This is the best Budget dealer I have ever used and the most honest mechanic I have ever met. I never had an issue and he's very very honest. Always goes above and beyond most of all he's very dependable. Iwill recommend Charlie's Auto Spa to anyone

Had a reservation for truck rental,after flying in from another state,we get there and they have 20 trucks but none of them are operable ,after realizing they weren't helpful and didn't care,we went out to parking lot in the cold to try and find another truck rental place on our phone,guy that was eating at the front counter came out and staring at us making us uncomfortable and making odd comment ,we had to walk out to busy hwy and call an uber to take us to another location so we could try and find a truck rental,very strange

This guy knows his stuff! We have taken ALL of our cars to him for repair and he has always gotten the job done with no issues. Will never take my cars anywhere else

So not use them for Budget renral. I made a reservation 3 weeks ago for a one way out of state and when i went to pick up my truck they had a hand written sign that said closed until Monday and the lot filled with trucks. Very disappointed and had to call around to finally find a truck with Uhaul. Smaller than i needed. Terrible customer service. It would of been nice to get a call to let me know as i drove 4 hours to pick up.

Been looking for an alignment for weeks. Went to multiple shops. One shop told me about Charlie's after I drove to Concord to a shop just to be turned away. Thank goodness to because I was starting to give up. The entrance was kinda difficult to find because of the box trucks and, I wasn't greeted the best. I do believe they were discussing a previous job. However these gentlemen got me in and got my car safe for my family. They heard our concerns from the previous shop's work. The guy up front assured us we were in good hands. My car was in the back for about 15 to 20 min while we waited in an air conditioned, spacious area with lots of vendors around. Really saved me from walking to the store for a drink and snack for my lil girl. It's now been about 2 weeks after my car was in their shop and no problems have shown. Thank you very much for helping. Very affordable to.

I've always had a good experience here. They're fast quick accommodating and hands down have the best prices in town. They do move really fast because demand is so high here and you can trust their work. I think this alone is proof that Charlies Auto Concord has built a strong loyalty with its customers. I've never had a problem here and will always bring my vehicle here when I have car problems. Ryan (front desk) is a genuine guy who will remember you and brings a unique personal touch to service.

This business dose not honor their work we had no heating problems before bringing the car here tonget a new compressor for Air conditioner. Now you can use the heater without the car having condensation on the inside. Have a better attitude the next time you have paying customer that paid a lot of money to have my services done.

I took my vehicle up to Charlie's yesterday for a tire change and alignment. He had me in and out in about an hour. He also reached out to me to make sure my tires were riding smooth and to make sure I was happy with the service provided. He went over and above what he needed to do. His right hand man Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Charlie's auto to all of my friends, family, and co workers. They do exceptional work and the pricing was well below what Land Rover would have charged me. If you have a high end vehicle that needs regular maintenance I would take it here instead of getting ripped off at the dealership. If you are looking for a laid back atmosphere with a home fill and honest people then this is the place you should take your vehicle to.

My car has been at Charlie s over the weekend and it s now Tuesday. I can t get anyone on the phone despite calling multiple times everyday. I don t even know if anyone has even looked at my car.

The AC in my truck had stopped blowing cold air, I reached out to Charlie & he was able to work me in the next day without even having an appointment. His manager Ryan took a look at it & instantly identified the issue & was able to have it repaired & ready to go less than 24 hours later. My AC is blowing arctic air now, highly recommend!

I give Charlie's Auto high five. This is the best car shop I've ever experienced, especially if you're a woman. They aren't expensive, they don't hit you with all the expensive Labor. I moved from Charlotte, there isn't a place there that compares to this Auto Shop. He has been servicing my car since I moved to Concord. When I get it paid for in February gonna let them do so Mantance on it so I can keep it, tired of Car Payments, and Expensive Repairs. My Church is in Charlotte I need to keep it going, I know God got me. Thanks Mr. Charlie's you Guys are the best World Wide. Excellent Work. God put me here for a reason. All you gotta do is Trust God's plan. After being in Charlotte all my life I moved her when my job FedEx moved here, I found a great car Shop as well. Grateful!

Very disappointed with the service and apparently the lies I was told. First it took them over 6 months to switch my motor which is way too long for any motor switch. I had to take my car to another mechanic twice since I got it back from this place . This place assured me the car was running great. Well I had to have the timing changed because it wasn't running right which they assured me was perfect but it wasn't. They were supposed to fix my emergency brakes which they assured me it was. Wrong again. It was never fixed and because I was using a broken emergency brake it ultimately locked up my back tires and I had to get that all repaired by another mechanic. Now I will have to place my car in the shop for a third time because the exhaust is smoking and I have 2 oil leaks around the valve covers which they again assured me was fixed. I will never go back or recommend these guys to anyone not even for an oil change.

Ryan and his crew are amazing with all things automotive! I've been coming here for 6 years went astray trying Christian Brothers, but I've come back since-folks are the real deal.Mr. Tim will give you a great deal on making you drive away in style so your car will ride better.

I had several of my vehicles "worked on" there but, they could never get them working. I was told and charged for work that ( I believe) wasn't done. Ryan is a fast talking saleman that will give you a false sense of security. He had my Jeep for over a month and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. He had my explore for 2 weeks and kept saying he's almost done with it but, the car never moved. Finally I had it towed away and within one hour at another shop had it running perfectly.Be warned, go somewhere else to have work done on your vehicle.

I am giving this company No stars... Charlie ( the owner) seen I was a single woman and tried to take advantage of me in everyway.... When I called his shop I was in desperate need of a good mechanic, however because of this he charged me over $600 just to fix my Axle!!! I couldn't believe it, because the guy who recommended Charlie to me gave him the Upmost respect and said Charlie would take care of me.... I ended up getting my car towed from Charlie shop to another shop... Thankfully I made the decision not to let charlie fix my car axle and I ended up paying less than $300, so I don't recommend anyone to go to Charlie's in Concord NC!!! He is only out to get over on innocent people ( especially women)..... Take your business and money to someone who isn't trying to make you pay double the price......

My fiancee and I ran into car troubles on our way from Atlanta to Delaware. The guys at Charlies got us in and out as fast as they could. The service was great and the prices were reasonable!!!

I really want to give this shop a higher score. As i have used them for about half the years I ve lived in Concord. HOWEVER! The manager Ryan, as kind, fair, and seemingly honest, as he seems to be, is talking through you so fast that you think you re getting a deal or you think you re getting a deal. This is hard to not identify as gaslighting.My reasoning for saying that is that I was offered the best price in town to fix a starter for my car that had been sitting a week before I was able to get it to the shop via tow. I watched my car be taken away and when I picked it up from Charlie s, on my new (to me) car were several deep gashes. After speaking to both the two and Charlie s, Ryan said he had a guy to fix it. The guy was mysteriously never available. This is not even my biggest concern. Hundreds of dollars and hundreds of nails on a chalkboard starts of my car later and even bringing it back over the past few months, where Ryan said it was actually something they would fix with no charge to me, my car still is hesitant to start every time.This makes me think it was not diagnosed correctly in the first place. Also that the technician either is a novice or listened to Ryan, who doesn t work on cars but tries to finish your sentence to see how much money he can get out of you. I deeply regret having to write this. I ve let Charlie s work on three cars of mine and had hoped they weren t the stereotypical mechanic predators on women s wallets. But I can almost bet that I ve spent at least...wasted at least $450 on the starter issue and another $1,200 on another which I can admit he was at least honest about given the condition of that vehicle.I would just ask that Ryan take his time diagnosing and explaining things. This is not an auction and working people who don t work on cars do not have the resources to roll the dice on whether or not their transportation is going to work after they have an urgent car matter. I d rather be charged a diagnostic fee if in two days you re going to say, ohhh, it s got this thing attached and it s just not doing what it s supposed to. Bring her back. Because time is money and I don t know what s wrong with the mechanic s eyes but not even taking advantage of needing to repair something in proximity for the safety of your customer is careless and a missed opportunity to build an ongoing relationship. If one problem turned out to be two, it s a win win. I don t want to see you next week.If you go here-Ryan is jovial. The reception and the game is good. The rest...

Was very disappointed in the fact that the gentleman Ryan told me if i got my motor replaced there he would replace my strut also. In the comversation i also asked if he would make sure belts where good on this new motor.It took over a week to get car back then we had to take it back too them cause something was rattling they did not put the alternator bolts on all the way nor did they fix the strut. It took over Month for them to finally get the "strut" so we took the car back up too them waited 3 days just too find out the other day when rattling begun again that they never even touched the strut and that one of the belts on the motor is dry rotted. I just pray my motor holds up considering it was $1900. I will never recommend them working on anyone's car.

Bad business!!!! Service Manger Ryan tell too many lies, took to long to repair my car and charged me for something that was never fixed. They will steal parts from under your car to try and take more money from you. Bad business wouldn't recommend. If they can get over on you they will.

Charlie has had my Truck since May 22, 2017 today is Jan 2 2019. we have went there 100 times and he just lies and says it will be done in a week and now it has been over a year and a half. I told him i have somebody that can fix it in 2 days, he says oh its ready to go come get it Monday and thats been the same story every week. I have no idea what to do. I have been paying insurance on this truck the entire time. the repair was a two day repair, and he just WILL NOT FIX IT. and wont give it back. I guess im going to have to get law enforcement involved at this point and I am reporting to everyone I can. All he has to do is give it back and he wont.

Wow, wow wow! I was referred here by a co-worker and I'm so glad I listened! I had a small transmission leak from a previous repair and they fixed it in under an hour. Super nice guys and trustworthy! HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!

I will not bring my vehicle to this place ever again...Be aware!!!! ( Crooks ) / shady - lies my vehicle never got repaired! Plus they never file a claim with my warranty company to even fix the car! Worse shop in Concord! You have been warned!!!! Stay away from this shop!!!!!

I went in to rent a budget truck.Professional. Courteous. CONSIDERATE.THESE MEN ARE HONEST AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS BUSINESS!I wish they were closer to High Point!
