I appreciate all the help that John provided to me to purchase a new car today. I'm glad he recommended this 2024 Honda Civic. I prefer something safe and somewhat sporty, but not with tons of bells and whistles. As a retired teacher and part-time dirt racing journalist, with a few health challenges, I needed something basic and not too expensive. Visited location to fix my civic air conditioner issue. They are very honest, diagnosed the issue and confirmed my compressor shaft seal under warranty.Had a good experience working with Jeff Todd.They have suggested transmission fuel change and brake pad after inspection.

Beware of George Powell Service Advisor in Concord of Honda. He made me strip off my tints because I refused for him to do all his "recommended" things to do to my car that will cost me $1200 that is unnecessary to pass my emission test.And for that refusal, He got back at me by failing me on my tints and was forced to have it removed. Please see pictures of my car VS THE CAR IN HONDA OF CONCORD THAT IS WAY MORE DARKER TINTS THAN MY CAR.I went there to get my inspection for my car to renew my tag.I happened to be in Charlotte. I am from Jackson county. I for one told him I am from Jackson county and do not need to do the full emission test. I just need the regular inspection. He still did the FULL EMISSION test stating that because my car is a 2015 car. I called the DMV and asked if this was true. The DMV then said that the only time the car's age is taken into consideration is if it is more than 30 years old and therefore doesn't need to get tested yearly. I went to him to tell him this but he said it doesn't matter anymore because I failed the tint test. Again I have a picture to prove that HONDA CONCORD SERVICE CARS HAVE DARKER TINTS than I do. So much for following rules eh George Powell.I guess not only I declined the $1200 recommended repair order but also he did not like the fact that I corrected him regarding whether I should get the full emission test or not.Unfortunately for me, he immediately filed the paperwork and I had no choice but to remove my tints and had to go back to the same place.George Powell told me that once I remove my tints and I go back to him that he will just pass me right away and be able to renew my registration. Guess what. I came back the same day. His face was livid because he probably did not expect me to come back 2 hours later and my lovely tints removed that cost me $300 to put it on. GONE. MONEY GONE. To make it worse, George Powell made me wait for 2 hours!!!! Stating he needs to bring it back to get it tested!!!! I was like in my head, are you blind? it's obviously gone? Now 2 hours later , checking out and paying I asked him what did the grade of my window said? His answer was, we didn't have to test it cuz tint is gone. I was so mad. Why did he have to bring it back to the shop and made me wait 2 hours?? I did not say anything 1) To be polite because he's older than me. 2) Because I don't want him to mess me over even more.Now I feel bad for the past victims, future victims this man will have. What's gonna happen if it's a student he encountered with no money? or an elderly person that only has that one car and has no choice but to do whatever George Powell recommends.Such a shame because I have met good people here.One good employee that has helped me is Jose Quintana. Honest person and is willing to help and educate you with the parts you are buying. Sweet Dave that picks up the phone making my appointment. But George Powell, will try to nickel and dime you until it reaches thousands of dollars. If unsuccessful, just like what happened to me, got me damaged by having my car tints removed. It would have cost me $700 to get it professionally removed and install new ones! Go call and ask around for the price range.Such a disgrace. You really can't trust people anymore even for supposedly an honest car dealership Concord of Honda.Also, I have asked him to to correct the spelling of my name. He said that is not important. I work in Healthcare field and I think proper documentation whether its human or automotive proper documentation is necessary.I have included my invoice that day to Prove that George Powell has rendered his service in the most messed up way. I blacked out my personal information for safety and privacy. I hope this will get the NECESSARY ATTENTION.Be aware people and know what you should do with your car or not. I came here because I trusted this place. I was wrong.

Amazing service! Ali hands down gave me the best customer service experience. Great attitude, actually asked me how was I doing. He was very knowledgeable, and thorough. He was very professional, empathetic towards my situation, and was completely transparent throughout the process. He also called me back after a day asking about how is the car running after a fix. I would recommend to anyone with Honda service and repairs. Plus the shuttle service that he had provided was very helpful. Cheers!

Sean Burris was Awesome. He is very nice and handled my car service smoothly. I told him about some additional concerns and he said he will let the technicians know about and he also checked on them personally. Sean was absolutely awesome! He was super knowledgeable and knew almost ever answer to my questions immediately! He made me super comfortable being a female looking for a new vehicle without my husband being present due to work conflicts. It was SUCH a great experience! I made my first car purchase, Honda CR-V EX-L from Corey at Honda Concord. Corey's very professional, knowledgeable, and working with Corey was an absolute pleasure! He is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Honda CR-V EX-L took about 2-weeks. The best part Corey stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I went to Honda of Concord yesterday to check on a Honda Accord that I saw online. John Hodges was the car salesman that I was working with. He is one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. He answered all of my questions and let me know what options were available for the Honda Accord.and what was available for other cars. He is an excellent salesman and a man of integrity. I want to give thanks to Glenn Shepard and Nick Caldwell for the fantastic job they both did as I looked for and purchased my very first Honda. For two weekends, I visited Honda of Concord looking for a civic. After test driving one Honda civic hatchback with Glenn on a Saturday, I came back later in the week to test drive another; finally decided on a 2024 Honda Civic LX Hatchback. And of all things to unexpectedly happening, internet issues occurred just as we sat down to discuss. I am appreciative that Glenn kept in communication with me until the Internet was functional again and we were able to close the deal with Nick the following day. I am pleased and happy with the excellent customer service I received from both of them.

I just bought a car at Honda of Concord and had a great experience! I worked with Sawyer and he was fantastic. I could not figure out if I was comfortable in the seat and he let me maneuver the seat around for such a long time without complaints. He also worked hard to get us the price we wanted and made buying a car a not-so-bad experience. The whole team at this dealership was kind and tried to make the car buying process as simple and quick as possible.

I recently had a bunch of work completed on my Honda and Patrick Crow assisted me throughout the Sunbit process, answered my questions, and scheduled my service in a timely manner. His customer service is excellent! I ll continue to schedule my car maintenance through Patrick only as I highly recommend him.As far as the technicians that are actually working on the car, I highly recommend them to video record or take photos of the work they performed because it s just their word and no evidence showing that they actually completed what was requested. I know of other dealerships that video record the work being done for their customers.

I just finished purchasing a 2023 Honda Civic this weekend at Honda of Concord. The process was smooth and seamless. I worked with sales lead Luke Somers to help pair me with the best vehicle for my situation. He was great to walk me through the features, benefits, and pricing scenarios of several models to help narrow my choice. From there his Manager Dewayne Nobel was fair and reasonable helping negotiate a good price for the vehicle. Then Finance Manager Lester Leader took over to quickly get me through all the paperwork and out the door. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience with working with the profession team there at Honda of Concord!

Service (sales) manager was courteous, but copied mileage incorrectly, said he would save old filters and tires that were supposedly worn, but none of the items were saved for inspection. Warranty work included software update, but, if the work was performed, it wasn't checked by technician, as the issue still persists after visit. They did supply a rental vehicle at no charge, which was appropriate given that the visit was for a factory recall. Nice facility and courteous staff. Details, details, details! I expect better from Hendrick

This is my first time purchasing a car with a Honda Dealership & I cannot say enough what a great experience it has been! From the first call I made to the dealership to find out if the car was available to walking out with the car. Jakob is the absolute best sales professional we have personally dealt with. His customer service is above and beyond, extremely helpful, knowledgeable. Every single question we had through the entire process, he had an answer for us. Although we were 2 hours away from the dealership, the process was done from home & I could say it has been the smoothest car purchase we've had. My main concern was that the car might not be available because this specific car and color was not easy to find but Jakob made sure to secure the car for us until we were ready to pick it up. Aside from the entire process of purchasing the car, Jakob helped us with setting up everything in the car like connecting bluetooth, downloading the app & setting up everything with car play as well. Thank you Jakob for being so great! We couldn't have done it without God putting you in our path! Keep it on being great at what you do! Thank you Honda for hiring such professionals!
