My experience with Hendrick Toyota Service Department was one of the best experiences I have ever had! What I thought would be a horrible process and experience turned out to be just the opposite. Tim & Audra streamlined my drop off and had a rental car waiting for me! They were both on my side and fought to get me the right answers from Toyota. Tim Hays is phenomenal and he provided me with the best customer experience I could have dreamed of! He even drove my car himself to assure me the problem was taken care of and my car was safe for me to drive. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. They even washed and detailed my car as a courtesy! I am beyond happy with the service I received and would give them 10 stars if that was an option. I would recommend Hendrick Toyota to anyone shopping for a car, they truly do care and strive to make the customers happy!

This is the vehicle I got at Town and Country Toyota of Charlotte. Let me say Aaron Truong at Toyota in Concord is one of the worst car salesmen. He will leave you on read, the last message I got was at 12:51. He didn t have a white one for another 3 weeks, so he wouldn t have made the sale until then but he could have been courteous and still talked to me to work up the deal. I have worked with him before on another deal I was trying to secure .same thing. I highly recommend going down the road to Town and Country. Thank you Toyota of Concord for your un professionalism allowing me to go get this beauty last night from Town and Country of Charlotte

My overall experience was great! Dawson Williams was my sales person and he was wonderful. There was no high pressure sales and he went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Dawson and Hendrick Toyota Concord to others.

I took my car in for regular service and my advisor, Brandon Chestnutt, listened to an issue I was having with my tires and traction. He checked the tread to ensure it wasn t time for new tires and still plenty of tread. He came out to tell me he was having other guys take a look at the suspension to ensure there were no issues.At the end he said all looked good and the guys found nothing wrong with tires or suspension. Made me feel much better. Great job as always and appreciate Brandon for helping to relieve my stress.

I would give 10 stars if I could.Shie and AJ were both incredible. If you re looking to buy a car, make sure you go to Toyota in Concord and ask for Shie! So happy with the whole process of getting our new Grand Highlander, from start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend Shie and AJ both, we loved them! Very cool people.

My sales rep Kate Gutierrez was very kind and patient. I had rental car and she went out of her way to return the rental car to Enterprise so I could drive my new car home. She also worked with me on getting all the information required to purchase the vehicle. Please praise her for job well done. It would be in your best interest to keep her around. Also thank Matt Kaiser for his patience and kindness. Great teamwork.

Recently left my car here over a 2-day period to have some service & diagnostic work done. Excellent professionalism, communication, and courtesy from Travis throughout. Car drives orders of magnitude better than before servicing; not back to normal just yet, but so much better. Travis was confident, transparent, and detailed in his feedback on the nature of the issue I reported. I will be coming straight back to him if any further work is needed.

This was my first service at the Hendrick Toyota (Concord)Dealership and it was a great experience.The support I received from my Service Advisor was exceptional. Nolan should be commended for his customer service skills.The wait time for my vehicle while being serviced was less than an hour. I was very impressed by the customer service team!I definitely will be using this location for my next service!

Overall I thought I was very happy with my purchase from Hendrick Toyota, but that is not the case now. They changed my lien holder without my knowledge, and when I called to ask about it, was told I would be notified by mail. When signing paperwork I was under the impression that my loan was going to be through a bank I was currently using, and made it much easier to sign paperwork. They are unable to answer my questions and continue to LIE about what is going on. And now seem to be avoiding my calls. I am now feeling very misled and do not know that I would ever buy from here again. I Clearly told them I wanted to use my bank and they said I was and now after the fact everything we talked about is different from when I signed on date of purchase. I will be refinancing my vehicle with the bank I wanted and figured with tier one credit I should be able to choose the appropriate approved loan for myself without it being changed. Oh and a few free oil changes doesn t really help the fact that I m losing $3k over the course of my loan due to this error. Yes that s nice, thanks for the free oil changes. But I was still mislead and taken advantage of in my opinion

Moises was amazing! We came to the dealer looking for a car about a month ago and the people just dismissed us like we couldn t buy the car, but we returned a few days ago and Moises helped us pick out a new Camry and was very friendly and kind to us and made the process very simple if you come here I definitely recommend asking for Moises Ramirez

I had a great first experience using Hendrick Toyota to service our hybrid Sienna. Online appointment scheduling was easy & straightforward. I was greeted promptly and talked through service procedures, etc. Time estimated was 1 hour & I was finished within 45 minutes. Chip was friendly and very helpful. I ll be back!

I arrived to a scheduled appointment at 9:15am, 1st time in, only had to wait behind one person for maybe 2 minutes. Gave my information and was seated by 9:20am and I was informed it would be about an hour. I was out by 10:15am, the people were friendly and I appreciate I was given an estimated end time and they delivered.

I had a good experience at Hendrick Toyota Concord. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming when I first entered the building. Jesse M. was very helpful in finding me a car and kept good communication with me during the process. Once I settled on a car I sat down with Anthony A. to sign papers and he had a really good personality. Carlos was also very helpful during the process. I would purchase a car from this dealership again.

My experience with Hendrick Toyota of Concord has been exceptional for years. I had a 2014 Toyota Corolla that I purchased in Colorado and upon moving to North Carolina in 2019, needed a dealership to do maintenance on the vehicle. In the past three or so years, Brad Treece has been my service advisor, and I cannot compliment him enough. He always let me know when there were parts on my car that definitely needed to be replaced, and if there were parts that weren't must haves at the time, he would always help me stay within budget. I appreciated his level of customer service, and always made sure my car went to him when it needed maintenance.So when my 2014 Corolla was rear-ended and totaled, I was pretty devastated. Upon learning it was totaled, I knew I had to look at new vehicles and I wasn't sure how much the insurance company would give me for my car. As my fianc�e and I pulled up, we were greeted by Kevin and I told him we were in the market for a car but that I would not know the amount of a down payment that day, but the following Saturday, I would be making a purchase and returning to him. He didn't push me too hard, understood that I was genuine about coming back the following week and proceeded to show me a brand new Rav-4. I let him know all of the things we wanted in a car, and we discussed what time I would be returning the following week. My fianc�e and I came back the following Saturday and asked for Kevin, who was exceptionally chipper, offered us water and coffee while we waited for him and was courteous and friendly. I appreciated that he wasn't overly car-salesman-like and very to the point. I highly suggest him if you are needing a car.Finally, we got to the financing aspect of our experience, and I must say that I was highly impressed by the representative that assisted us, Kyle. He was probably the most friendly person I have spoken to in my entire life. I told him one of the reasons we bought a Rav-4 was because we intended on expanding our family in the future and he told me about his own family. Just a very kind person who quite frankly helped us out quite a lot with explaining what coverages we needed for the car and again tried to find a budget for the Hendrick warranty on the car.Overall, I would give my experience with Hendrick Toyota 10 stars, but the app will only give me the ability to assign 5. I would refer anyone who is looking for a car to work with Hendrick Toyota. If these three gentlemen are any sign of the quality that the company hires, then I have to imagine the rest of the staff is amazing too. Mr. Hendrick, give these men raises and a paid vacation. Genuinely, I would not have bought a car from Hendrick Toyota again though, had it not been for these three employees and an extra tip of the cap to Brad Treece. Without him being the best service advisor you all have, I might not have returned to buy my next car and hopefully future cars at Hendrick Toyota.

I was assisted by Chris Norway, and I had a lot of questions about the service I was there to receive. He was very patient and very thorough and very knowledgeable about the process and answering all of my questions. If you ever have a chance to work with Chris I would recommend seeking him out. I had made a few mistakes and Chris took the time to fix them and get the process moving forward. Thank you for having a dedicated person in the right position to help those who are in need!

Bernard was very helpful and able to get us a same day appointment for four new tires and an alignment. We ended up arriving early and he was able to help us get signed in quickly and they were very accommodating allowing us to park our family car that wasn t getting work done in the service department so our children could continue their nap. Very informative about the warranty that comes with the tires as well as the alignment and the best time to get another done. Thankful he was willing to work with us throughout the process.

Shelly gave us one of the easiest and best experiences we have had when purchasing a car. She was a class act in giving time when time was needed to discuss and very aware of the knowledge of cars. Kyle was a class act as well providing us with an easy transition to get our documents signed and on the road. I recommend everyone who is able and looking for a new car to give Hendrick Toyota of Concord a try. They are true embodiment of what authentic personality looks like which is hard to come across nowadays.
