They did an awesome job with my daughter's Make a wish camper. Thanks to everyone involved and those who helped get everything set up and ready. The event went well with a surprise and she was extremely happy. They went far beyond what they had to do but definitely made it a great experience. Thanks again

It all starts at the counter the minute you walk in. Those girls were friendly and all smiles. Our Sales Rep was Jason H and he was great the minute we started chatting. We explained that we were (potentially) new owners, coming in without any knowledge or experience. We told him what we were looking for/needed and he took us to look at several units based on our criteria. He knew the lot and where the units were that we were going to look at. Jason was super helpful from start to end and has been very responsive to all our questions and needs. We also dealt with Renee in the store area, she was very knowledgeable and was able to help us with the extras. We also worked with Finance and he was really nice and thorough with all the paperwork. From there we dealt with Q who gave us a great tour of our new camper, inside and outside. He ended up having to assist us for hours trying to get our rear camera working, which no fault of his, they had to order a new one due to faulty wiring. He was all smiles the whole time with such a friendly attitude, great personality and valuable work ethic. Jason was there checking in throughout that time as well. We had a great experience from start to finish there and I would highly recommend Jason as your sales rep! He'll make sure you are well taken care of!

Staff were very friendly. Restrooms could use some maintenance, but were clean. Well stocked and a variety of items available on the shelves. Clean, well organized store.

As a person with no experience with RVs, I came in and Ralph took great care of me! He was very helpful figuring out what model I was comfortable with and figuring out what was in my budget. I didn t feel pressured to commit to anything in the moment which I really appreciated. I could tell that Ralph had my best interest in mind and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the process! Will definitely be back to purchase my RV once I m ready! 10 out of 10 for Ralph in every aspect of helping me with my visit today!!

Jason made the purchasing experience very well and easy. While visiting with him several times he was always good to us by making us feel at home. Stayed in constant contact and help with all issues we had. Great sales service!

Ralph Noel is awesome! Very personable and friendly. Accommodating and didn t feel pushy or like he was rushing us. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy any type of recreational vehicle. He actually listened to what we wanted and our price range. And when we wanted to look at the stuff we couldn t afford just so we could dream he took around to whatever we wanted to see.

I haven't been a huge fan of Camping World over the past 18 years of owning an rv. I purchased a camper at an RV show last Friday and picked it up today. As I went in the Concord store, I ended up meeting a salesman, Jason Hinckley. Although he did not get the sale, he helped me numerous times to get some issues worked out throughout the morning. I can't applaud his efforts enough. I pretty much consumed his time today, so he wasn't able to work on a sale of his own. He made me feel like my satisfaction on my purchase was all that mattered to him. He even walked out to my camper to show me some extra features and made some recommendations. Again, I was not a fan until today. I have a Camping World 30 minutes away, but it is worth it to go 2hrs for this one. He will go the extra mile for you! I also want to give a shout-out to Chase from the service department who was very thorough on our walkthrough and made some last minute fixes for me this morning. Overall, I had a great experience and they deserve the credit.

1 star isn t low enough for a place this awful. Every camping world I ve been to (3) including this one is messed up in every way. They have caused me so much stress during my pregnancy that the doctor has had to put me on something for stress and high blood pressure. They have no problem selling you something but once purchased and they get their money they could care less. My camper has been to camping world 8 times since September of 23. My kitchen slide came off track that s it that s all, we get it back it s had problem after problem after problem and everything they touched to work on they have touched 2 or 3 times or more. My kitchen slide leaks water when it rains they said multiple times they couldn t find the problem we take it home it rains it leaks again. We get it back from this camping world we have a new leak and new problems. They were rude, disrespectful and my camper has been there for almost a month and they didn t even work on it. Avoid all camping worlds even if your life depends on it. We paid 80k for a camper I loved and now we re stuck with something they have absolutely destroyed and made a lemon. I contacted the BBB and they also could care less so please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY CAMPING WORLD.

I went to this location to check out campers for the first time as a new buyer. I didn't know what to expect but had a great experience with Jeremy. I thought I'd found something I liked and put down a $500 deposit to hold the camper while I looked at long term campgrounds near me. Jeremy assured me that the only way I'd be charged the deposit if I decided not to go through with the sale and stood them up on pick up day. I was assured I would not be charged while I considered what would be a big purchase for me. I stayed in contact with Jeremy and let him know before the deadline that I would be letting the camper go. My credit card was wrongly charged for the $500 deposit. I attempted to call camping world and was told their financial manager would call me back but has not. I find this situation both sad and frustrating as I do not think the largest retailer of campers needs to engage in predatory practices like this. Potential buyer beware.update 2/21 after calling the resolution number listed below which put me in touch with the corporate line....eventually I got through to someone who refunded the amount without question. Bottom line: watch your 6 and don't give out your credit card information for any reason. Buy it/take it or leave it.

My husband and I recently purchased a MotorCoach from Camping World and had the privilege of working with Jason Hinckley in the Sales Dept. Jason provides outstanding customer service and he brings a wealth of product knowledge to the table. His follow through is outstanding and he is reliable and truly takes care of you even after the sale is over. When you go to Camping World be sure and ask for Jason you won t be disappointed.

Had a wonderful experience! Ralph was awesome he was helpful and attentive to what we were looking for and took the time to help us find the perfect match for our family! He communicated with us every step of the way! Even after we left he searched and sent videos to help us find exactly what we were looking for! It was a great experience and we ended up with one that we love! THANK YOU RALPH!!!

As a customer of Camping World of Concord for over a year, I've patiently awaited the opportunity to express my grievances publicly. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite acknowledging the presence of good employees, the business as a whole suffers from significant shortcomings in internal and external communication. These communication issues, combined with unacceptable business practices, have resulted in a loss of both money and time that I'll never recover.Nearly a year ago, I purchased a new camper off the lot from Camping World of Concord. Upon delivery, my camper lacked every add-on I had purchased, which had been conveniently omitted from the invoice's line items. Although my salesman eventually intervened to secure the promised add-ons, my ordeal was far from over. An oversight during the installation of my washer and dryer led to a flooding incident, exacerbating the situation. Furthermore, subsequent issues, such as excessive leaking from the underpinning of the camper, malfunctioning fireplace, and non-charging solar panels, compounded my frustrations. Moreover, the dealership's negligence extended to financial matters, as they failed to settle my trade-in for almost 6 weeks, adversely affecting my credit score. Additionally, upon review it appears they hid the negative equity from my trade in and inflated the value of the rig. Their response to my concerns was dismissive, insisting that everything they did was legal and that they would eventually pay off the other loan.A meeting with the general manager, Roger, proved fruitless, as he patronized me and evaded responsibility for the dealership's failures. Despite my insistence on addressing the issues, Roger's dismissive attitude persisted, culminating in absurd explanations for the flooding incident and failure to settle the loan on my trade in.Frustrated and exhausted, I eventually informed my lender about the dealership's misconduct, triggering a tepid response. Despite their assurances, my troubles persisted, as subsequent attempts to address issues with my camper were met with indifference. After months of waiting, I finally retrieved my camper from the service department, but the dealership's lack of accountability and courtesy was shocking. Despite waiting for hours, I was denied a walk-through of the repairs. In summary, my experience with Camping World of Concord has been a nightmare, marked by deceptive practices and subpar customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment.

Great experience with Ralph Noel! He listened to our needs and showed us the perfect camper! We were his first sale! He was so nice and very responsive! Everyone at Camping World was friendly and professional! Thomas, the technician that gave us the walkthrough of the camper was also excellent! So happy with our East West Alta 2600 camper! My experience was okay I bought my daughter and I bought an 24 35 foot was promised that they would deliver and set up when delivery day came no one knew anything about it, I was required to take a two hour class that didn't show me how to do anything just showed me what I had I learned every thing from books and Google got two fireplace books no TV book which my daughter showed me what to do.shower leaked took 4 trips for him to figure out that there was a pen size hole in the lip on the lip of the shower. Now I have to stay in with the door tied shut all the time because it won't latch and I can't lock it. The service man came and put a new handle on the out side which my daughter paid for and took the one that was suppose to go on the back door.my daughter even offered to pay them if they would more if they would just fix them.

I greatly regret doing business here. Purchased a new unit with a trade- in. My trade in was serviced at this location around 6 months prior and I was told everything was repaired and work was completed. When I went to trade my unit in they inspected it and found the exact damage that they previously stated was repaired. That cost me 3k for my trade. Now my brand new unit doesn't have hot water in the kitchen, the ice maker isn't working and a stabilizer jack was damaged when they delivered it. I've called 2x and spoke to their service department and it's been one week and I've had no response from them. I finally went to the manufactor and the issue is being addressed by a third party. I do not recommend Camping World Concord.

Camping world had our camper for over a month to try and fix a leak we got our camper back on Tuesday 1/23 went camping on 1/26 and water poured everywhere when we hooked it up. Camping world service department was so rude and unprofessional when we called them to ask what to do. We camped the entire weekend with no water in our less than a year old brand new Keystone Cougar Camper. We returned home on Monday 1/29 and contacted camping world Tuesday 1/30 have left messages each day for Service and store managers with no return phone calls. We then contacted corporate office on Thursday 1/28 and have a case number and they are suppose to be getting a hold of someone at Camping world Concord NC to return our phone call. We have yet to hear from anyone! Worse customer service ever.

We purchased a travel trailer from camping world and the slide out had a malfunction causing damage to the unit after the second use. We were able to have some of the repairs covered under warranty but some of the repairs were not covered. It also took months for the repairs to be completed and took multiple follow ups with the sales and service departments for someone to get back to us with status updates. The pricing on the repairs not covered by warranty were a bit excessive as well. We had a family member buy from RV One and they had a much better experience so I would go there or to another local dealer instead.

We bought a camper from Alex Kottenstette great salesman very informative. Showed us several campers we ended up with a used camper that they cleaned so good you would think it was new. Then they walked us through every part of camper to make sure everything was up to par before signing any paperwork. Definitely ask for Alex he is a great guy.

**DO NOT GO TO CAMPING WORLD** All the five star reviews are from people who have bought something and the salesman is over their shoulder with promises of free items for a FAKE five star review. Do not waste your time here. They work hard upfront to get your business and money and once they have you, THEY ARE GONE. Empty promises, lack of communication, blatant lies and that doesn't even scratch the surface. The service is a joke. I've had my camper on site for 120 days. 120!!!!! I'm still missing "warranty parts" that were promised to have been fixed. They said they cleaned and replaced the shower. It's still in the same deplorable condition as when I brought it in months ago. That's a couple thousand dollars down the drain for nothing. Nothing but scammers and liars work here and do not care about anything except their bottom line. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!! Will NEVER step foot in this store again. Please heed my advice, NEGATIVE STARS is more applicable then the measly one they got from me. Hope this review will save at least one person from the awful mistake of doing business with these liars!-Zach Andrews

2nd day owning our new rv the propane regulator leaked bad, they wanted me ti drive 3 hrs Total for a new 1 , asked them to reimburse me for 1 I found 15 min away and I'd install it, they agreed. Been waiting for payment since end of December. Was supposed to have jacks replaced before getting the rv but they were on back order. My rv was delivered and I was told when the jacks came in they would install. Over a month later they finally arrived and I was told by service that they wouldn't come to replace them and that I'd have to bring it to them now. Salesman would not return calls. Drove there and after speaking with a manager they agreed to send someone out to replace jacks (they did), the switch ended up being no good as well so they will send me a new 1. Would not spend my money at a Camping World again especially since I paid in cash.

Thank you Camping World!I couldn't get the slide of my 5th wheel in today, bud had to leave the campground next to you. Called 10 times your number, was on hold for ever, redirected to nowhere. Finally you promised to call me back.Lucky for me that call never came. Talked to Lippert Manufacturer instead and he helped me. Found the broken bolt and replaced it myself.Could travel on.If you would have answered I might have been stuck for a couple of days!

So, I'm having an issue with my awning that I thought the service department would be able to address professionally. I also thought this would be covered under the extended warranty that they sold us on as being a great way to be protected incase things went wrong. I was wrong on ALL accounts. My awning mounting bracket has started to lift away from the body of the camper. Weirdly, this is only happening in the middle of the bracket. All of the bolts holding it on are secure and none are missing. The only way it could be lift away from the middle would be because of an alignment issue. I was informed by the service department that my claim was being denied because of missing bolts and the out-of-pocket cost would be approximately $1500. Not what I wanted to hear but I'd be willing to accept that if the diagnosis was correct. Apparently, the awning wasn't installed correctly when it wasn't secured with bolts in the middle (a good portion of the awnings on their sales lot were installed the same incorrect way so that's hilarious). And this incorrectly installed awning lasted almost 3 camping seasons before showing this issue, right? I was given a quote for repair that included a full replacement of the awning because of a bent bracket that has lifted 1" away from the camper. There is absolutely no way I can accept this awning simply can't be repaired as opposed to being replaced. As disgusted as I was with the claim denial and the quote, after I decided to take my camper for a second opinion (or to fix it myself), I was charged $150 for the diagnostic fee (this includes a charge for shop supplies to diagnose. lol). Once I got home and did a little research, I found that the fabric sometimes needs to be realigned by letting the awning completely out, loosening the screws that hold it to the gutter, and sliding it forwards or backwards as needed. Something that a person in this industry should probably know how to do (and know when it needs to be done). I left feeling like this was an attempt to take advantage of me and I will not be returning for any service needs, as things stand. And if you're in the market, make sure that every hole along the entire length of the awning bracket has a bolt/rivet before agreeing to the extended warranty.

We purchased a camper in November. Hooked it up for the first time (at home) on December 29th at our home as family would be staying in it for our wedding. Upon hooking the water up the water heater was leaking. Called the next day and they stated it was freeze damage. Keep in mind that we had not had any hard freezes. All the stickers of this camper has been winterrized were still on the camper everywhere. We are not novice campers as we traded one in. They stated that upon delivery and showing us that the water worked in the camper it was no longer winterrized.....Hum they didnt tell us that nor did they remove the stickers. We ended up having to pay for a new water heater to be installed as we were traveling to Tulsa, Oklahoma for 10 days right after the wedding and didnt have a choice. Upon arriving in Tulsa, we discovered the toilet was leaking, the shower was leaking in 2 different areas (the pan and faucet) and called camping world, they did not have a technician available to come out and fix....they refered us to independent contractor and then we were out another $350.00.after 5 days of being there. Well guess what the toilet is still leaking and so is the shower pan.Camping World has placed all the blame on us, they are not customer friendly, this has been the worse experience ever!!! We had a "We Owe' from delivery date and we are still waiting on that part being that the window was leaking upon deliver and the backsplash is damaged. Now we have a large list of additional items that we need repaired and are dreading the process. Buy your camper from somewhere else, Camping World will do you wrong!UPDATE: 01/24/2023 from my last review 8 days agoSo Camping World Corporate called last Thursday 01/18/2024, we discussed our issues and unhapiness, she asked for an email with pictures and information which we did Friday 01/19/2024 and she said she would call back Monday 01/22/2024 and today is Wednesday 01/24/2024 and we have not heard back. Camping World continues to show that they don't care about their customers.
