They took care of my tire needs, way beyond the call of duty! While other shops said three to four days, they found amazing tires that same day! Wow!!! You won t be disappointed!

Had to take my Honda in for a new alternator on a Friday before Independence Day that next Tuesday. Mr. MacQueen was given the message that I was needing it back the same day if possible. I actually needed it back the next Wednesday. The shop was going to be closed the next Monday and Tuesday.Even though they normally close at 5:30 he called me at between 6:30 and 7:00 and told me it was done.I can t thank him enough for doing that. All I can do is write this review. I would recommend him to anyone.Thank you again.Service: Electrical repair

Heath put a new valve body in my transmission. My car runs better than ever. He always does quality work, he provides professional service and very is knowledgeable. I take all my cars to Macqueen Auto worx!!!!!!!

The best auto machanic I have ever had! Their prices are fair and reasonable, they are fast, and honeat. They are completely transparent about whatever car issue is happening and they explain everything in their plan to address the issue. My car repair was running a little later due to the part being delivered late, but they stayed later so that they could complete the repair and I could have my car for work the next day. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and honesty.

They broke my tail light mount and returned my car without even addressing that they snapped if off or that the light was hanging off the vehicle. The owner tried telling me it was probably left like that and refused to fix it. Then he tried charging over $120 to change a light bulb and left me worse off. Not to mention it took a week to get my car back just to have to sink another $160 on just the replacement part they refused to fix.

I meet Heath when he did some work on my son's truck and found him to honest from the start. A few months later I had some issues with my wife's SUV from previous work done by another auto repair here in Concord as soon found out that repair shop over charged me and used bad quality parts. I again called Heath he diagnosed the problem as my Power Steering and pully had gone out that the other repair shop said they had fixed. Heath gave me a fair price and the repair was done in a timely manner. Another part from that same repair shop went out Heath again gave my a fair and reasonable price and now her SUV runs better then it ever has. Not only is Heath honest and fair on his prices, his staff is very friendly and respectful the to all their customer's. If you need Auto work done give Heath and his a call you want be sorry. Heath gave me a very good price on installing some parts on car for me. I had already purchased the items that needed replaced and he didn't have any issues about it at all which was nice because some places won't do that.. Repairs you can count on and service you can trust! Every time my car needs a repair, Heath is always honest in his estimates and fair on his prices (I've compared them to a few local shops, and he always beats them.) To trust that the person working on my car is honest and fair? Well, you can't put a price on that. Turnaround on repairs is also important, because life keeps moving even when your car doesn't. Heath is responsive to my calls, and always goes above and beyond what I could ask. So few car repair shops around like this anymore. You found the right place.

Great experience start to finish. My old Nissan truck engine was sputtering and hard to restart after warm up. Fearing the dreaded words "You need a new head gaskets" other mechanics tried telling me was the issue. I was Pleasently surprised when Heath informed me the issue was a bad coolant temp sensor. They fixed the issue and the engine runs smooth and restarts like normal now. SO HAPPY! Thanks Heath, I found my new auto mechanic!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

Heath has worked on our Toyota and Lexus for nearly a decade. We are on the road a lot and with his skill and commitment to fair parts and labor our Toyota Sequoia had over 420,000 miles and our Lexus Sedan is approaching 300,000. He allows for discussion of what s needed in terms of what is urgent, what can wait and consequences of what can happen if a non urgent repair is left unattended long term. We always have peace of mind when our cars are in his care.

Quality work at a fair rate! Heath was honest and at no time did he try to "up sale" us. It was nice to be able to talk with the mechanic rather than having to go thru a middle man. Thanks!

The staff were great. The wash was good, I would have given 5 star if it was touch less. The dryer was ok. I loved soap and wax. Didn't do the best windshield job but wasn't horrible. Love the high powered vacuums for after the wash and rags with window and general car cleaner.Wish it did offer someone else to do this for a little higher price as an option ... maybe future.

Pretty good company they did good work on my 2015 Ford escape I personally will never buy another Ford escape lot of problems but they did good work for decent price and didn't charge me an arm and leg would definitely go back if I had a problem

Awesome guy! Mr MacQueen really went above and beyond to help me with the issue with my vehicle. Didn't try to just make money off me like some shops would. Instead he treated me like a human being and really tried to help. If you want a shop you can trust take your vehicle here.

Heath replaced the ac fan motor in my 2001 Diesel Excursion. Very affordable and timely repair. I would recommend MacQueen Autoworx to anyone and everyone.
