your safety sake and those on the road with you.

Came in for an oil change, everyone there was professional. Danny helped me out with all my needs. He told me my air filter was dirty and I should get a new one. Since I got the work done my car drives great!!

Came without an appointment to have a slow leak checked out. Immediately took the car back, found the nail and provided a great explanation on all reasonable options. Definitely coming back here for future needs

The biggest concern that I ever have with repair shops if finding someone trustworthy. Joseph Newell is the real deal. You can absolutely trust him to give it to you straight without trying to gouge you for money. Go here an ask for Joseph and I guarantee he'll take care of you!
