My daughter bought her first new car from Henry Lee and it was such a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is so nice and warm. Henry Lee was friendly and professional. One of the best experiences we had with purchasing a vehicle. Definitely recommend this dealership and Henry Lee.

Olga is an absolute angel! I was having some battery issues and was very stressed as I am in college and know nothing about cars. She was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. This dealership is clean and professionally I would definitely recommend.

The service experience I had with Olga was exceptional. From the warm greeting at the front desk, the seamless response time, and friendly atmosphere, every aspect of the service center exceeded my expectations. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Our salesman Jason Johnson took really good care of us. He was very professional and sincere. Brock Davis was so very helpful and very professional. Both men were awesome. I would recommend this dealership and I give it 5 stars!!

Customer service at front desk was above and beyond protocol .To who it may concern in public relations( kellianne. ) name tag. Helped me on the online order. Aswell is face-to-face very polite and a great personality. Keep up the great work.

KELLY PURSER IS THE BEST!!!! Had major issues with my just bought used car - he helped through the whole process speaking to all parties involved including warranty company and dealership I purchased the car from - truly went above and beyond to help me out and still gave a great experience although I was in a tough situation!! Will continue to ask for Kelly each time I go back for service!! :)

All around great experience. Nevin was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and responsive every time I inquired about the status of my new vehicle. Would recommend this place if you are looking for a Volks Wagon and even if you re not they might convince you!

This morning started off rough, but I was fortunate and had the BEST service representative in the building, Ms H! Service was outstanding and her attention to small details were exceptional! She is a true professional, and if the managers position ever opens she should be the one to fill it! I have had her on my other car and she was top notch then also. You're number one Ms H, keep up the good work and thank you!

The whole process from negotiations, financing and receiving the vehicle was under 3.5 hours, which was great and better than other car purchasing experiences. Jason was very helpful throughout the whole process and knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at.

My husband and I have been using Hendrick Volkswagen for our repair and service. They always let you know up front what the costs will be. We have been dealing with Olga for our service needs. She is truly wonderful. She keeps you informed from start to finish. She is also not pushy. We will continue to use their service.

We had such an amazing experience buying a car of Friday that we went back and bought a second one on Saturday. Our salesman R.D., was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Not only was R.D. Wonderful, he took the time to allow another saleswoman Diana shadow him while assisting us. I like that Hendrick VW has women on their sales team. The finance manager Patrick was great getting us AMAZING deals on our trades plus the best price on the cars we purchased. We decided to finance through VW because they gave us the lowest rates. It was nice to sign the closing documents with Brock. Brock explained everything and made it painless. We have always had a great experience with Hendrick dealerships and look forward to continue to have our cars serviced at the VW service center. We love Olga in the service center. She is so easy to deal with and always makes sure everything is done perfect! Had such a great experience I wish I needed to buy another car!

From the time I walked in the door everyone was very friendly and kind. Jaz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure i knew all of the ins and outs of the car. She explained everything in detail when showing me the car and after purchasing the car. Bianca, the manager, immediately greeted me and was helpful as well. They both made the car buying experience a breeze and fun.

We just purchased a 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan from Volkswagen of Concord and could not be happier with the experience. We had the pleasure of working with Jeremy Stewart in Sales, Joe Watts as the sales manager, and Jordan Van Etten in Finance.Jeremy had excellent knowledge about the Tiguan and all of the features it had and how d they d benefit us. Jeremy was patient, honest, and knowledgeable all while being respectful and diligent of our time. After we looked at the exact Tiguan that worked for us we sat down with him and Joe to negotiate. Joe was straightforward and transparent and didn t attempt to switch us to a different vehicle or hide crucial numbers from us like vehicle price, trade value, money factor, or dealer add on s. He negotiated fairly and openly with us and got us to a place where we were satisfied with the deal.After working with Joe & Jeremy we moved onto Jordan who maintained the dealerships level of transparency we had come to expect. He laid out all crucial points of the contract in a simple to understand and transparent way. He did an excellent job in building value in and explaining the finance packages for things like extended warranties, maintenance, and incidental coverages but also accepted when we declined and didn t attempt to force them upon us.Overall with this was a truly fantastic experience and my mom couldn t be happier with her new Tiguan and the customer service we received from everyone on the team.

My husband had went in a few days prior to us purchasing the car. He came home and said he felt very confident about working with Henry and the dealership. When we arrived on Saturday and I met Henry and the the others on the sales team, I could not agree more the process was great Henry very friendly, knowledgeable and worked to meet our needs, along with the rest of management.

I bought my first Volkswagen a few days ago, accompanied by the most pleasant car buying experience!! When I found my car online, Jason Johnson emailed me a walk around video of the car. I wanted it immediately so I scheduled an appointment. When my husband and I pulled up, my VW was parked right there waiting on me. It was honestly just a smooth, easy process from start to finish. Jason stayed late and made sure everything was set up for our ride home and that we were familiar with the controls. He even called the next day (on his birthday!) to make sure we didn't have any follow up questions or concerns. He was the best! DEFINITELY ASK FOR JASON!!Also, shoutout to David in finance.. not sure if you can request a finance guy, but you should try. He was wonderful too!

DJ at Hendrick s was amazing! It had been 8 years since my last car purchase and right from the start DJ made us feel comfortable, welcomed and informed. He walked us through the entire process , from check in, to the test drive, to signing the final papers! DJ s transparency, knowledge and timeliness made a process that usually is draining, so much more enjoyable! If you re considering visiting Hendrick s Volkswagen , ask for DJ it will be the first best decision of your experience! Thanks DJ!

We were in the market for an Atlas and stopped in to see their inventory. Robert Nixon was the sales rep that helped us. We don't buy cars often and when we do we keep them for many years. Robert was very patient and helpful and showed us all of the options. We drove one and he showed us features and colors that were on other lots and even found our car at another lot in Charlotte. I would definitely recommend Hendrick VW and Robert Nixon specifically. First class all the way!

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Hands down. Robert and his team took care of us from start to finish. It is rare these days to find folks that actually love what they do - this team has their stuff together and they genuinely want to make the customer happy. 10/10 - I will definitely buy another car from them in the future.
