Ive been using different Firestones throughout VA and NC for as long as I can remember. Recently (and more than once) my car has been towed to Firestone - it feels like it's looked at quickly, I'm called and it's fixed. The staff is always great! I've never had any issues that weren't addressed quickly.

Just bought four new tires a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, one landed a screw. Easy fix. Went back today, 10/1/2023. Waited over 45 minutes as we watched the mechanics stand around smoking, laughing talking, and the girl at the desk was more interested in how she appeared to the male mechanics. Unorganized, chaotic, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. Ended up leaving to go to another tire care service and found one! In and out in less than 20 minutes. Fire Stone cares nothing about their customers. They are good at shucking and jiving, though! We will never spend another red cent at Fire Stone! You want excellent in tire service, discount tires, or Lupita's. Save your sanity, salvation, and money. You've been warned...

I am from Out of State and had to have my Jeep Towed to this Location for an Inspection to locate the problem of my Breakdown. The Manager gave me a diagnosis and I ultimately had to go to NC and Tow my Jeep back to Georgia since it was not drivable! I felt more comfortable leaving it at Firestone until I could get there the next day to Tow it on a Car Dolly from 5 hours away. I really appreciate the Customer Service at this Store. Thank You to everyone involved with my Catastrophe. I finally made it back home to Georgia Safely. Thanks Again!

We got a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon and my wife needed the car for work the next day. Cody, the Service Manager at Firestone told us he should be able to get it fixed before the end of the day despite our not having an appointment. He was a man of his word and ended up fixing it himself. We were very pleased that he squeezed us in on a busy day when we were otherwise in quite a bind.

The manager Josh will rip you off immediately AND charges you for extra services that you didn't ask for. I got new tires one time and he charged me for windshield wipers and they were the exact same windshield wipers and I never asked for my windshield wipers to be changed. And I've noticed every time that I've been there he specifically is extremely rude to people of color.The mechanics at also didn't put in my battery correctly so I had to call a number they provided me to get my car towed and they said that I wouldn't have to pay for towing. When I did call that number. The man on the phone said they had to charge me for the towing with a possible refund.The regional manager of the local locations actually called me after I wrote in a complaint about this manager and how he does not provide any good customer service. And I told him specifically that I would never go back to the 378 George W Liles Pkwy location again because of that manager. Funny enough, he never told me that the manager Josh was also in charge of the location in Concord Mills. 8591 Concord Mills Boulevard to be specificI plan on paying off the rest of my credit card with them and never taking my car to Firestone. Word of advice, take your car to a local shop. They're cheaper than these guys. Firestone charged me 86 dollars for an oil change. The local shop charged me 60.

If 0 stars w re an option, that what I would have chosen . After choosing a set of tires for my husband's truck and making an appointment to have them installed, my husband received a phone call from Kerri stating that they were unable to get said tires. She suggested another type , unsurprisingly almost $200 more , which my husband begrudgingly agreed to. Rolled up to the appointment 15 minutes prior, as requested via email. Waited an hour only to get a phone call from my husband that Josh had called him and said that the titled I ordered would not fit. Well, I didn't order them, Kerri did. No worries, give me the truck back and we will try somewhere else. As Josh is coming out of the bay, i clearly CLEARLY hear him tell his tech that "the wife screwed up'. So professional, right?So after waiting almost 2 hours, and being ridiculed right in front of my face, I left with no tires .

I've used this location for fifteen years and as a Diesel Mechanic, I could trust them. I cannot say the same for the new management. The last appointment they tried to get me to authorize needless repairs including telling me my car was due for an oil change. I run synthetic and had a little over 3,000 miles since the last interval! I noticed it is not as busy as it used to be. I imagine it s because they take advantage of customers now. Upsell even your car does not need it.

Completely untrustworthy. This used to be my favorite place to go, but now they have proven themselves to be nothing more than crooks. Here are my last three experiences.April 2023 I brought one of my cars there for an oil change. I'm very familiar with the upsell that these places do, but this one was fraudulent. They tried to get me to do a North Carolina state inspection, even though it was last done in January and wouldn't be due until the next January.July 2023. Brought my other car for an inspection. They said that the ball joints were showing signs of where and they would fail it unless I spent $1100 to replace them. The same Firestone replace them 13 months prior to. Not only were they not covered by warranty, but they really weren't worn. Took the car to the Chevy dealer immediately after and they said that they were fine and passed my inspection. Again, this is looking like fraud.January 2024. Brought the first car back for an inspection. They tried to fail me for a K and N air filter that is 50 state legal. After that they tried to charge me for tire rotation in alignment even though I already had the lifetime version. Then they tried to sell me new tires because I was 2/10 less than brand new. Again completely unnecessary and completely fraudulent. The icing on the cake was the spark plugs. My car recommends spark plugs every hundred thousand miles. This location change them at 100,000 miles. I now have 171,000 miles and they're trying to tell me that they're due now even though they're not due for another 30,000 miles. Yet more fraud in the spirit of upsellThey have become so obsessed with upsell that they will lie to you to try to get you to spend more. Do not go to this location ever

I toke my car here to have check engine light checked. First off called before coming said they could check it same day but when arriving said they couldn t. Before leaving the mechanic Josh or whoever he is up front asking me what s issue I m having with car n me explaining to him. I gave him codes provided thru AutoZone he then says the way it sounds and if it s jerking & cutting back shouldn t be driving. It could be anything from spark plugs etc. I then decide to Uber Home with a 2yr old n leave the car because me as a woman & the car being my only means of transportation I needed it fixed n looked at. The next morning someone calls me tells me my car is ready and starts reading off codes that can t even explain to me. I get to pick my car up another girl Kerri says the guy I talked to earlier is new and can t explain the darn codes given from a machine!!! That they are charging me 135.00 for that now they can t fix! Then Josh goes to say the techs need to be paid that s the price & that s that so now I have to pay someone else to look at the car after they basically just hooked it up to a machine & did nothing when Josh basically scared me into leaving the car when I could have just kept half my money n had someone look at my house & charge half the price n apply it towards fixing! What a darn rip off. Oh to add Kerri said why did I even bring my car there anyways rude & unprofessional like people don t work hard for their money & need their car fixed. Worst Firestone I ever been too n group of people.

Do not come here if you want a job well done. My husband came here to get his tire changed and immediately after doing so a banging/scraping noise started emitting from the tire that was replaced. When he called to ask if there was anything that could ve went wrong or anything they saw the man on the phone told him the cameras show everything and to take them to court. Days and mechanics later the noise is still prevalent and mechanics are puzzled as to what it could be. My husband went to check the lug nuts on his car and three were so loose that he could pull them off by hand and two were tightened. Save your money, time and stress do not come here !!

Great customer service from Kerri and Cody. I highly recommend coming here and working with the both of them! Multiple appointments, phone calls and walk ins and they were always professional and efficient juggling a busy Sunday.

I had a headlight bulb go out and due to the steps needed just to change this bulb, decided to head to Firestone.Let me say that when my headlight was working, my lights were working great and as they should seeing as though we just purchased the vehicle as a CERTIFIED pre-owned.I made a 10am appointment and I overheard them saying they didn t have the bulbs and had to order them yet they knew I was coming and what vehicle.Shortly there after, the woman came up to me and said whoever put the bulb in before had put it in crooked/bent and wanted over $300 to take the headlight assembly out to inspect it and fix it yet my lights were working 100% perfectly.They were however able to put a new bulb in but they said it might look dimmer than the other side but yet again, my lights were working 100% correctly.Later in the evening, I went to drive my car and the passenger headlight works but it s completely misaligned and is facing so far right that it s not even a useable light, it looks like a fog light.They either put the headlight in wrong or they broke something in the process and tried to cover it up by having me pay for it.Do not go to this location as now I will have to go back to the dealer and hope they just put the bulb in wrong and that it won t cost me a lot of money to fix.

I made an appointment to my car's AC checked. The appointment was given to me at 1 in the afternoon and they didn't see me until almost 4 in the afternoon and then a manager came out to tell me that they probably couldn't check my car because it was already late, they shouldn't make appointments if they are not going to respect your schedule.

I had my appointment at 1:00 pm for an oil change, I had to leave the place after two hours of waiting without oil change, and the person at the reception said it's my fault for scheduling an appointment for the same day.

Dropped off my car at 8 for an alignment. At 9:30 they called me with a list of things they wanted to do to charge me more. Brakes included since they said they took off my wheels. It s now 12 and they re just now getting started on my alignment.If they tell you it s gonna be two hours, best believe it ll take four.Whatever they did to my car, it s worse. Pulls straight to the left.

So tired of getting 8am appointments for an alignment at any location, dropping it off at exactly 8, and not getting a call back till 1 or later. I just called and they're just now getting my vehicle on the rack after having it for over 4 hours. Stop taking 8am appointments when you're going to take 5 hours before you even do anything to the car. We stressed about having it back at 11 to make it to work on time and yet again, they take forever. Lifetime alignment isn't even worth it for the hassle to get an appointment and the additional hassle of waiting all day to get it done. Do better

I was on my way home last Thursday and my TPMS light came on. I stopped and checked and all looked good from what I could see. I called this store around 6pm and could not of received better service from the young lady who took my call. I know its hot and they were close to closing and she said no problem sir just pull up to the first bay when I get there. I pulled up and immediately was greeted by a young lady in the shop and she immediately took care of me and noted I had one tire at 29lbs. She never stopped smiling while she set my pressures. I have been in automotive for 40 years and this kinda service is getting hard to find. Great job to this team!!!

I called to get an appointment, I asked when would be the best time and was told this date at 1pm would be best. Checked in 20 mins early with no issue. I then proceeded to wait until I had to question the front desk person, at 2:40pm, why my vehicle wasn t ready yet for a simple oil and filter change. Front desk person was polite, but there was no reason for the long wait. I was told the tech was draining the old oil from my truck and balancing tires (of another vehicle) while mine drained. I scheduled this date and time, having had experience with Firestone in the past for all my service needs at other Firestone locations. This was my first time here and I am beyond disappointed in the timely manner for service. If appointments are not honored or can be serviced in a reasonable time then customers should be made aware at the start of service have how long a delay may be. Finally at 2:45 my vehicle was completed. So 1 hour and 45 minutes for a basic oil change wouldn t have been a problem if this was known or told to me up front, but it wasn t, I just sat waiting on my vehicle. I had another work appointment at 3pm which I did not make. Just very disappointed in this as I have never had a bad Firestone experience before!

I recently had an unsettling experience with Firestone when I brought my car in for an oil change. During the visit, the technician informed me that my brake pads and rotors were in dire need of replacement and quoted a staggering $600 for the job. However, I decided to decline the service due to the exorbitant price.Seeking a second opinion, I visited a different store in Concord, and to my surprise, they assured me that my brakes and rotors were perfectly fine and didn't require any immediate attention. Wanting to be absolutely certain, I then visited Maves Tires and Brakes, where they echoed the same sentiment - my brakes were in good condition and did not need replacement.This location seems highly suspicious that they would claim such a significant and costly repair was necessary, while two other reputable establishments confirmed the opposite. It raises concerns about their integrity and whether they may be engaging in dishonest practices.

The service received today was pure kindness. On the way to a birthday party(btw 3 children in the car, pouring rain and cold) my tire pressure indicator popped on. I pulled over to the nearest gas station to notice I'd run over something and all you can hear was the air exhausting out. I looked over and seen Firestone and immediately drove as it was less than 30 secs away. Calming my nerves, I walked in and noticed it was a little after 6 but a few were in there. I felt like I was rambling but they understood as every auto place was closed and tried to think of solutions. One of the gentlemen asked the make, took a look and kindly checked my car, in the pouring rain. He noticed I had a spare underneath and offered to change it, along with the other gentleman. The young lady inside was compassionate. I held the umbrella over them as much as I could to keep them dry and offered compensation. Told me no and get home safe. I don't know their names but they didn't hesitate to take care of us. Thank you so much as we made it home safely on the spare. Continued blessings

I loved this location, but I will not becoming back. I have come back twice in one week and each time the new manager had drilled me because I didn't get my tires at there location. I came in because I had a life time allinement. For whatever reason he has a problem with me. He keeps putting other cars in front of mine honestly he need to work on his customer service skills. I have been coming to this location for years and Obviously that fact dosnt matter.

The staff here were amazing. They were very kind and polite and helped us with our car needs. We were in need of a state inspection on a Sunday because I always love to wait until the last minute. Thank you!

Brought my car in for an inspection.They fixed a few other things that apparently were not working but never did the inspection.Now they say they need just a few minutes to do the inspection.Been sitting here for a 45min. Even though I told them I was in a hurry. If I knew it would take this long I would have gone somewhere else for the inspection.We ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars here this year. The least they could do is do what they say they re going to do.Oh and they asked if they could put me on hold real quick and I was on hold for 20 minutes, on multiple occasions.

First of all... Kerri is AMAZING!I called up here. Got sent to a person from a call center. She said it was best to make an appointment for an inspection to cut down on wait times. Said I could not schedule an appointment after 5 for inspection. (Even though a man just came in at 5:15 for an inspection appointment). Made my appointment for 4.Car was taken back about 4:25ish.It's 6:10 and I'm still waiting. For a freaking NC inspection! Every time someone just needs air, they get priority. No one is in a hurry here. This is ridiculous. Next time I'm driving 3 times farther to my regular auto place. I thought coming here because it was closer would be better for an in and out inspection.Never again

Waited almost 3 hours (with an appointment) for a battery change. When I asked what the delay was I was finally told it would be almost another hour to just get the battery there. When I asked why I wasn t told about them not having the battery before I agreed for them to change it they said they just found out it wasn t in stock. Yeah right. Poor communication and overpriced. Only giving two stars because they might be understaffed, but communication should not suffer.Service: Battery
