These guys are the best, most honest and respectful people in the business. Through no fault of their own, my car was delayed. Unfortunately, I took my disappointment/concern/anger out on them. I m so sorry that I did that. My 21 year old car has never run smoother or quieter than it does now. Thank you Ryan and your whole team for a job well done. Despite my attitude, I am truly grateful for you guys. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

Repair costs at the larger chain garage were half the value of my older but reliable vehicle. Their prices were much more reasonable and they got me in and had be going by 5 they next day. Thank you for being there I'll be back.

A neighbor recommended them so I went there for a 2nd opinion since another auto ship failed my inspection saying my tires were bad.Ryan said the tires were fine but a front wheel bearing was bad and the other place missed than. I was replaced and car passed inspection.Very happy with the service, pricing and honesty.Will be going back to service all of our cars.

I had an amazing experience. They were able to fit me at the last minute which was great. They did good work and the alignment was perfect. But my favorite part was seeing how affordable their pricing was. Look no further for an auto shop and I will continue conducting business with them!

From Cleveland Ohio visiting my son.Check engine light came after traveling 500 miles.Call Monday took the car in had a bad sensor.Recived a call at 1:30 Tuesday cars ready better service here then I get in Cleveland. Was so happy I gave the gentleman that was taking care me 20 bucks for donuts for the guys in the back . Very customer oriented Business.Thanks Dennis from Cleveland.Go Browns !!

I have taken my 2015 Mini Countryman here twice since moving to Concord and I cannot recommend them more. They have taken great care of my car at reasonable rates. In addition, they are very kind, quick, and responsive.

From start to finish, I had a great experience! I have found my new, reliable, trustworthy place to take my car! I had some coworkers recommend this place. Ryan was great, and called to tell me my brake pads had plenty of life left on them, so if I could deal with the noise they make when I first start driving, he didn't want to sell me something I didn't need, wow - an honest mechanic that I can trust! Got my oil changed, and I am good to go! Thank you for restoring my faith in car mechanics, I had procrastinated on trying anywhere new based on a bad experience I had somewhere else (that used to be good and trustworthy). I will be taking my car here from now on and will recommend this place to everyone!

We got the work we needed done, however it was not the best experience. The mechanic informed he would call us when the work was finished so we could pick up the car, when it got to well past 4 we eventually called for an update. They said they would be done soon, and that if we weren't there by five they would just leave the keys in the car and we could pay online, which we weren't very comfortable with. I feel that they should have given us a bit more time to get there for an in person handoff as this is our only car and we needed to rush ordering an Uber (either calling earlier or staying until we arrived).ETA : The owner's very confrontational response to my neutral review is very representative of the customer service experience you will have here.

04/2024: Still the best! Although I understand they've changed ownership, there has been no change in the excellent service they provide. I am completely confident in leaving my trucks care and maintenance in their hands.I wanted to update my review after three years; although I no longer have my old pickup (1996), they have been showing my newer Honda Ridgeline (2014) the same expert care I have come to expect. There were two times I had to use a Honda dealer service department, once while out of town. BOTH times I had the dealer recommendations double checked by Concord Auto Service Center and found the dealer advise unreliable. They have proven themselves on numerous occasions, and therefore I still stand by my previous review.* These are honest and trustworthy people who know their business. They have serviced and/or repaired my 20 year old truck a number of times since I've owned it (3 years) and I couldn't ask for better results. *Service: General repairs & maintenance

I came here to get a quote on a brake job. I learned that they back their work for 12 mo/12k miles. Standing behind their work was a good enough reason for me to give them a try.Since I can t rate the quality of the work, my rating is based on the customer service I received, which was outstanding.Service: Brakes

This is my second time dealing with them. Brought in my truck after it started acting up. It felt like the same problem they fixed 2 years prior. When I brought up that they might have made a mistake with their previous work, they were open minded to the idea and willing to look into the possibility of a mistake with no ego problem. The problem was found quickly, it was something else.I have encountered shops in the past that have gotten defensive and angered at the idea of a mistake on their part. They are always very responsive and do good work. The pricing always feels fair, and everyone is always friendly.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Great place. Was recommended by a neighbor and I highly recommend aswell. They got me in the day before the holiday and got my car done same day. Also had much better pricing than at least 2 other mechanic shops I contacted. Got my thermostat replaced and it comes with a 1 year warranty. These guys are great!I ve been here twice, and both times they were easy to make an appointment with, efficient, and friendly. The first visit was for an inspection and oil change. They started working on my car as soon as I arrived, and were done within a half hour.The second visit was for a check engine light - Rob took a look at it and got it in the garage right then, fixed the issue (and explained what caused it), and I was on my way in 5 minutes.I recommend them for their great service. If/when I need car service in the future, they ll be my first choice.

I used to go all the time when my cars needed serviced. the service is no longer up to par. No one ever takes the time to explain details of the issues or how it needs to be repaired. I started to feel like an inconvenience to the staff.I'm looking for another car tech. Shame too, it's super close to my home.

Helpful and professional staff. Would recommend them going forward. Work carried out in timely fashion, no surprises. Repairs carry warranty. Very pleased how issues were addressed. Arrived on a Tuesday at 8am (did not have an appointment) for a state inspection and was told the inspector was not in that day. Waste of time and would not recommend.Edit in response to the owner: First, I m truly sorry for your loss. Had the mechanic indicated why the inspector was not there, I never would have posted a negative review. No explanation was provided and I left. Also, a little customer service goes a long way. I would gladly delete this review if you had not responded with a sarcastic tone.

Great service, polite staff, reasonable prices, never oversell.I came here after asking a neighborhood Facebook group for their recommendations on who to go to for my regular service. Less than 10 minutes from home, I gave them a shot. I haven't regretted it in the slightest.Thabks for always being awesome!

Outstanding service. We had a broken axle and Hendricks down the road where the car was disabled wanted nearly 1000 for the part alone. Brian provided a great recommendation on towing and and a good aftermarket part at a fraction of the cost and got it all sorted in a day. This is a really great shop to know about. You guys will do well with your excellent approach to customer service and honesty.

My brother and I came here for service on his Subaru a couple months back. Excellent service, the mechanics went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning all the parts they disassembled, at no extra cost. The manager Brian is very personable and sincere. I definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for quality care, honesty, and great service at a very reasonable price.

I am new to the area and needed brakes done quickly. I called and Brian got me in the next day. When I went and dropped my car off, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or anything. He was so kind and explained that they would do my back brakes and take a look and see if there was anything else that was needed. Turns out, my front brakes needed some maintenance. Sat down and explained everything to me. I needed to go back home to work, so he had Sam (who was working on my car that day) take me home and then pick me up when they were done!!! So accommodating!!! Made me feel like I had been a customer for many years.The shop is clean and comfortable if you choose to wait for your service.I highly recommend Brian and his team! Thanks guys!

I have had multiple great experiences here. The most recent was a slow leaking tire. They fit me in immediately and had me back on the road within 20 minutes. They truly value customer service and I completely trust their judgment on suggestions for work needing to be done. It s nice to have a hometown feel auto service center to be able to rely on!

Had the passenger exhaust manifold and gasket replaced on my truck. With my truck being from central new york. They wanted to make sure I knew what could be involved and can be expensive. (because of the rust) They were very patient with me and my questions. They gave me a worse case quote and came well under that. Being newer to the area and looking for a good trustworthy mechanic, they definitely earned my business.
