DO NOT GO THERE!!!They damaged my car when changing the tires. Almost dropped a car off a jack while I was waiting and one of the two tires I got went flat by the next day. Now I have to pay for new tires and to repair the damage this place caused. LISTEN save yourself the time and money GO SOMEWHERE ELSEService: Tires

Listen to the reviews don't go here. The daughter is extremely rude to customers. This is my third time dealing with the place & every time she is around the prices are different * she gets rude when you question why? If there is a $70 difference for the same service of course one wants to know why. Her answer of bc that's what I charge isn't a sufficient answer especially when I bring my own tires each time. THE PRICE OF AIR DID NOT GO UP & the tech (same guy as b4 who gave me the price after contacting his mananger on the phone) had already started on my car for the same initial price as before, (when she was not present) & then she popped up & would not honor it. Then proceeded to go back and forth with me after I said put them back I will go elsewhere.

Thought they were great. I've used both locations in Concord for years. Unfortunately, I don't pay attention to what size tires, because I trust they'll put the size I ask for, on my car. Well, they don't. I have two different sizes on the front of my car, and neither are the sizes I asked for nor are they the size that are supposed to be on my car. I honestly dont know how long they've been doing this, but I've been going through tires way more often than I should, so I'm assuming this has something to do with it. Basically, if you use Lupita's, check the tire size!Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

Went here to get a tire (used) for $45 couple days later the tire went flat! I could ve kept my old tire and $45. Don t even waste your energy going here! Clearly he has no knowledge of his inventory, it s so many tires it s literally no room in the building. Dark with no lighting and be prepared to sit outside wherever you can sit.

July 12 got used set tires. 3 different brand name tires. Did not balance. Damaged 1 lug bolt on each side of front. Only got about 50 miles from town when passenger front blew out. What a joke I needed two tires desperately so I called gave them the size and they said yes we have those tires. My daughter wasn t feeling well but I needed tires so bad I had to drag her with me. I get there and they are sitting around the parking lot eating and they say we will have to look for them. Nobody moved and then 30 minutes later they say we don t have those tires. Lupita is always willing to help anyone, even if he isn't the one for the job!! He is very reasonable on used tires and towing services, and usually available any time you may need him! He makes time for everyone and is cheerful in doing so A good reliable source for information involving vehicles, inspections, tires and alignments. Highly recommend if your looking for the best deal!!

Great experience! I needed a tire and it was close to closing time. I spoke with the owner over the phone and waited for me to get there. He had my new tire on in minutes. Very friendly, professional and the tire was inexpensive!!

What a terrible experience. They charged me over $200 to get rid of the squeak in the front end of my car. I live out of town and on the way home I realized it was doing the same thing. They charged me for work they didn't do. I would like to give them zero Stars unfortunately there is not a zero star rating

If I could give this place a negative 100 i would PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD AND THE OWNER IS FOS. Was charged $80 for two tires that were bad tires they would not even pass an inspection if I neeed one. The tires were not balanced before they were put on and caused more issues. And I know for a fact that any place sing used tires should have tore that would pass an inspection even if they are used. Called the owner who first asked me to meet him and he would resolve the issue when I get there I m told he just left called and he would not answer the phone had his employees call and he would not answer was told BY THE EMPLOYEES that the owner should give me my money back because the machine they use to balance tires was broken and they couldn t even fix the problem. Then I was told the owner was at one of his other shops and since he wasn t answering the phone I went there and of course he wasn t there either. Repeated phone calls to this man and no answer. It wasn t until after I became more upset than I already was that the owner appears out of nowhere claiming he was on another job then he tries to blame HIS MISTAKE on me and THEN TRIES TO TELL ME I NEED TO BUY ANOTHER TIRE FROM HIM!!! If you re in the concord/Kannapolis area do yourself a favor and go to WAYNES TIRES They are the most helpful and honest people to deal with

This place is terrible. The guy owns a few of these places that close and open. The mechanic at his shop mecanica tire gave me a price for 45 bucks to throw on my front brake pads and 25 to change my oil. I bought all the parts. He was half way through the brakes and the building owner walks over with his huge gold chain and asks me how much the mechanic chaged me. He then tells me that is too cheap and I will have to pay $150. I said no way so he tells the mechanic to take the new brake pads off and put the old ones back on. I could not believe this guy then he went and sat down and continued to eat his ice cream

They tried to charge me 55 plus mount for a used 16 Inch tire,you can get brand new one from Walmart for 55 and ridiculous customers service I would never recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy

I brought my car there to get my tire changed and they did not put the correct size and didn't tighten my lug nuts all the way
