Nick and Beecher were very helpful with my purchase of a 2018 Raptor! They were making sure I was well informed on the vehicle, test drive, and had time to look it over. Beecher also supported with securing finance for me in SC. I was very happy with the family ran business compared to a dealership and would highly recommend CTR Automotive!

Many times you read or hear of unpleasant experiences at auto dealers around the country. My wife and I recently traded-in and purchased a Honda Odyssey from CTR Auto and it was a very pleasant and seamless transaction. Nick Denton was courteous, knowledgeable, very detailed and even provided us with a full tank of gas. This experience was well deserving of a five (5) star rating!

100% satisfied with CTR Automotive. These guys made the process of purchasing a vehicle so simple. They did all the work online and all I had to do was sign. Best car buying experience we've had in years. CTR Automotive had what we wanted we met with Beecher who showed us the carfax & went over the whole vehicle front to back andshowed us all they had done to it. Then when we decided it was the right one for us he also worked out the financing to get payments where we needed & a way lower interest rate that we thought we get. Waylin his dad and my husband totally hit it off as this is family owned business. Even the next day when we had a sensor that was going they fixed it for nothing If you want an honest dealer then shop here .

I highly recommend doing business with CTR Automotive! I purchased a vehicle from them a week ago, and found them to be quite honest, informative, and personable. They sold me a high-quality Ford transit connect and purchased my jeep. I felt that they treated me very fairly. I am enjoying my new car and will go back to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

I never write Google reviews. I am using my wife's Google account because it is already signed on, lazy me. Anyway thesemen are good people. As far as i am concerned that should be enough in 2022. I paid cash for a 2013 Nissan Quest minivan in immaculate condition. I was provided a list of repairs they performed prior to the sale like a new front axle, new front brakes, and side door locks. I am sooo happy with my purchase I am thinking about inviting them to Christmas dinner. I added a photo of my new minivan that is so sporty. Yes I am a man, a tall black man that loves his minivan. It is so sharp, especially since the Range Rover I just paid off engine just seized up but that is another story. Beecher and Nick are brothers who are cool as a fan, I even met their father and he is cool. I am a retired Veteran and I like good people. If they have a car you like I my vote is to give them a shot. I believe them when they say they like to sell a person a reliable vehicle. Merry Christmas to all.

Carfax suggested they sell cars below recommended value. This is no surprise, several others do as well and due diligence of the buyer was taking place. Beecher had a reputation for honesty and was shortlisted for visits. Upon arrival, Beecher put down all that he was working on to help me as I inspected his vehicles. As I did a body inspection, Beecher knew the exact tool I was using on the car and knew I was serious. I couldn't believe the 2nd car out of my journy looking for cars was in such a condition and price. I couldn't find wear on the vehicle aside from paint scratches nor damage to the hood from bugs. The ride was clean and smooth. Beecher despite being busy allowed for the purchase and seemed knowledgable about my bank loan granted. I was reserved from telling him too much and he seemed to accept that.The sell of my Honda went even better. All it needed was an oil pan gasket I think and maybe a power steering hose. His brother Nick recovered from the hospital and they came to my home for the deal. Nick verified my story and told me about the car without me explaining what happened, an expert buyer/mechanic. Tow truck showed up in less than two hours of the papers signed.Pros: Honesty, good quality cars, transparency, punctualCons: Its better to buy from them than to sell. You may get a better price somewhere else, but they will tell you why they can or can't do the deal. Nick despite being a powerhouse may be unavailable due to reasons beyond his control. asked them to "check my brakes," in addition to other work I had done. They had an $800 job added to my bill when I asked for it. You have to be kidding. I cannot say enough good things about Nick and Beecher from CTR Automotive. They had my dream vehicle on their lot, but with me being in Rhode Island and them in North Carolina, it was certainly more effort on their part coordinating the sale with me. They were responsive through all modes of communication, whether it was texting, emailing, phone calls, and we used them all! They provided options for a pre-sale inspection and when I chose to have one done, they coordinated the payment with me and took it to the inspection. Logistically, I wasn't sure if shipping it up was the best option, or if I should go down to get it, and Nick and Beecher gave me options and went above and beyond getting quotes from shippers, and even went so far as to calculate an estimate of what it would cost me in gas if I decided to drive. They were so knowledgeable about the different steps that would need to be taken for whichever method I chose. I flew down from RI, took a Lyft to the shop and walked up on Nick and Beecher personally washing my truck. They were polite, professional, and their pride in providing good customer service was evident every single step along the way. They were upfront and honest about any known issues with the vehicle and could not have impressed me more. Thanks Nick and Beecher, you guys rock!

Talk about "no pressure auto sales"! This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. In the first 10 minutes, I felt like I had known these guys all my life. We got a great vehicle at a great price and we can't say enough about the awesome friendliness of the staff. There was no hours long, back-and-forth negotiating and, "well, let me check with the manager". . . . You speak directly to one who negotiates the price and they are very open book about all pricing. You don't leave feeling like you've been reamed a new one, but that you really did get an excellent deal. Hats off to you guys. I'll recommend you to everyone I know looking for a good used vehicle. Thank you!And we LOVE our F-150!

Just purchased a 2004 Jeep Rubicon tonight. The vehicle is solid throughout. Beecher was amazing to work with and was honest and easy to work with. Barely worked with Nick but chatting with him helped make it through the paperwork. Highly recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle through them.

I purchased a used vehicle from Nick and Beecher and could not be happier with the purchase, process and overall experience. There were no cloaks and daggers like you get at big dealerships, their fees were very fair and everything was perfectly transparent. I will be utilizing them for service on the purchased vehicle in the future and HIGHLY recommend CTR Auto!

Absolute awesome team. But such a dang rip off. I paid 272 for 1 tire about 2 months ago, got the warranty and all. I had the mishaps of driving over a nail. Called CTR to see about another tire due to the warrenty.....guess what..... the warranty only covers if the tire wears out!!! What the heck kind of foolery is this???? Like really.???? Even wanted to charge $35 for a patch. I'm like no!!!! I will NEVER EVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN AND IF YOU DONT HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY DONT COME HERE!!!!!! Went to Charlie's Auto Repair and not only did he fix my tire he was SUPER friendly, understanding, fast, anddddd considerably cheaper than CTR!

Had a tire that wouldn't hold air. Called ahead and he said he could patch it or order me a new one. He was able to do a patch and I was in and out in under 30 mins. Great customer service and overall wonderful experience.Service: TiresService: Tires

Beecher and Zack were great and easy to deal with! I bought a 14 Nissan Frontier from them 3 MO. ago and I love it! The truck runs well. The deal took about a half hour and I was on the road. CTR Automotive is Great, thanks guys!

I asked for one battery connector replaced.Instead they charged me for two new cables and installation. 100+ dollars with no added value,as the cables themselves were fine. I requested that they replace the speed sensor. Instead they charged me for a diagnostic fee and 'fixed" the sensor, again extra costs for work I did not ask for. The fact that they "fixed" instead of replaced it has me concerned on when their fix is going to fail. They do have a nice shop and comfortable waiting area, so if want to enjoy air-conditioning while being ripped off please go here. I'll be going back to the dealership where I know the work will be what I ask for, I just have to resist the up sell they always push.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Bought a car here. Test drove and put a deposit down one weekend, got my financing through my bank and returned the following weekend to pick up the vehicle. Beecher was truly awesome, he had everything ready when my bank called him and was able to get them the information they needed right away. Then on pick up day, he had all the paperwork ready and waiting to be signed when I arrived. It was a very pleasant experience and will most definitely go back if/when I need another car.

Where do I begin... my son purchased a car from here after searching for over a month. When I tell you they went over and beyond to make sure my son was able to get his car. Whatever the bank needed Mr. Beecher was able to submit with no problems. They are very honest and trustworthy people. I will most definitely refer my family and friends to them. I'm so glad my son was patient and didn't rush getting a car because we have never came across such honest people the whole time we were looking. Most people just try to sell you anything. Not Mr. Beecher and his brother Nick. They not only want to sell you a car but they want a lifetime friendship. Love these guys. Thank you again for going over and beyond for my son...

I highly recommend CTR for any service and if you need to buy a used car go there first. It is family owned and they are honest people and will help you find a car that is reliable and a good price. I bought my son a used car from them and had no issues with the car. It was also a safe car. Will use them again. They also have excellent customer services. Waylon and two sons are GREAT.
