Can t say enough about Ray at Cosmetic Auto Masters! I was in an accident with an uninsured driver. My car was deemed totaled, but we hoped to still drive the car since there was no engine, radiator or transmission damage. We wanted minimal work to get it drivable again since we were going to have to use our own insurance. We received 2 quotes and Ray by far exceeded our expectations. He was fair, honest, a pleasure to work with and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. He provided us with the necessary photos and documents to complete the insurance process. We drive an older car, but it still has life and we re thankful Ray got us on the road again!

Family member scraped the driver's side bumper of our SUV on our garage door frame. Another shop quoted $2100 to replace the bumper which was not needed. Ray has taken care of the scrapes and scratches on my car two different times. The end result was fantastic in both cases. He is quick and efficient and your car will leave the shop looking like new. Highly recommend.

Ray recently worked on my Honda, he is ABSOLUTELY amazing, had the best prices around, he was so FAST, efficient and work is impeccable. If you want a trustworthy mechanic HE s your guy. Ray even dropped my car to me so I wouldn t have to pay for an Uber which was so considerate. I am recommending to everyone I know.

Ray is a magician! I scraped my truck on the side of the garage entrance. It was scraped down to the metal. Cosmetic Auto Masters fixed the scrapes and scratches and appears like it never happened. The service is good and the cost is reasonable.Abracadabra! Ray is the man.

Excellent doing business with Ray! Easy to get the estimate. I first submitted photos for an initial estimate and then got a final when visiting the shop. Was able to schedule service fairly quickly and the work was done BEFORE promised day (an entire day early-which was fantastic!) And the work done was completed in a quality manner and reasonable price. Great to work with a local business owner!

Not an actual business but a guy that works out of his garage. In fact this business was dissolved by the NC Secretary of State years ago so you will have zero recourse if things go wrong.

As I was driving the other day a roadside mower hit me with a couple of rocks that landed on both front and back doors of my sedan. As a result, it ended up with a couple of deep to the metal chips and a small but noticeable dent. I started looking for a body shop on maps when I came across cosmetic auto masters. After reading the reviews, I called and Ray proceeded to explain my options and asked me for photos of the damage. Shortly after I get a text back with a confirmation and we setup an appointment. That day everything went as planned, I dropped my car off in the morning and by early afternoon I was picking up. The job Ray did was flawless. I thought it was going to be good but wasn't expecting this level of craftsmanship. I can't even tell where the problem areas were! Yeah, that good. Also very reasonable priced. If you need to get any major or minor damage fixed and painted on your car don't think twice and give Ray a call. You won't regret it.

Had some paint coming off the rear bumper and have been trying to get a good deal on the repaint. Visited the shop and Ray gave a modest price on the repair work. Left the car off and got it a day later. To my surprise the work was flawless and quite brilliant. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to get their car looked at for coloring/dents/scratches etc. to have it looked up by Ray. Thanks again for the excellent work.

This company works really fast to complete your project and works with the utmost quailty. We needed a door replaced and thought it would take a few days but the door was completed within 24 hours of dropping the vehicle off. They are also very affordable compared to other body shops. I highly recommend!

Ray was extremely responsive to our requests and came up with an innovative repair for our bent trunk frame. Very reasonable pricing and had us fixed and out the door in less than 12 hours with no prior notice.

Took my car here after it was scratched down to the primer. Repair work looks great, matches well, and it was easy to schedule a pickup/drop off. Would recommend for anyone who needs body/paint rework and doesn't want to wait several weeks and spend $1000s more on the same work from a traditional body shop.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCERAY Aka. as Allen emailed me a written estimate i went to his shop paid 1/2 down of invoice total $3690.81 this after he had vehicle on the lift to inspect so i was told, once he started the job and vehicle on lift i recieved a phone call that their would be a upcharge for vehicle decal chevy logo $500.00very dishonest i went on line and saw decal actually cost $210.00 from dealership. When i went to pay the bill and showed him the cost of the decal he claims he had to special order it with over night shipping. I then pulled out his original quote showed him that it was supposed to be covered included in cost. He wanted no part of it, continued to stand his ground, he ultimately would not allow me to pay by credit card told me i had to pay with cash only in i wanted my car back!

This is a hidden gem. When the rest of the repair shops had a waiting period of a few weeks, Ray accommodated my car for a repair. Very flexible and great service. I would definitely recommend him.
