This Goodyear was excellent today. Due to debris on I-85 I ended up with a quickly deflating tire. I swung into this Goodyear as it was next to my workplace. It was late on Saturday but they never made me feel like it. The staff were polite, knowledgeable and quickly found the piece of windshield stuck in my tire. They had me in and out within an hour so I could get to my work. The cost was appropriate and they explained everything. I am so appreciative to have found a honest and pleasant place at a horrible moment. Thank you guys for the excellent service. You never know how much a smile and kind service makes a huge difference to someone in a panic. Thanks.

No problem with the oil change and tire rotation but be sure to get a price before handing over the keys. Called on Nov 30th and made an appointment for Dec 1st and got a quote. When it was time to pay, it was more than quoted. When I asked why, the answer was because prices went up Dec 1st. When I asked for the military discount, the answer was it's already been discounted. Live and learn.

Wanted me to get 2 tires replaced instead of just doing the alignment to keep them from wearing down more. I didn't want to pay 500 dollars for 2 rear tires. I went to Firestone and got 4 new tires and an alignment for 700. This place had kids watching loud cringy videos in the back leaving customers waiting at the front for minutes. Don't go to this mcdonalds of a car shop. The Firestone has real mechanics here, not little boys.

I visited [good year] for the first time as a customer. Unfortunately, the staff there had a negative attitude, which made me uncomfortable. As a result, I decided to take my business elsewhere for the sake of receiving better assistance.

RUDE operators!! They tried to charge me $107.00 to mount and balance 2 standard size tires on steel wheels! These were tires and wheels I provided - and they were carried in! I went 4 miles away to Firestone which did it for $39 - under an hour as well! Please shop around before using these guys!!

My wife was schedule for an appointment at 12:30 to get our tires replaced and sat for an hour and a half. They finally came out to tell her they put the wrong tires on it and it ll take longer. I called to see what the deal was and Steve hung up on me before our conversation was finished as I was asking for a discount or something for their error. For them to charge me $100 for installation fees and have it take 2+ hours is ridiculous. Very unprofessional management and the situation wasn t handle very well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GOODYEAR

Don t go here! Michael the store manager was extremely rude and unapologetic. Said I could call to complain to corporate if I wanted. This facility could not correctly provide a wheel alignment. After I called back to get a refund, I was told there is nothing they can do. Don t go here. Cost me $140.

A week ago, my husband called and set up a time to come in yesterday for four new tires, and he was told they would order them and they would be ready. When we arrived, the gentleman my husband spoke to on the phone said they had not ordered the tires, and only two were in stock, and we were told that we could come back Monday instead. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and I am understanding why they have the lackluster reviews. Thankfully, Mavis on Concord Parkway saved the day, it was cheaper, and I would advise others to avoid Goodyear at all costs.

What is the point of offering appointment slots on the website if the shop does not honor them? I made an appointment for 4pm for a tune-up , showed up 10 minutes early and they told me that they didn t incorporate my appointment into their schedule, the mechanic wouldn t be able to see me today. It s my only day off this week. If I had known, I would have tried another place earlier in the day.

Decent mechanic, desk associates awful.I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation service online that was quoted at $75. Upon arrival the associate seemed to have a very hard time getting me into the system, I stood there for 15+ minutes just with him dumbing around on the computer.He finally took my keys and told me it would be 2 hours. I leave the building and come back 2 hours later to see the car still on the lift.While I'm sitting in the showroom the mechanic brings to my attention a brake issue. I declined the repair but appreciated him bringing it to my attention. He proceeded to finish the car and bring my key back to the associate, 3 hour wait at this point.The associate rings me up with an invoice for $160+. Surprised I asked what the additional charge was and they said it was because they did not have my oil on stock. The invoice backed up that claim with a charge for 15 quarts of oil (my car only takes a fraction of that.) When I asked why I was being charged separately for the oil they just told me that was the reason for the confusion at check in and they needed to order the oil.At the initial check in, they did not tell me anything about not having my oil in stock nore did they say anything about an upcharge because of that. I could be wrong, but if a service center offers an oil change that should include the oil and filter in the charge. The service should the priced to accommodate the cost of parts and supplies, if not an upcharge should be communicated about. I don't understand why I was charged for poor management of a shop not having supplies in stock for services offered.

Been here twice for tires, oil change, and alignment. Their amazing and worth the wait when working on our car. Me and my love thought something was wrong, we turned quickly back to them and the manager was amazing an quick to help figure out what the issue was. The whole staff there is amazing and deserve their lunch breaks and a raise. Literally we come all the way from Lexington just to use this locations because how good they are overall. AND NO I AM NOT EXAGGERATING they really are awesome and I wouldn't change my shop for anything. Thank you thank you! ^~^

Called in and asked about an alignment, man went and talked to techs and they told him to have me come down and they would get me done before end of day. I show up and man behind counter tells me no come back Monday.

My car battery died in the parking lot next door. The folks were super helpful and brought a battery jump box over to the parking lot to get me running so I could get groceries home. Appreciate the help and friendly attitude!

I usually go to firestone because I have a lifetime balance, rotation & alignment ,but Goodyear gave me a great price on 4 tires, balance,roadside. They got me in and out fairly quick. The guys were all friendly and professional to me and everyone that came in .

Great place to get your car serviced! The manager Mike was very friendly and courteous. I needed new tires and he helped walk me through the best options for my vehicle. I felt that the pricing was fair and they did a great job installing them. My car rides so smooth with the Goodyear comfort drive tires. I would highly recommended Good Year Afton Ridge for tires or any service that you might need.

Went there for an oil change and get a call saying my break lights are out and if I wanted they would do a diagnostic for $140. I told them no that wouldn t be necessary the oil change was all I needed. Once I arrived to pick up my suv they told me (my rear parking lights were out). I get home to check them both and see that nothing is wrong with either break lights or my parking lights. I did call customer service to let them know of what s going on here. Nothing was wrong with my car, if I would have agreed I would be out of $140 for no reason at all. This is unnecessary and consumers should beware of up charging. I will not be back.

Chris and his team of mechanics are amazing! Great professional and friendly shop with a clean environment. Very passionate about supreme customer service/satisfaction. For the past 2 years; they've helped me with my vehicle needs. They know what they're doing/talking about. I've recommended them to my friends, co-workers and family members. They cannot do State Inspection son any cars older than 2-21, yet they don't put that info out anywhere, including the Web site where one must specify year, make, and model to set appt. Useful like mammary glands on a male bovine!

Super happy with my visit. I made an appt for Saturday because I figured they'd be packed. I actually dropped my car off almost an hour early because I finished my other errands early. I had no expectations of getting my car back sooner than originally promised. Just wanted to drop it off while I was out. Not only did they change my oil and rotate my tires, but they even corrected my alignment like I asked and got it all done in AN HOUR! MIND BLOWN! Mike was super helfpul with transferring my lifetime alignment to my new car. I'm definitely a repeat customer forever

I think the guys that work there are wonderful, however who ever sets their prices are idiots. Needed rear parking light bulb. The bulb was $1.99, and the labor to pop it in, which took a minute was $42.00. Price gauging at its best.Former customer now.

Called the day prior and spoke with Mike to clarify if I needed an appointment to get my vehicle inspected. I was told yes and that 12 noon I could come the next day. I show up at 12 the next day and am immediately told we don t do appointments, it s first come first serve and was told it would be an hour wait for the inspection.An hour and a half later I am told I need two front tires to pass the inspection, and unfortunately agree to it. 2 hours after THAT conversation I am still waiting for my vehicle. Just to clarify I have been waiting for 2 additional hours to have 2 tires put on my vehicle.The staff just seems very nonchalant as if I have all day to wait here. Had I known I would spend the better part of my afternoon here, I would have gone someplace else. I d give this place 0 stars if I could.

I needed a patch today for a nail in my tire and was pressed for time. Not only were they able to quickly fix my tire but after chatting with Mike, I mentioned my oil light had turned on even though I had a recent oil change. They identified a possible leak and even topped me off so I could be ok until I'm able to get it looked at. I was beyond impressed by their service and care. Will definitely return!

Mike was amazing when I visited last Monday. What was about to be a 2 hour wait turned into a 30 minute one due to how hard working Mike and his team were. I watched as they handled issue after issue as well and for them to be able to get me out that quickly proved how determined this team is to customer service. Can t thank the team enough!

If you re in this area save yourself time and visit the concord mills location the customer service is completely opposite. I visited here this morning Steve was definitely unprofessional appeared to have no knowledge of his jobs price match policy and when I questioned the charges on my invoice he told me bottom line I can stop the guy now and you can take the car not to mention I asked for a copy of the invoice he wrote his name and said so you don t forget my name is Steve . With that being said I d like to thank everyone at the concord mills location on the customer service it s definitely appreciated and I will not be returning to the 6071 Bayfield Pkwy Concord, NC 28027 location nor will I refer anyone here.

Taking advantage of customers- I called up before I sent my Son for a patch on a leaking tire. Upon arrival, he said he couldn't patch it but we had to buy 2 new tires, tire install package, road hazard protection, replace wiper blades for a total of 340+ tax. 25$ vs. 365$.. Lesson Learned for my Son- Always shop at at an honorable trustworthy company- Brothers Tire in Kannapolis!!!!!!!

Mike is a very unprofessional, condescending person who has no business working with the public. He was rude to my husband and daughter concerning an inspection that couldn't be done b/c his machine was down, which is fine but his tone and attitude about it was entirely unnecessary. Then coincidentally I called about scheduling and again his tone and condescending attitude seems to be his go to. These are not the first encounters we have had with person while doing business at this location . He is always rude and curt and unfortunately we bought our tires there and are stuck w/ the service on them for now but we will not be back and will convey this the others in our circle as well , every chance I get. You would think employees would think about the fact that with Facebook and Nextdoor which spreads the word throughout the local community that businesses would be even better about trying to provide good customer service.

I have been using Goodyear for a few years now, and mainly at this location. I've always found it to be a welcoming atmosphere, with knowledgeable techs and have gotten to know Mike, the manager usually on duty, on a first name basis over time, and he's always really nice and accomodating. My family has used this location as well, and we've always had great results.
